There was soft hawaiian music playing on the TV and the view of the ocean from the living space and the lanai are amazing. It was equipped beyond our expections as well and neat and clean. It was a lovely beachfront place to stay on the quieter side of town and a wonderful bakery and shave ice right across the street. No complaints, extremely happy with our stay. Will return as soon as we can!

Unpleasant Surprise with Stove/Oven and EV

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oven/Stove did not work correctly. Intermittent problems with burners and heat. Not possible to cook a meal. TV cable had intermittent issues as well. We were advised to "jiggle the wires behind the TV to get it to work. This was totally unsatisfactory. But, we were moved to another comparable unit and all was perfect. Would we recommend Unit 208? Emphatically not. It appeared the upkeep was lacking and there was very little attention to detail before renting the unit. Unit 503 (where we were moved to) was outstanding in every way. Wish we had known all this before booking. We very likely will not be back. So the first two days were dreadful. The second 8 days in a different unit were superb.

The bed was comfy, but there was no lock in the bedroom window that anyone could access from the outside. I let the contact person know, and after 2 nights someone came while I was out and put a small piece of wood in the windowsill. I do think this needs to be addressed further, as there were some questionable people around the area and it didn't feel safe as a single traveler. The unit did have some visible water damage and a mildewy smell, but it wasn't terrible. The laundry room upstairs needs a serious update. I would revisit if the lock situation were properly addressed.

It’s across the street from our favorite bakery, The Sugar Beach Bake Shop and it’s quick access to Lahaina, Wailea and Paia. The unit is definitely dated inside with old furniture but we are almost never in there besides to sleep so it didn’t bother us. I would definitely recommend this place!

Clean, convenient and comfortable

This listing was exactly as described, very comfortable accommodations and gorgeous view of the beach. Lovely little area to sit on the beach or relax on the grass higher up, spray station and pool. My only cons to the trip were there seemed to be ants in the condo when we arrived, no recycling and some of the “house rules” seems pretty strict (a threat of a $200 fee if you used too many towels..?) especially for a 6+ day stay. Overall was great for our stay, a quick 10 min drive to everything in Kihei, less than an hour to the rest. Rental car/TURO highly recommended!

Quiet and Peaceful

Great condo literally right on the beach. Very quiet and lowkey which we loved and right across the street from a corner store and local farmer’s market. No more than 15-30 min max away from all the big must sees on the island. Only complaint is (and maybe I read the info wrong) the laundry unit is community and on a separate floor of the unit- not inside your condo. Overall- we’d stay again!

Wonderful beachfront comfort, crashing waves, gorgeous views

My daughter and her 6 month old visited me during my stay, it couldn't have been a cleaner, better spot for easy poolside chats, quiet baby naps and little errands across the road at ABC, Sugar Beach Bake Shop and the farmer's market. Sunrise and sunset beach walks for Grandma too--perfect!!
