Clean apartment in excellent location

Very clean and spacious apartment with easy acces to the beaches and the wonderful marina at Vilamoura. Very pleasant pool nicely landscaped and we’ll maintained.

Perfect location in Albufeira

The apartment was perfect for my wife and I. The kitchen was stocked well and we made many of our own meals. We loved the location as it was an easy walk to the boardwalk in Albufeira and Villamoura. There's plenty of markets and restaurants nearby. Hope to come back again.

Great apartment

The apartment was exactly as described and Celissia was friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed for a great break and was lovely and clean. It is with in walking distance of all amenities including the beach. Will definitely be going back

Algarve first time

The location was excellent, minutes from the beach and short walk to Vilamoura Marina and Quarteira boardwalk. Accommodation provided everything we needed. Had to message Celissia a couple of times and each time had an instant reply. She also organised transport from and to airport and appreciated the information and friendly chat with Erika. Already planning our return for next year 😎

Comfortable apartment

The apartment was roomy and well equipped. Maria was very helpful whenever we contacted her. Lovely pool set in beautiful gardens. The only problem that we had was that we didn’t realise that it was on the second floor and found the stairs a struggle, something I should have looked into when booking!

Great location,

The location of this apartment is midway between quarteira & vilamoura & only a 200 m walk to the beach.It’s a 10 minute walk each way. The apartment is clean, adequately equipped & has a nice balcony. Beds are very comfortable. The pool and garden area is very well kept & the pool is lovely. The owner is very helpful and responsive. The downsides are the stairs which are rather narrow and have difficult corners & the outside of the complex which is scruffy & the central reception area which appears to be derelict. I would go again

apartment was clean with great pool and gardens.Nice to see signs stating no reserving of sunbeds and there was plenty of them so the put your towel down at 0800 and go shopping for three hours mob will be disapointed.Cellisia explained everything and left us to enjoy our holiday which we appreciated.The apartment is brilliantly situated with a 10 min.walk to either villamoura or quarteira depending on whether you wanted commercialised vilamoura or authentic quarteira but both had there good points.Very nice relaxing holiday heading towards 4.5 points

Clean and well located apartment

Very clean and recently refreshed apartment ( new bathroom ), though the spacious terrace was in need of some updating. Had everything we needed in the apartment itself. In a great location for old Quarteria and the new restaurants on the edge of Villamoura You can walk into Villamoura in 10 mins or so. However to be aware the pictures of the apartment complex on the website are a little misleading . The ‘club’ of which the apartment is part, looks like it’s been closed for some time and so the overall complex doesnt now look like it does on the website. We’d definitely consider staying here again and Maria was a very welcoming host

Lovely relaxing holiday

What a lovely place! Clean and comfortable with all you need to hand. The balcony is sunlit and has a view of the pool which is cleaned every day. It's a perfect place for a relaxing holiday and soaking up the sun. It's not a "fancy" place, just very welcoming and we will definitely be back. The apartment is very close to both Quarteira and Villamoura - 10 minutes tops either way and the beaches are superb - if you can drag yourself away from the pool that is! Villamoura is more touristy (and more expensive) but the marina is definitely worth wandering round and looking at the boats (and hoping for a lottery win!) Quarteira is a bigger place than we'd expected but very interesting with its fruit and veg market and some very old little back streets. The Joker is worth a visit - it's an English run pub (looks like a proper pub) and the fish and chips are fab! It's up a little street near the fish market so don't miss it! Also try Romaina and Ferraras for excellent food and Pizza Max for really good take out pizza. Jafurs supermarket is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment and holds a great stock of everything you need. It's quite reasonable too! Celissia was very helpful and friendly and arranged transfers for us to and from the airport and we look forward to seeing her again next time. I would definitely recommend this property.

Urlaub an der Algarve

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Auch die Terrasse ist groß und gut möbliert. Es wird aber einem in der Beschreibung suggeriert das es einen Pool gibt. Der Pool den man durch 6 bis 8m hohen abgestorbenen Bäumen sieht hat schon seit Jahren kein Wasser mehr gesehen. Selbst wenn der Pool nutzbar wäre gibt es keinen direkten Zugang. Wer also eine schöne Wohnung mit viel Schatten für heiße Sommertage sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben.

