Apartment highlights Completly refurbished and ample 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor,no lift, that can sleep up to 4 people. Located a 10 minutes stroll from the centre of Vilamoura and the marina and in a peaceful residential area. There is an American style diner that links the kitchen to the lounge. Spacious communal garden with pool.

Kitchenette: hob, microwave with grill, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, american style diner.

Lounge: full english channels, sofa, dinning table with 4 chairs.

Bedroom 1: twin beds.

Bedroom 2: double bed.

Bathroom: bath with shower, single washbasin, WC and bidet.

Distances: Restaurant (100 m); Supermarket (1 km); Marina and beach (1,3 km); Bus stop (2 km); Train station (7 km); Airport (25 km).

Shocking

All beds are painful; slept on the floor and sofa past few nights. No information on how to work the oven. No clean bedding for a week stay. On some days weather wouldn’t be strong enough to try. No sunbeds available all others chained up. No outside chairs, to sun bathe have to lay on a towel on the grass. We have all been bitten due to this. Toilet flush is extremely long to fill. 4 flights of steps to the apartment that isn’t stated. Refused help with luggage up the stairs by company. Wouldn’t stay again! Especially not ideal for children!!

Dommage ca avait l'air bien sur les photos

Bel appartement sur les photos. Ça parait grand mais ça ne l'ai pas.... Il n'y a pas de photos de la salle de bains et pour cause elle est tellement petite que c'est impossible de la prendre en photo. C'est appartement est a déconseiller aux personnes un peu fortes vous ne pourrez pas passer entre le toilette et le lavabo pour accéder à la baignoire. Pareil pour la seule chambre avec la clim, un meuble empêche l'ouverture de la porte et reduit énormément le passage. Il n'y a qu'une seule climatisation elle est dans la chambre et comme la porte s'ouvre très peu le frais ne va pas dans les autres pièces. Il y a un four mais on ne t'explique pas comment t'en servir..... quand après 45 minutes de recherches sur internet tu arrives enfin a comprendre comment le faire chauffer tu découvres qu'il n'y a pas de plat pour aller dans le four. La piscine est très agréable mais c'est une copropriété surveillée par 3 vieilles mégères qui passent leur temps à tout interdire pas de bouées dans la piscine, pas de ballon sur la pelouse, pas le droit de manger sur l'herbe, pas le droit de se servir de la douche plus de 30 secondes des vrais pitbulls.... On t'annonce une place de parking mais tu n'as jamais de place libre. Malgré tout cela l'appartement est bien situé pour les personnes qui aiment marcher. Il y a de longues ballades à faire depuis l'appartement.

Appartement et localisation au top

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Appartement à proximité du centre ville, des restaurants/pubs/supermarchés et boutiques. (10mn à pied). En février il fait un peu froid, nous avons eu un petit problème de chauffage, mais l'intervention à été très rapide, le jour même. Le gérant est très réactif et opérationnel, répond à toutes les questions. Merci pour le cadeau de bienvenue et surtout merci pour votre patience. Nous reviendrons :-)

Nous avons été super bien accueilli, le personnel est sympa et ultra réactif, appartement propre près du centre. Équipement minimum nécessaire présent nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Les tout petit moins : chaises bruyantes et résonnent quand on les bougent, manque de prise dans la chambre et pas de housse sur la couette et les oreillers.

Clever Details is management company based in Vilamoura, our office is near the casino. We have available a 24h emergency number. All of our self catering villas and apartments have a Municipal Rental Licence (AL) which includes fire safety equipment and electricity and gas inspection. IMPORTANT: Check in from 16:00h until 18:00h. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed by CleverDetails. There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 18:00h: between 18:00h and 24:00h - 35 euros; between 24:00h and 01:00h - 50 euros; between 01:00h and 09:00h - 100 euros (subject to availability).
The client must have a minimum age of 25 years old to be able to book accommodation with CleverDetails, Lda., throughout the all stay a person with a minimum age of 25 years old should remain in the accommodation. A valid identification document with photograph must be showed on arrival.
