Loved the apartment but room for improvement.

The location could not be better. Just steps to the beach! Plenty of restaurants and shops including a small grocery store well within walking distance. The apartment needed a good cleaning (table tops dirty, floors needed a good washing). I was surprised to have to make my own bed! Sheets on each bed for us to choose which one we would use. Not that this is required, but in our previous stays with other hosts have provided some basic seasonings/spices/cooking oil. This apt had only salt. The host sent her mother to greet us at checkin and she could not have been nicer! Also, at one point we were having trouble with the stove and had to message the host who was VERY responsive which we appreciated. Once again Mom came and helped us solve the problem. Thank you for your kindness Maria! We would definitely stay here again.

donc très belle endroit plage formidable tout proche de la location ainsi que les commerces .au sujet de la location assez bien ménage al'arriver médiocre oblige de tout relaver et pour la wifi obliger de téléphoner au propriétaire

Fanns felaktigheter i annonsen tex att det var kabel-tv med Int kanaler 120 kvm måste ha inkl balkongen.tyckte att annonsen utlovade 2 toaletter.befintliga toaletten var mycket liten. trång vi var störda av husbygge i grannhuset.priset var mycket högt för lägenheten.sängarna var gamla och knarriga.så överlag var vi missnöjda.havsutsikten betydde mycket.

appartement confortable très bien situé avec une très belle vue. Seul petit problème l annonce disait garage et parking mais n a pas préciser que ce n était que si il y avait des places disponibles , ce qui n est jamais le cas . dans u lieu ou il y a une très forte circulation de vacanciers bon courage pour trouver une place en extérieur , dommage le reste était très bien .

L'appartement est spacieux et bien situé et la propriétaire sympatique. Malheureusement nous avons eu quelques mauvaises surprises : la fenêtre de la salle de bain est bloquée et ne peut donc pas être ouverte pour aérer, il n'y a pas d'accroche murale pour fixer la douchette il faut donc la garder en main pour se doucher, la hotte ne fonctionne pas, la machine à laver lave mal et nécessite 2 essorages avant de pouvoir pendre le linge (vraiment pas pratique avec 2 enfants) et la vaisselle était sale. De plus le linge de maison (draps et serviettes) n'est pas fourni alors qu'aucune information à ce sujet ne nous ai été communiquée ni via le site ni lors de nos échanges avec la propriétaire. Arrivant de France (voyage de 2500 km) nous avons donc dû acheter draps et serviettes de toilettes pour 5 personnes. Nous avons été déçus de cette location globalement très chère par rapport a ce qui précède. Nous avons déjà loué à Quarteira en première ligne devant la plage au mêmes tarifs un appartement plus grand, mieux équipé dans une residence avec piscine.

Clean spacious apartment in a brilliant location.

I have just returned from a 4 month stay in this apartment, and cannot wait to return. Both Maria and Marta (the owners) are the nicest people you can wish to meet. From the outset they made booking very easy despite initial problems with the internet. Maria met us at Faro airport and drove us to the apartment in Quarteira. The photographs of the apartment do not do it any justice. It was larger than anticipated, very clean, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The kitchen and bathroom were a bit on the small side, but not a problem. The kitchen had all appliances, but it was very cheap to dine out at the nearby restaurants. There was a supermarket, butchers and newsagent/tobacconists across the road. There was an Irish sports bar (Baz and Minnies) a couple of minutes walk away, where the staff and clientele were brilliant. All in all a beautiful apartment in a brilliant location.

"Appartement propre et spacieux. Le seul point négatif est le sol (en carrelage rouge ciré qui tâche les pieds). L'appartement a tout l'équipement nécessaire (pour le linge : machine à laver, séchoir, fer à repasser, au niveau de la cuisine : micro ondes, grille pain...) Le coin est sympa, on a tout à proximité. La propriétaire est très sympatique et disponible. Séjour qui a été très agréable."
