Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great the only downfall was being on the 2nd floor we were able to hear everything upstairs people screaming and running around not what u wanted to hear while on vacation. The place wasn’t cleaned we had to call to have someone clean the balcony there was sand everywhere and we realize later the bathrooms weren’t cleaned. The guy who came I can’t remember his name but he was awesome and vey disappointed about how the place was! Also our air broke early Sunday morning I called at 540 am the guy was there immediately and fixed we were greatly appreciated!! We enjoyed our stay as always and we will be back next yr! Thank u!!

Fantastic little condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the price I couldn't have been happier. Stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and it was perfect for our family of 5. Way bigger and less money than a typical hotel. Very close to the beach. Newly decorated and furnished. This condo was definitely one of the nicer ones in this unit.Only issue was one of our white shirts got stained in the dryer, there appeared to be a bit of rust inside the cylinder.

Garden City Realty - A Perfect Ten!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Working with Pam at Garden City Realty was a great experience from start to finish. She found just the property we needed and took care of everything for us, whether a minor repair or keeping us up to date on anything concerning parking, exterminating for example. The property was very clean and well maintained.I would recommend the property to a friend- it is near the beach and many attractions as well as restaurants. I would rent this property again as well.Garden City Realty gets a perfect 10 in my book!

Labor Day getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time here for Labor Day weekend! The location is great. Beach access is right across the street and you’re within 5-10 mins of restaurants, grocery, etc...The parking underneath the property is very cramped. If you have anything larger than a midsize SUV, or more than one car per family it’s going to be an issue. It’s very, very tight parking quarters. The pool was not open during our stay which we were told was managed but the HOA so I would recommend verifying this is open before your stay if you’re interested. Overall, we had an excellent stay!!
