The Eagles nest has a Dynamite view of Charlotte Harbor and the Soundings Lakes. From this seventh floor unit you can see forever... Watch sailboats head to Boca Grande Pass. This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit is beautifully furnished in tropical colors with wood floors (no carpet) a true Florida gem with 2 Master suites (split bedrooms) with adjacent full baths great for visitors to allow privacy. Cook in the huge gourmet equipped kitchen. Keurig coffee maker. Living room with comfortable sleeper sofa and recliner. Large smart TV with Neflix and other capabilities. Free high speed WiFi so you can send friends and family pictures to make them jealous :)
LR has an expansive view and great Golf breezes since you're on top of the world on the 7th floor. Watch spectacular sunsets from your screened in lanai and enjoy a true resort lifestyle. Oh, did we mention the VIEW!
Amenities included heated pool (80-90 degrees) and heated spa just next to this building. Books to borrow available by pool. Property amenities included pickleball and tennis courts, fitness center, golf course, boat charter services for fishing, sailing and sunset cruises, kayak and bike rental. Cass Cay Bar and Grill and Trading Post are amazing stops for food and drinks, upscale dining at The Links. Daily specials, food trucks and live music at Cass Cay and The Links. Trading Post has essentials for purchase including beer and wine. Friday morning farmers market on property 7-8 minute walk from unit.

Burnt Store after hurricane

Great location and views, we enjoyed Cass Cay restaurant and walking around the marina. Screens on balcony not repaired since hurricane Ian which limits its use. Room enough for 4.

Good news Bad news

This rating is based solely on the owner. We have been renting through Vrbo for over 10 years and all our experiences have been 5 star. This is the lowest rating I have ever given an owner. Shortly after booking and paying in full, he tried to switch us to a one bedroom condo because “it has a view of the marina”. The 7th floor we rented has a beautiful view of the gulf. He was rude and failed to communicate important information, other than where to park and how to get into the condo. All other communication was me asking him questions such as Wi-Fi code and where to find the fitness center, etc. On day 2 after being at the pool, I couldn’t find the hair dryer. When I asked about it, he told me to “just go outside” (I have the text message!). He eventually brought one the next day. Now for the good news. The condo is nice with a great view. It was clean upon check-in except for the bag of trash left in the shower of the primary bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and plenty of paper products. We would stay in Burnt Store Marina again, but never from this owner.

Great Place and Excellent Time!!

Amazing place with a perfect location. Very clean and the owner was very responsive. The pool and hot tub was the icing on the cake. Hopefully, we will be back soon.

Beautiful viiew

View is awesome! Walking around the marina to the restaurant priceless. Place was very clean! Host responded to any questions we had and gave us places to go!

Lots of Sunshine

Location is great. Lots of great food in a short drive. Owner was very easy to deal with. Just had one small issue with vehicle registration but was easily resolved. Beds were a little uncomfortable. Could stand to be upgraded. Overall a very nice place to stay.

My wife and I found this gem while exploring Florida. We visited several times and could not believe how friendly and lively this community was. We felt we needed to become a part of this amazing place. When we talked about renting the unit, it seemed like we were sharing a special place with others.

This property soars above others:) Every time we would visit we met new and fun people. We would go to the Cass Cay Bar and Grill and leave knowing more people! The amenities of the property are so varied that truly you could just stay on the grounds and have a great stay.
