This property is 5 Stars all the way.My wife and I traveled to Roma as part of our 5th Anniversary trip and Francesco made everything so easy. From his fantastic apartment, to his assisting/arranging transfers from the airport to the apartment and later to the port in Civitevecchia, to recommendations of nearby restaurants. Francesco was so helpful. The apartment was in walking distance of most of our "must see" sites and many other Roma treasures that we just stumbled upon. His property was very clean and so comfortable with air conditioning as it was very hot outside. We also felt very safe in the area and at night while we slept. I must go on record as "Highly" Recommending this property. Would i stay there again? YES, YES, YES!!!!

The apartment in a great location, with a lift, and it was clean, with an extra room with a couch to place all of your bags - out of your bedroom. There is an ironing board and iron, and a front hall table with a plug to allow two people to get ready on one time. The washer/dryer combo were great. There are two hair dryers - one with a diffuser and isolator narrow funnel. The owner and host were amazing - before, during and after our stay. We would stay here again.

The location great and only about 15 -20 minutes walking distance from all the attractions you would in Rome. There is a supermarket across the street and good restaurants just steps from the apartment.

Great host and the apartment was perfect for our needs. The host reached out multiple times leading up to our trip. He set us up with transportation from the airport, responded to questions quickly, made check-in easy, and provided an apartment that was great for 4 people. Check-in was quick and provided us with all the info we needed about the apartment. The furnishings were sufficient for our needs and the entire apartment was very clean. Not too far from the Vatican, Trevi, train station, etc…. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Recommend this apartment for a small family.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Rome. Communication was clear ahead of our arrival, and the apartment was spotless. Simona was helpful in explaining anything we needed to know about the apartment and making sure the beds were set to meet our needs. The location was wonderful -- close to many big attractions and on the edge of a neighborhood that had good restaurants and shops that were less touristy. I hope you travel back to Rome in the future and would love to stay again!

Wonderful location to really experience Roman life. The only hiccup was a communication issue in that the 2nd bedroom was made up as a sitting room. We did require the 2nd bedroom and as soon as Francescoe was made aware of our need, it was quickly rectified. It is best to advise Francescoe of your bedding needs when you book to streamline check in. Simona handled the check-in and was very efficient and cooperative.

Apartment has everything you could need for a short stay, although it is dated. The location is an ideal base for walking, just be mindful it's a busy city with lots of street noise, I wouldn't recomend for light sleepers.

Our family of five spent 3 nights here. We found the location great for seeing all the sights and walking around the city. The owner was so easy to communicate with and set up convenient transfers to and from the apartment. Originally we were going to try and drive to Rome but decided not to after discussing with the owner. And we are so glad we decided not to have the car! Also, the property manager Simona was knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. She provided us with many great recommendations for food nearby. We had a wonderful stay.

This is a very comfortable apartment in a great location. One minor detail- we were provided only 2 rolls of toilet paper. We easily found a store to buy some more.
