Enjoyable well kept place. Weather was not great to enjoy the deck but would have. Good location to enjoy Russian River wine country while staying in a peaceful place. Highly recommend.

A very cozy cabin in the middle of a redwood forest with a wonderful gas fireplace & comfy beds and a beautiful deck with Redwoods. Hot tub was very nice. Other than that, the neighborhood was very junkie, a bit isolated, and there were never any instructions on how to walk down to the river, even though it was described in the listing comments. Upon entering, there was a definite dog smell, and in my opinion, carpeting is never a good option when you have a dog friendly property.. could use a good deep cleaning and reorganization of the kitchen and replacement of some linens/towels. .There were a ton of rules, the washer and dryer situation outside were not desirable but it was nice that they did provide laundry amenities.

What a great place to stay! A very well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and common areas, an amazing deck and outdoor space, and all around adorable cabin. The owner was extremely kind, friendly, attentive, and thoughtful - offering recommendations and answering questions before and during our stay. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town!

Very nice place, nice location, easy walk to the river, everything worked, kitchen was well supplied, beds were comfortable, the house overall was very comfortable. Only a couple of minor issues, one of the electrical sockets had fallen out of the wall and a couple of the fans felt kind of flimsy. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and were glad we chose this house.

This was an excellent place to stay for a relaxing vacation near Healdsburg. The house has lots of charm and the deck was amazing. The host stayed in touch throughout the entire process. The bed was nice and firm. The kitchen was well equipped. Both bathrooms looked like they had been recently updated. Hopefully someday we will have a chance to visit again.

Redwood Fix

Brief stay beautiful home away from home! Redwoods all around with a glorious deck. We enjoyed meals out on the deck dappled sunlight amidst the tall trees. Kitchen is definitely well stocked. All amenities any visor needs to make meal fancy or simple. Comfortable beds and very modern bathrooms. We loved our stay here and would not hesitate to book again. It had everything we needed to cook meals for our family, was a fantastic environment, and the hot tub was magical.

Redwood Retreat was exactly what I was looking for in a family getaway.Great gated yard, beautiful deck with a multitude of seating options. Redwoods growing through the deck, a beautiful mural surrounding the hot tub. It was just charming.The owners have thought of everything and it’s incredibly well laid out for a vacation rental. Beautiful kitchen that has most everything you’ll need, toaster/counter top oven in addition to a nice range. Coffee maker, hot water kettle. Nice refrigerator with ice maker! Beautiful views and the light in the place is great.Incredibly comfortable beds, nice size bathrooms. Another deck on the backside between the bedrooms.Cable tv, wifi and a great electric started gas fireplace. Games, brochures for area attractions, close to the beach actually with just a short walk.Brett was easy to communicate with and we would come back again for sure.

Cozy House Nestled in the Woods

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this cozy home surrounded by trees and nature. The setting was peaceful and private, just what we needed to unwind. The house was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked, especially the kitchen which had everything we needed. A perfect retreat for a quiet, relaxing break.

Nature and Wine Lovers Hideaway

If you love majestic Redwoods, quiet surroundings, well appropriated accommodations that are cozy and charming with close proximity to amazing Vineyards, this rental will not disappoint! We prefer uniquely different properties for our vacations and this "Upscale Vintage Cabin" fit us perfectly. The cabin size was ideal for our group of 4 with two full bathrooms - a big selling point if your traveling with non-family vacationers. But the best feature is the amazing outdoor space with a deck that was built around the majestic redwoods on the property. A wonderful place to relax after a day of adventures.

Forestville stay March 2025

My wife & I came to Forestville to visit her sister (obviously my Sister-in-Law), her husband & their menagerie of playful pets. We found this beautiful location about one mile from their place, great find. It also happened to overlap w/ our 23rd wedding anniversary & the owners were gracious enough to leave us a bottle of local bubbly in the fridge for us to toast & enjoy. Great home, super cozy & a beautiful location. Going forward we are going to base our trips to visit Forestville based on the availability of this home. Thank you for a great experience, we will be back.

Awesome Redwood property

This is our second visit to this beautiful home in the midst of the redwoods with a beautiful deck, hot tub, and fire pit close to wine country, and great restaurants. Brett was a great host and very responsive to questions. Will definitely come again.!

We live and work in San Francisco and love coming up to Sonoma to get the best of California. The food, the trees, the wine, the River. It might only be 60 miles away from the City but it feels like a different world when we are up there.

I loved the place from the moment I stepped foot inside the gate. The redwoods coming though the deck, the privacy, the old school redwood funkiness of it all. We spent 7 months remodeling to make the place shine and have contented to make it better every year.. I truly love the space and hope you do too.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Not far at all from River Road and Mothers Beach but far removed from it all. This is a great place to relax and reconnect. There is a very open floor plan with the living room, dining room kitchen and deck all connected. The bedrooms are tucked in the back off a more private deck.

There are great wineries, breweries, fine dining and hole in the walls that serve great food in every direction.

My favorite thing to do on a hot summer day is to stash a car downstream and walk to the beach and float the day away.
