First Time at Ocean Cove

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family's first time staying at Ocean Cove. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay again. The exterior of the property is very well maintained. The condo itself is well decorated, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the week. I would recommend adding thicker curtains in the master bedroom to help with heat from the morning sun. Our family was very pleased with our experience.

Great Balconies

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 106 Ocean Cove, Garden City Beavh, SC. Unit was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Our major concern was lack of empty cabinet space for groceries in kitchen and in bathrooms for our toiletries. Owners need to do a clean out. Large furniture makes for cramped living space. However, the balconies were the best part of this unit, especially the screened one with the ceiling fan!❤️

Wonderful time at Ocean Cove!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Ocean Cove. The home was beautiful decorated and had everything we needed for a week away from home. Easy access to the beach and pool. This was our first vacation in several years, and it was a perfect getaway! Besides the beautiful beach, we enjoyed "the Upside Down House", the Aquarium, a dolphin cruise, dinners at Murrell's Inlet, putt putt, and lots of great ice cream! I highly recommend it to everyone!

Fun in the sun

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Didn’t ever get text saying unit ready! We finally at 6pm went to reality and funny thing our unit was ready 6:15!! UGH. Other realtors had their clients in 2:30 and latest 4. We have been using garden city for 25 plus years. This I understand about COVID but such a disappointment with check in🤨

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful stay again. Only bad part is how long it takes to get your keys on check in. Wasn’t ready until after 6:30 pm. Basically lose an entire day waiting to get into unit.

Beach chairs in laundry room area to use. Spotlessly clean. Pool/hottub. Easy beach access. Elevators. Check in/out easy process. Friendly staff to talk to during process. Definitely our families new location to stay at the beach. Five stars.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was definitely our favorite rental we have ever stayed in at garden city. The location was just perfect for us. We were celebrating my moms 82nd birthday and wanted something easy and accessible for her to enjoy the beach. The beautiful screened in porch and veranda off her bedroom were perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked so we could enjoy staying in and cooking some nights. Such a great location for going out to eat or shop. We will definitely return!!

Our stay at OC 106

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! The condo was very nice. Only complaint was the pamento bugs and roaches! I know the recent rain and that the condo being on the first floor were the reasons so not a big deal.

Great Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience planning and staying in the Myrtle Beach area. The description of the condo on the Garden City Reality web page was very accurate and the rental process was very easy and straight forward. The check in process was easy and everyone was very friendly. We were very happy with the condo and everything was clean and neat. The bath rooms looked new. We and our grandkids enjoyed the pool and the beach. There were plenty of things In the area to do and keep us busy when we were not at the beach. Our grandkids loved it and we had a great time.

Fantastic Vacation Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at the condo and immediately fell in love with it. The condo was updated recently and it is beautiful. Two bathrooms have walk in showers (no tubs). The beds were all very comfortable. We especially loved the comfortable furniture on the porch. The property was clean. We have been coming to Ocean Cove for almost 30 years. It is always a great vacation condo.

Great View but wish our stay would have been more comfy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were slightly disappointed with our stay in Ocean Cove 106 this year. Although we always find the condo beautiful and the view amazing we had to endure a week if improvements being done. From power washing around the pool while we tried to swim, to painting the building (beep, beep, beep ALL day long) and last but not least the roof repair. We love Ocean Cove 106 but this visit was not as relaxing as usual.

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful visit to Ocean Cove 106 and Garden City. The only thing I would recommend would be new blinds in the two smaller bedrooms. The function to turn them in the other direction was broken, so you could easily see into these bedrooms. Other than that, the condo and property were perfect for us!
