Welcome to this charming house nearby the sea in Portocristo. It is prepared for 5 persons.
It counts with a well-furnished main terrace with barbeque, another terrace with two sun beds on the first floor and a rooftop terrace with two more sun beds.

The 323m2 3-storey house counts with 3 bedrooms: 1 on with a double bed on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor (one with a double bed and air conditioning, and a another bedroom with one individual bed. On request, there is a baby bed and a high chair available. There is one bathroom with bath tub for general use on the first floor and another bathroom with hydro massage shower on the ground floor.

The cozy living- and dining room with kitchenette counts with a sofa, two arm chairs, satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchenette works with an induction hob and counts with a dining table and all necessary utensils to prepare a great meal during your stay. You will also find a washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board.

Portocristo offers lots of small beaches and coves, as well as a huge variety of restaurants, bars and shops. You will find a safari and several playgrounds for children. The nearby caves "Cuevas del Drach", in Porto Cristo, are without doubt one of the island's most outstanding tourist attractions, extending for almost 1200 metres and including internal heights of 25 metres above the cave floor. Hidden within the caves is Lake Martel, considered to be one of the largest subterranean lakes in the world. The 1,2km tour takes around one hour and includes a classical music concert and a boat trip on the lake.

The nearby, you will find villages as Son Servera and Capdepera , which is characterized by its’ medieval castle.
The area is great for golf, tennis or paddle: the golf courses of Son Servera, Pula, Canyamel, Capdepera and Rotana are all within 20 Km and there are different tennis and paddle clubs. Cyclists and hikers can also find there passion, with several beautiful routes, like the hermitage of Artà or the lighthouse of Cala Rajada.

¡Tuvimos una estancia estupenda! La casa es amplia, muy bonita y está a pocos pasos de la playa y de excelentes restaurantes. Tener aparcamiento privado fue una gran ventaja, ya que no es fácil encontrar un lugar en la zona. ¡Súper recomendable!

Fantastic well equipped house

Fantastic clean and well equipped house in a great position for town. Description undersells the property as it is much larger and better equipped. Very friendly host. Garage parking was a real bonus and air conditioning in two of the bedrooms.

Sehr sauber. Küche und Wohnzimmer sehr geräumig und der Innenhof ist sehr idyllisch! Leider sind nur 2 der 4 Zimmer mit Klimageräten ausgestattet. Ohne ein Gerät im Zimmer, wäre das schlafen nicht möglich gewesen.

Le garage privé fermé attenant à la maison est un vrai plus car les rues sont étroites et il y a peu de place pour se garer. Petit supermarché à proximité. La terrasse est très agréable. Only 5 minutes to a beautiful beach. Can only recommend it, we were 5 adults, and there was plenty space and event a bedroom for a sixth person. Loved it!

Urlaub in Porto Cristo

Das Objekt war sauber und schön geräumig. In mitten von Porto Cristo. Kurze Wege zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Porto Cristo hat einen sehr schönen Hafen mit Restaurants und die Höhlen, zur Besichtigung, sind nicht weit entfernt. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Nous fumes accueillis par la propriétaire de la maison vers 22h30, alors que nous avions une heure d'avance sur notre heure d'arrivée. La, maison est vraiment nickel et conforme à la description de l'annonce: tout fonctionne parfaitement, aucun problème avec les sanitaires, la maison est fraiche , agréable à vivre, non bruyante.L'environnement permet d'aller rapidement à la plage ou faire les courses à pied.Il y .a la climatisation dans deux chambres et c'est très agréable.Nous avons donc passé un super séjour dans cette maison et à Porto CRISTO;
