127 D Cypress Place is a three-bedroom, two-bath house located 0.4 miles north of Garden City Pier, one block from the beach, in the Cypress Place community. This house features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters, maple cabinetry, and all stainless steel appliances (electric) including a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Other amenities include ceramic tile flooring in the bathrooms, updated furniture in the living room and dining area, fresh paint throughout, crown molding, and bamboo hardwood flooring, pillow-top bedding, and newly remodeled lower level laundry room. Four flat screen TVs (cable, one 43-inch in living room, 32-inch each bedroom), DVD player, stereo, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two queen and two twin-sized beds. Outdoor features include a private porch with deck furniture, covered patio with swing and picnic table, and covered parking under home. Limit two parking passes per unit. Complex has shared community swimming pool but does not provide deck furniture around the pool. No trailers. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 6

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.
