Calme et sérénité

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison pendant 15 jours. Idéalement située et proche de nombreuses visites cette maison est parfaite pour le repos , environnement très calme vue sur les vignes. Petit village sympathique.

Mécontentement

Dommage que pour une telle prestation le Proprietaire vous impose l entretien totale de la piscine qui n était pas en état de fonctionnement (skimmer en panne idem protection enfants et pas d aspirateur pour son nettoyage) Nous étions 5 (maison pour 6) eau chaude très limitée pour les douches. Sans que ce soit mentionné sur l annonce l électricité est limitée à un forfait fixé par le proprietaire, ce qui ne permet pas d’utiliser tous les équipements s il fait chaud . Le dépassement est facturé. Dans l annonce est mentionnée deux abris voiture, non accessible car voiture du propriétaire y est garé et encombrement du reste de la place.

La maison est très confortable , les extérieurs sont très bien aménagés pour passer de bons moments autour de la piscine. Les hôtes sont très accueillants. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. L'entretien de la piscine et le soin des poules étaient faciles. La vue de la terrasse de la chambre parentale est fantastique au petit matin. Merci à Jean Paul et Lydia

Eine stille Oase am Fuss der Cevennen

Wer Ruhe sucht, aber doch auf Distanz zum Meer sein möchte, wird diese Villa lieben: sauber, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Urlauber Herz begehrt. Jean-Paul und Lydia, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Als Extra dazu bereicherten die drei ansässigen Hühner täglich unser Frühlstück mit frischen Eiern. Auch das Dorf Montpeyroux bietet alles, was man auf die Schnelle braucht und für alles andere liegt Gignac nicht weit. Wir haben 2 wunderschöne und erholsame Ferienwochen verbracht und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Belle location au milieu des vignes

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison très spacieuse. La location est très bien équipée et très bien située pour profiter de cette belle région à découvrir et redécouvrir ! Merci également à Lydia et Jean-Paul pour leur accueil.

Lovely Villa in a great location

We are a family of 5 who spent 3 weeks staying in this lovely villa in the heart of Languedoc. We were very impressed by all aspects - the villa was really nice, very convenient to the local village which has a great restaurant plus a boulangerie and a few shops for basic requirements etc. The pool was larger than is typical and in very good condition as indeed was the house which was bright, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. In addition, there were several shady areas at different points around the gardens for relaxing and reading plus a nice terrace table with the BBQ a few feet away which was great for outdoor dining. Our hosts were really charming and considerate. They gave us a very comprehensive briefing at the beginning of our stay and followed up with us to ensure everything was going fine. They were genuinely keen to ensure we had a good time and also provided brochures and recommendations on what to do, where to visit, suggestions for buying wine etc. The villa is on the fringe of a smallish village and is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. The many attractions of the region are an easy drive from there so it was a well-located base for day-trips to the historical sites, to the wine cellars, Montpellier, the beaches, local markets etc. We have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.

Excellent

The villa is gorgeous, very comfortable and spacious. Air conditioning throughout which is perfect. It has everything you need; a lovely fully equipped kitchen, big American fridge/freezer. The pool is wonderful and a really good size and the same depth throughout. A quiet location overlooking the vineyards which you can see for miles. Very secure with your own locked gates into the driveway. There are many areas to sit in and relax outside around the pool, all with the ability to be in the shade (or not) depending on the heat. The wifi is good and works throughout the villa (perfect for teenage children!) It is a lovely 7 minute walk into the small town where there is a baker (opens 6.30am - 12/1 everyday), grocers store for fresh fruit and veg and a butcher. So everything you need without having to take the car out. There is also a lovely authentic French restaurant, La Terrasse du Mimosa, which you will need to book - (the menu is in French, and a lovely experience sitting in the town square). Lidl is a 20minute drive where you can get petrol, they close at 12.30 on a Sunday. Carrefour is about 40mins away. Many many vineyards and wine tastings within a 10 mile radius which are lots of fun. We visited the Grotte de Clamouse (excellent) and Carcassonne - about 1.5hour drive and well worth the visit. The owners Jean Paul and Lydia are absolutely lovely and speak fantastic English. They couldn't have been more accommodating in terms of arrival time (we drove from Scotland and they sent directions and route suggestions), departure time, information about the area and introductions to lovely private vineyard owners - Jo Lynch and Andre at Villa Dondona who we would also highly recommend visiting and tasting! They are 5 minutes up the road in Le Barry. Jean Paul and Lydia keep in contact by text and are happy to help. A practical point, Jean Paul and Lydia require a copy of your travel insurance policy (they call it a civil responsibility paper and it took some time (and a lot of laughs) to work out this was what they required) All in all a wonderful holiday, in a lovely villa in a beautiful part of the world with really lovely owners Jean Paul and Lydia - can't recommend it highly enough.

Belle villa au milieu des vignes

Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines chez Mr et Mme Sautois .La maison était impeccable ,très bien équipée .Nous étions en famille et la maison est assez spacieuse pour que chacun trouve sa place! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la belle piscine et les différentes terrasses autour de celle-ci permettant bain de soleil ou lecture à l'ombre!La région est très agréable et permet de belles ballades. Les propriétaires nous ont chaleureusement accueillis et Nous les remerçions vivement pour ces supers vacances!

Magnifiques vacances

Maison très agréable au calme et au milieu des vignes. Très belle chambre parentale et magnifique jardin fleuri. Nous avons passe un excellent séjour avec 3 enfants et les propriétaires sont accueillants et a l écoute pour vous faire passer d excellentes vacances. La maison est parfaitement équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Je conseille vivement cette maison pour vos vacances en famille ou en amoureux.

Une superbe maison dans un cadre idéal

Nous avons trouvé la maison correspondant exactement à la description détaillée de l'annonce, donc aucune surprise désagréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié: Le cadre de la maison au bord des vignes. Le très grand calme de la maison avec des voisins d'une grande discrétion. L'organisation de la maison avec des grandes pièces toutes climatisées et une déco sobre et de très bon goût. Une piscine impeccable intégrée dans un jardin de toute beauté. En résumé une location agréable à vivre, d'une grande propreté et très bien entretenue. Concernant la localisation de la maison, celle-ci permet de visiter facilement et sans trop faire de km un certains nombres de sites remarquables et de restaurants à repérer dans tous les bons guides. Nous terminerons par l'excellent accueil et la totale confiance que nous ont réservé les propriétaires autant à notre arrivée qu'à notre départ. Enfin nous pouvons recommander sans réserves cette location pour six personnes dans un grand confort et une certaine intimité grâce notamment à la suite parentale.

A beautiful house in a lovely location

We have just returned from spending an idyllic 2 weeks in this villa. The location was superb with great views over the Herault valley and the surrounding vineyards. Whilst being in a quiet spot on the edge of the village,it was not far from the facilities that Montpeyroux has to offer, a lovely restaurant and wine bar, the caveaux and village shops. The house was spotlessly clean with every comfort,the air conditioning and pool were especially welcome in the heat and the owners,Jean Paul and his wife,Lydia, were very helpful and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer but hope to return soon!
