Everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Spent October 1st to the 5th. Check in was easy and house was very clean and nothing needed to get comfortable. Only 2 blocks to the beach and The Conch Restaurant. Cozy front covered porch to sit under and unwind after cooking a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great stay. Would highly recommend.

The Perfect stay!

This place was absolutely perfect. Very clean, very close to the beach, very nicely decorated and communicative hosts. Price was reasonable and just a great place for a family vacation. We will definitely be back!!!

Had nearly everything we needed. Was able to cook a holiday meal. Easy access to the beach. 15-20 minutes north or south from big attractions.

Easy walk to beach!

We had a wonderful stay! House was clean and well stocked with all necessities and many more things to make the stay more convenient. Golf carts were available for rent inside the community which made getting over to the beach even easier. Our kids also enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pools and the playground. Would definitely consider returning when in Surfside!

Highly recommend

House was very roomy, clean, all day-to-day household items (pans, dishes, linens...) were in the house, nice front porch, very quiet location, close to the beach and close to shops / restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and will rent again!

Wonderful spot! only steps from the beach and a house that has everything you possibly need for a great beach stay! Fully stocked kitchen from baking pans to cheese grater to magic bullet! Beach towels and chairs! Outside sitting area on front porch! Perfect spot!

Short vacation

My daughter had an education seminar in the area. We took the opportunity to have a mini vacation to the beach. To be able to rent a house for 4 days was a better opportunity for us. The house was pet friendly.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We rented the property for a multigenerational family vacation. Some members have trouble climbing steps, but it's not easy to find a beach house that's large enough for all of us that doesn't sit high above the ground. This beautiful house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, and everyone especially loved sitting in the front porch. The house is part of the Oceanside Village community, which provides nice amenities such as an indoor pool, a playground and on-site security. We'll be back!

The home is beautiful with granite counter tops, luxuriously decorated and well-appointed amenities. It has everything you need while on vacation except for the most crucial article one needs when on a vacation, a comfortable bed. After long weeks at the grind stone and months of saving for a restful vacation, people need to be able to rest and relax. Poor, cheap, uncomfortable mattresses seem to always be the biggest disappointment when renting a home or condo rather than staying in a hotel. Unfortunately, this home was no different. All three beds have very poor cheap mattresses. The community is nice, the security was great, the service was good and the location was awesome. Suggestion, spend some $$ on quality mattresses.

Our stay was great. I will start by saying, the owner, Leona, is extremely responsive. She responded within 12 hours (usually less though). She was very friendly and welcoming. This home is in a gated community with entrances around the entire thing. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a designated parking lot for the beach for community guests. The house was very clean. We had every kitchen dish and utensil that we needed. The house was exactly what is listed and pictured. There were supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, food seasoning, etc already at the house. The bedrooms were pretty small, but that was not a big deal for us. There were also beach chairs, beach toys and other items available to us for use. Our kids really enjoyed the community splash pad and outdoor pool along with the playground. There is even 2 fenced in dog parks so we were able to take our pup there. We really enjoyed our stay here!!

Clean beautiful place but misrepresented

Working with Evolve was a nightmare. They sent constant emails reminding me of my trip. I read all of it but when I was 30 minutes away I realized the "code" I thought I had was not actually the code but the reservation number. I had to call the property manager and they didn't answer. We had trouble getting into the house. Evolve said it was a 10 digit code but it was a 4 digit code. The directions to GET to the house said to turn on Melody but it was Melanie! We drove around for 20 minutes unable to reach anyone with very tired children after a 10 hour drive. The "house" was not a house but a double wide trailer. It was clean and beautiful but the beds were old and creaky. The TV didn't work right. It was A LOT of money for the place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is nicely appointed and very comfortable.The community was peaceful and quiet. And the pool, my goodness, if you come here, don’t miss it, especially if you have kids with you! The beach is a short walk away, or about a 2 minute drive to dedicated parking lot. The owner was readily available and helpful in answering any questions we had. Hopefully, we will have the chance to come again.

Clean and cozy

It was like walking into a hotel room upon check in. Stocked with supplies in case you forgot. Very clean and neat. Amenities were very close. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Close to great attractions!
