Paradise: Riverfront 3-Bedroom with Wi-Fi, Hot Tub, Seasonal Dock, Kayaks, and SUP Boards

Grab your essentials and head over to the Russian River! Paradise is a recently updated, solar-powered riverfront home featuring its own private dock and flotilla. The house offers three spacious bedrooms, two full baths, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a large, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Enjoy swimming, kayaking, and vibrant river activity during the spring and summer. In the fall and winter, relax by the propane fireplace or soak in the hot tub after cooking with friends and family.

The property is located just 3/4 miles from Guerneville, offering local eateries, wine tasting, shopping, and recreation at Johnson's Beach and Armstrong Woods State Reserve. We are situated in a small neighborhood; please note 2 car maximum at any and all times; public street parking available on River Road.

Paradise is an all-inclusive gathering spot that has hosted travelers for over two decades. We invite you to come and make new memories.

Our stay at this riverfront home was wonderful. We were there on a rainy weekend in February, but the house was warm and sitting at the picture window watching the river roll by was what we were looking for. Sitting in the hot tub watching the river roll by was also very nice.

Beautiful, open space. I loved all of the natural light coming through the house. I will have to come back in the summer months when we can take advantage of the dock and the river.

The house was beautiful and Guernville is amazing. The rental company responded within minutes, answering every question we had. We went during rainy season and it was very cozy. The town has amazing food, shops, and people! Shout out to Benny at Benny’s Coffee. We will be back for summer. Thank you Paradise!

Nice for most part, but some things could use attention: Front gate deadbolt missing a screw. Front bedroom outside door has gaps on side and bottom, causing a cold draft. Missing a complete set of sheets for sofa beds. Pots and pans were badly scratched/very worn out, so not great to cook in.

The property owner and I make it our priority to maintain Paradise in more than well cared for condition. We appreciate your keen eye and you bringing these maintenance items to our attention ( screw from deadbolt / door draft ), both will be attended to this week. We do store sheets for the sofa beds in the built-in drawers of the queen bed in the first bedroom, we do apologize if there was an unintentional oversite, and do politely suggest that guests reach out by way of call,text,email if they have any questions or concerns providing us the opportunity to resolve them. If you choose to return to stay with us, we would be happy to offer you an early arrival or late departure time as a concession towards your recent stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Naomi’s property. The home is very peaceful with a serene setting, and the soothing sound of the river flowing nearby made it incredibly relaxing. The house is very roomy and filled with natural sunlight, which made mornings especially enjoyable while having breakfast and taking in the river views.The home was spotless and well maintained, with plenty of amenities. The kitchen was fully furnished and had everything we needed. In the evenings, we loved stepping out onto the balcony to enjoy the quiet surroundings and even stargaze right from the property.The neighborhood is calm and quiet, offering great privacy while still feeling safe and welcoming. Great location, walking distance to town/johnson’s beach. Clean comfortable house as described with a nice kitchen that has everything you need to make meals. We mostly prepared meals at the house. The paddle boards and kayaks were super fun to use exploring the river.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful house. It was one of the cleanest VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. The cozy couch and chairs with the view of the river was our favorite spot. The private dock was great and the river there is deep enough to jump in. We enjoyed relaxing on the dock and using the SUP’s provided. The management company was great to interact with and provided clear instructions for check in/out. Korbel is a short drive with excellent champagne tasting and the free tour is a must. We also enjoyed the beer and food at the Russian River Pub. We enjoyed our 3 day weekend here and would definitely book again.

Great Property on the River

We had a great time staying at this property on the river, located near Gurneville. It was clean, had kayaks/paddleboards, and the property manager was very communicative. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to have some fun on the River!

My 94 year mom was with us plus our pup. We all had a relaxing family vacation. Playing in the water, games, cooking together and lots of smiles.House is one level, cental open space plan, large kitchen; overall a great place to be with family and friends. Each bedroom has large TV.We loved everything about the house and location.Looking forward for our next’s trip.

Wonderful stay for Thanksgiving celebration. Our favorite part was the sunroom off the kitchen where we could watch wildlife on the river. We saw egrets, otters, cormorants, and much more! We typically spend time at the Russian River during the summer months when the river is super busy. We enjoyed the fall experience of nobody on the river. It was peaceful with beautiful light changes throughout each day creating painting like views. Our guests found their bed to be comfortable. We thought the king bed was a bit soft yet we slept well. The kitchen was well appointed for serving a holiday meal. The furniture was comfortable. The deck and hot tub were enjoyable and fairly private. The location so close to downtown Guerneville was ideal for our stay. Thank you for the lovely card, coffee and magnet welcoming us. Would rent again in the future.

Relaxing getaway

I came here with my sister and my son who lives in San Francisco. My son has been here several times and wanted to show us the area. We toured the Benziger winery in Sonoma Valley but mainly kayaked. I would definitely stay here again

Two children and four adults stayed three nights, with absolutely great memories of the home with absolutely no issues. If I was to return to the area, we would certainly consider this home! Paradise

Highly recommend if planning a stay in Guerneville. This property is exceptionally well cared for and maintained. The kitchen and laundry spaces were well stocked, which was greatly appreciated and helped make our stay simpler. The arrival and departure details were well communicated, and simple to follow instructions. We enjoyed our brief stay so much we cannot wait to go back!!!

Paradise Found!

We had a lovely stay at Paradise. The house was spotless and stocked with everything we needed. The view was beautiful and the surroundings were quiet. It was a great location with lots to do in the area. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

Girls Trip to Paradise

Five of us stayed for two nights at the property, it was wonderful and we would absolutely go back again.

After years of working in the short-term rental market and managing multiple departments, I took a leap of faith, earned my Sonoma County Property Manager certificate, and began managing properties independently in 2021.

As a lifelong resident of the Russian River area, I truly enjoy hosting visitors and sharing this region with them. My goal is for every guest to leave with a smile and the desire to return for another stay.

Managing a riverfront property in Guerneville allows me the excuse to take a break along the river banks each time I visit Paradise. Guests love the location for its' unobstructed views of the Russian River, its seasonal river access, 2 single kayaks, and of course, the hot tub.

This home is located just far enough out of town to feel removed from the local activities, yet close enough to enjoy a short walk for lunch, ice cream, or an early dinner.

Situated less than a five-minute drive from Guerneville, the property is perfectly positioned along the riverbank for easy access to all the area's recreation. The home features modern furnishings and an open floor plan, and is professionally cleaned between every stay.
