Best vaca house

This is our second time here and we love it. The house is the perfect location and super convenient to restaurants and the beach. We love not having to deal with a golf cart rental (it's included) and having the beach toys/chairs/linens etc provided. Everything is clean and comfortable. Kathy and Steve are quick to respond to any issue - the customer service they provide is a breath of fresh air!

We had the best time!! Love the house, the pool was amazingly warm, the beach toys/chairs are so helpful. We visited 3 years ago and it was just as good as we remembered! Our family of 7 was very comfortable and are excited to visit again next year!

Jolly Mon was the perfect place for our family vacation! From the spacious house with comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen to the private pool, golf cart and close proximity to beach, everything was exceptional!

Relaxing vacation near restaurants

Golf trip

House was great. Easy walk to beach along with bars and restaurants. It was home base for a golf trip with several good courses a short drive away.

Great House.

Beautiful spacious house, very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Owners made sure we had a wonderful experience at their home. This was our first time at Surfside beach and will not be the last :)

Love to stay at the Jolly Mon

My family and I have stayed at the Jolly Mon twice now. It is a beautiful, well maintained house in a perfect location. Steve and Kathy are very attentive and always answer any questions you might have in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this house to have a wonderful vacation.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

The house location was perfect for easy access to the beach and restaurants. Use of the golf cart was helpful for transporting items and people to the closeby beach access. The house was impeccably clean well appointed. Would absolutely recommend the home for anyone looking to spend time in Surfside Beach.

We are a family of 5 who love our homes in Surfside Beach SC, “The Family Beach”. Throughout the years we vacationed at many different places along the coast of North and South Carolina. When we stayed at Surfside Beach, we knew this was the place we wanted to purchase a home at. It has so much more to offer than the other coastal areas we visited previously- it is a small family-oriented town only 2 miles long, that is clean, safe, and close to all the activities of the Myrtle Beach Grand Strand, and is golf cart and pedestrian friendly so you can leave the car parked and just enjoy family time.

When we were younger, we stayed at many places, but they always seemed to let us down- issues with cleanliness, location, amenities, etc. We decided if we were ever fortunate enough to own a beach home that we, or people who visited our home, would never experience these issues. We offer everything possible at our homes. We handle all rentals on our own, being most rental companies are concerned with profit above guest satisfaction. We do everything possible to ensure a 5 star stay for our guests who often become friends over the years, and even have a local contact, who is a friend of ours, to help handle any unforeseen issues that one may incur during their stay.

We try to make sure our homes have everything that you would have at your personal home like a well-stocked kitchen and laundry, plus nice amenities while on vacation like private pools, hammocks, linens and house towels, beach toys and chairs, ping pong, and some of the homes also have elevators, and included golf carts. On top of all of that our places are clean, and none of them are very far from the beach, or shopping, restaurants, and attractions.
