Charming Cottage near Beach and Ferry

2022 renovation (floors, bathroom, cabinets) The cottage is only 150 yards from a sandy residential beach. Good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Enjoy a great outdoor shower, grill and deck, wifi, central AC/heat, cable TV, linens, washer/dryer. Additional Beach gear. No host interaction required. Great place to work remotely. Private yard and picnic table with lots of takeout options nearby.

On a residential street, our cottage has a short safe walk to the beach. The layout has a great central space for family and friends to relax together. In the summer you will see families of Osprey riding sea breezes almost every day and see gulls on the beach. Beach grass has created a mini-wetland near the beach full of ducks and egrets. On windy days you can see the sails of Kite surfers launching from Kalmus beach across the bay.


Access:
You have access to the first floor living area, the yard and a basement washer/dryer. Room available in the basement for bikes or suitcases as well. You will be the only ones in the house.
On site washer and dryer included.

Cute clean cottage by the bay. Dog friendly home and nice neighborhood for leash walks. Very easy walk to the beach where the humans could watch boats and relax. Walking distance to Tugboats--a fantastic seaside restaurant.

Perfect location

This spot is the perfect spot for a beach trip. The cottage is cozy and perfect for game night. The outdoor shower is a dream after a hot day at the beach. Grill works great and was perfect to cook the fish we caught on a charter out of Hyannis. There’s a small beach within walking distance- no need to load up the car unless you want to go to one of the bigger beaches. We loved collecting shells and swimming there. Water shoes were a must since there are so many sharp shells. Wonderful memories are sure to be made at this place. It’s perfect for couples, a small group of friends, or a small family.

Fall Weekend Away

The perfect location for a fall getaway. Easy access to surrounding areas, check in and out was seamless. The house is well kept and clean! Greta place to relax and enjoy whomever you are traveling with!

Great cottage by the beach

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cottage is well equipped and very clean. Great location and close to many activities. Looking forward to renting again.

Great location on a nice quiet street with an easy walk to the beach. Nice property with plenty of back yard space. Home is well maintained and fully equipped for an easy transition from home to vacation mode. Many thoughtful little extras make it instantly feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this location as a hidden gem for your next great Cape escape! I know we will be looking to rebook for next year!! Thank you 😊

Nice Weekend

Property was Extremely clean, well stocked with just about everything you could want. Very quiet residential street and neighborhood, people very friendly ( everyone waves hello.) Minutes from beach, you can watch the ferry go buy. Hospital, (if needed) minutes away. Main Street Shopping / Restaurants and Amusements close as well. Would stay again for sure.