I am sorry about the pool. It was closed a few months ago unexpectedly, but there is no mention, or any photos of the pool in the advert. I did not realize you were expecting to have a pool but unfortunately it is something that is out of my control... My apologies for the inconvenience.

FETES DE FIN D'ANNEE EN COUPLE FRANCAIS

Appartement bien proportionné, très lumineux avec une belle terrasse (il ne correspondait pas vraiment à la photo de la location car notre priorité était douche à l'italienne que nous n'avons pas eu, de plus photos de l'ensemble de la résidence datent d'une autre époque (en effet le hall est fermé et le terrain de tennis est à l'abandon) de nouvelles résidences devant et autour lui ont retirées tout son charme. Quant à l'appartement, malheureusement très très humide, aurait mérité d'être ventilé avant notre arrivée car il sentait le moisi. Au bout de 2 jours, des traces de moisissure sont apparues de part et d'autre du miroir de la salle de bain lorsque nous avons nettoyé et regardé sous le miroir il était infecté de champignons. Les vitres ruisselaient d'eau tous les matins avant que l'appartement soit ventilé en ouvrant toutes les ouvertures. La VMC rejetait un seau d'eau toutes les nuits. Le micro onde est rouillé, le porte sopalin également (pas très hygiénique pour une cuisine) le tiroir à casseroles sentait en permanence cette humidité ainsi que le dessous de l'évier) Aucun plat de service, même pas un saladier. Pas de pince à linge. Vraiment dommage car cet appartement pourrait être agréable. La personne en charge de l'accueil était très réactive car elle répondait à nos messages et est venu nous régler la télévision dès notre demande malheureusement elle ne parlait pas un mot de français et malheureusement pour nous nous ne parlons QUE LE FRANCAIS. De plus il devrait être spécifié dans l'annonce qu'il y a très peu de chaînes Française à la télévision mais un ordinateur portable et un abonnement ont résolu le problème car bien que nous ne soyons pas en vacances pour regarder la télévision, les soirées sont longues en cette période de l'année.

I am sorry that the apartmwnt did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately houses in Portugal, in generel, are not well isolated so when we have very humid winters as is the case, and when a lot of heating is used, this humid smell can appear but it quickly disappears, as soon as the windows are opened. If there were some utensils that you lacked, you only had yo ask, and they would have been provided. There are 5 French channels in the TV which I think is not so little when you are in a foreign country...

No anúncio a foto do wc não corresponde. O frigorífico não faz frio suficiente, é muito antigo. O apartamento precisa de uma remodelação. Não muito grande mas que seria muito benéfico. Falei com a proprietária, uma senhora muito educada e expliquei que a louca estava suja e a piscina também. Houve um entendimento entre nós. Mas no geral, parecia bem melhor nas fotos.

Lamento que o apartamento não tenha correspondido às suas expectativas e acho sobretudo estranho dizer que a piscna estava suja, pois todos os clientes elogiam as piscinas e jardins, que estão sempre impecaveis. Deve ter sido uma situação pontual no dia em que lá foi.

Beautiful apartment near the beach in Quarteira

This spacious apartment has everything you need and is only a short walk to a huge great sandy beach and boardwalk. It is a short walk to many restaurants and shopping. It is also a great location for day trips ... we went to Marinha beach, Benagil beach and Praia do Carnival. So many fantastic hikes and beaches. It was great to come back and relax in the apartment after a busy day.

Appartement agréable

L’appartement est très bien situé et il est très agréable et calme. Seul petit inconvénient, manque d’intimité sur le balcon car les côtes ne sont pas fermés, une petite plaque de plexi serait l’idéal !

Quiet location but also close to restaurants which were in easy walking distance.

From the beginning of booking the procedure was very easy. Manager was always very quick to reply with any questions we had a big thank you to her. Would return.

Holiday 19/9 - 29/9

We are regulars to Vilamoura (old Village usually) and decided to stay somewhere closer to the sea this time. This apartment is very well located in between Quarteira and Vilamoura Marina and less than 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. The beds were comfortable and air con worked well in the bedroom and lounge, overall a nice place to stay and well presented taking into account the price you are paying. The pool area was well maintained and very tropical with all the mature trees. We would definitely stay again :)
