Peacefull

Great location for who appreciates to be lost in nature. The house is big ans well equipped. The swimming pool is amazing . Beds are of great quality too. Our host Piotr ensured everything was great during our stay. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay in Piotr’s house.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ds cette belle maison de caractère, le grand parc est très bien entretenu, la demeure est décorée avec choix et authenticité. Merci à Piotr pour ses nombreuses attentions. La maison est apaisante et ressourçante. La literie est très bonne également… Le chemin d accès est un peu chaotique mais ça rajoute à la quiétude et le charme de l ensemble. La piscine est immense et très bien exposée, ns avons pu bien en profiter alors que le temps était assez capricieux !

Excellent séjour

Très belle demeure chargée d'histoire particulièrement bien restaurée. Piotr a su rénover et décorer cette immense batisse avec goût dans le choix des matériaux , des meubles et des objets. Nous on adore mais amoureux du moderne s'abstenir. L'accès par un chemin chaotique n'est pas aisé mais quel calme une fois à destination. Le parc est magnifique et la (grande) piscine s'y intègre très bien. Piotr est un hôte attentionné et disponible, merci à lui pour cette belle semaine.

Very disappointing reasons why not to book this property

This was one of the most expensive bookings of a holiday rental that I have made by far the most disappointing To start off with we arrived on time and had to wait outside the gate for three hours, while the host continue to clean the property then he spent a further hour clean the outside the property while we got inside He was not in the least apologetic and seem to think that this was acceptable way to run a business In addition to this, we were on the understanding that we were renting the whole property. When in reality, the host lived in a cabin at the end of the garden. Which we would’ve never considered staying at his property if that had has been mentioned in the listening The inside of the property was very dusty and dirty as he didn’t have a cleaner and choose to clean the property himself while it was a nice large house in the description, six bathrooms while in reality, there were three bathrooms one was which outside and two toilets Bedroom downstairs was damp and had water leaking from the wall and the fifth bedroom which was detached from the property had water leaking from the ceiling onto the bed We spoke to vrbo They weren’t very helpful they advised us to ask the host to clean the property better and a discount. Then, in addition to this, when we were leaving, mention £200 for cleaning services While the host was pleasant enough he clearly didn’t know how to run a holiday rental not very professional ,and no attention to detail

Très belle propriété

Si vous aimez les vieilles pierres et les maisons au calme, vous serez conquis ! La maison est très belle et bien décorée, les extérieurs sont superbes. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons passé une semaine parfaite. A noter : la maison se trouve à l’écart du village, dans un hameau caché au bout d’un chemin cahoteux, avec peu ou pas de réseau téléphonique (mais la wifi fonctionne bien).

Jolie maison de pays en pleine nature

Jolie et grande maison typique du perigord Une maison authentique avec beaucoup de charme Beaucoup d'espaces. On peut s'isoler facilement pour se reposer sans etre gênés . Grandes chambres. Tout le confort nécessaire pour passer des vacances entre amis La piscine est un peu a l'ecart et securisee Pour ceux qui aiment l'ambiance maison de famille perdue dans la campagne mais avec quelques voisins sympathiques dans le hameau : producteur de tisanes et fromager.

A beautiful and delightful property for family gatherings

Very clean, well-appointed and great beds!! My family and friends - 8 of us total - loved staying at Piotr’s property near Lamonzie-Montastruc. The historical house has everything needed to savor vacation time. The large pool is a dream. We are already hoping to book again for next summer. Piotr is v warm and responsive to questions about the area. Thank you VRBO and Piotr Lencki.

Maison de charme près de Bergerac

très grande maison ancienne un peu dans son jus mais pleine de caractère dans un environnement extrêmement protégé à quelques kilomètres de Bergerac. grande piscine bien protégée dans un beau jardin naturel. maison fraîche pour les journées chaudes. tout est prévu pour vivre dehors
