CanJuanóは、イビザン様式を尊重して修復された典型的なイビザン様式の家で、厚い石壁と天井のオリジナルのサビナ梁を保存しています。

250 m2の家は、暖炉とテレビのある広々としたリビングルーム、設備の整ったダイニングルーム付きのキッチン、3つのバスルーム、4つのダブルベッドルーム、テラスで構成されています。

家の外にはバーベキュー、大きな庭に囲まれたジャグジー付きのプール、子供用の子供用エリアがあります。

家は果樹（オレンジ、レモン、イナゴマメ、100周年オリーブの木）に囲まれた100,000 m2の農場にあります。

所有者はタウンハウスに住んでおり、農場とその中の小さな庭の世話をしており、そこで果物や野菜（トマト、ピーマン、スイカ、メロンなど）を栽培しています。

Very Nice Stay. Nearby santa Gertrudis and Benirras. Wonderful pool. All very clean and cleaning/changing towels during our stay was very welcome. Communication with Nieves very easy. Nice family. Peaceful place. Very quiet environnement. One of the bathroom is outside the house.

Incredible villa and location

A truly perfect holiday. The villa is well equipped, lovely rooms with fans and aircon. Really outstanding amenities and pool, bbq etc. Nieves and her family went out of their way to accommodate and make our stay special. Thank you for the welcome fruit basket too!

We didn't want to leave!

We had a wonderful stay for 2 weeks in June at this beautiful country house in the quiet north of the island. The house is ideal for families with young children due to the large gated pool. The house is traditional in style and the grounds are extremely well tended with lots of flowers and fruit trees and several outdoor areas to sit and eat and enjoy a drink. Nieves and her family made us feel so welcome throughout and the fresh fruit on arrival from her family's farm was a real treat. We will be back! James and family

Fabulous villa, great location

We have just spent a week in this lovely villa with some friends. Ibiza is a beautiful island and particularly in the north east where this villa is located. It is very pleasantly situated in the countryside but only 15 minutes or so to the beautiful town on Portinatx on one side or Port de San Miguel on the other. Nieves and her family were perfect hosts - nothing was too much trouble and Nieves made sure to stay in touch throughout the week to ensure everything was perfect, The villa has everything you need and comfortably accommodates 8. The pool was brilliant and our 3 young daughters spent many happy hours playing. We have no hesitation recommending this villa and would like to thank Nieves and her family again for a fantastic week. Gordon and family, Gary and family

Absolutely amazing!

We had the most beautiful stay here. We felt so relaxed the moment we entered the gorgeous rustic accommodation. On arrival there was fresh fruit and vegetables and such a welcoming feeling that can only be described as perfect! The view is so lovely, complimenting such a great location. Neives was so attentive and was always there if we needed anything, day or night. We decided to explore the Island, visiting many of the stunning beaches the White Isle has to offer. San Miguel is beautiful and has two hidden treasures if you care to explore. If you are lucky enough to meet Alex at Utopia..., please stay for lunch or dinner..., you will not be disappointed ❤️ We recommend this property 100%! We travelled round the whole Island with ease..., the farthest being 40 minutes drive. We managed to visit 18 of the most beautiful locations, swimming to some of them. Do not settle for the basic beaches...., Ibiza has so much more to offer! Enjoy ❤️

Wonderful holiday in beautiful villa

From the moment we arrived Nieves could not have been more helpful. She went over and above to make our stay perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She responded to any queries immediately which was brilliant. The house, pool and gardens are beautiful and nestled in the Ibiza hills creates a peaceful setting for a great holiday. The pool is stunning and a small play area for little ones was a bonus. The pool was maintained regularly, as were the gardens. Fresh towels provided twice a week and villa clean and beautifully furnished. The villa is so quiet and tranquil especially at nighttime so we all felt rested by the end of our holiday. The lovely local beach is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive away with market villages 10 minute drive away. There were 6 of us, 5 adults and a toddler. The 3 main bedrooms were perfect and the fourth ideal for our toddler. Would definitely go back for another holiday here! Thank you so much Nieves for an amazing stay in your beautiful house.

We all greatly enjoyed everything

We, a family of 8 people (two children 14 and 15 years old), have booked the country villa Can Juano in San Miquel for al long weekend of 4 days in October (18-21 Oct.). We received a warm welcome by the owner. There was a beautiful bowl with lots of fruit and vegetables ready for us. The owner gave a nice tour in and around the house and she also gave us some tips for beautiful sights.The bathrooms in the villa were all lovely and very clean. The villa lies in a kind of green valley. It is wonderfully quiet. It is a very nice location in a beautiful garden with lots of fruit trees. The swimming pool and the whirlpool were really great. There are also enough number of sunbeds to enjoy the sun. We enjoyed the barbecue area with the picknicktable and we spent a lot of time in the seating area outside on the veranda.There was good communication by mail and app during the reservation and during our presence We all greatly enjoyed everything. The villa is really a very good place to stay if you want to enjoy all the beautiful things Ibiza has to offer.

Lovely villa in perfect location

We stayed for one week in late September and were 3 adults and 2 children. The villa is very clean, spacious and well equipped. Nieves is a super host and is available to answer any questions via WhatsApp (not that we had any). She made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. The villa is on a farm and is very well maintained and for us was perfect for exploring our favourite side of the island. We walked to Benirras a number of times, which is a short walk from the villa. Another highlight is that the pool is fenced, so a bonus if you have small children. We were left a lovely fruit/vegetable basket on arrival with produce from the farm, which we enjoyed throughout the week. We would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family and look forward to visiting again soon.

Excellent stay at the villa

Just returned from a fabulous week. The property was exactly as the photos and the villa didn’t disappoint. Nieves was a fabulous host - very friendly and went over and above to ensure we had a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend. Excellent!!! One very minor point, the returnable deposit was required to be cash which incurred costs for us to withdraw and the exchange rate. Ideally this would be better if done by a holding payment on a card.

A very relaxing one-week stay

The historic villa is located in a special place far from the noise. We truly enjoyed the swimming pool and the nearby beaches. The owners are particularly nice and accommodating. We did appreciate their support and the pleasant "fruity" welcoming!

Perfect verblijf

We waren met 7 vriendinnen en werden heel vriendelijk onthaalt door Nieves met een hele mand vers fruit en groenten. Huis binnen beetje ouderwets, maar buiten perfect. Had alles wat we nodig hadden. Goede ligging, mooie omgeving, tof zwembad, strand op wandelafstand. Nieves was altijd bereikbaar voor hulp. Zeker een aanrader!

Great Villa in rural Ibiza

The Villa was perfect, situated in rural Ibiza with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The pool and jacuzzi was great. Benirras beach was only 5 mins away in car and the drumming and sunset was great on a Sunday. The Villa is around 30 mins drive to Ibiza Town and San Antonio. We managed to get taxi when we wanted to go on a night out. Nieves was a great host. They left a giant fruit and veg basket upon arrival and changed the towels mid-way through the week. We had no problems however Nieves was easily accessible via WhatsApp if needed. Would highly recommend.

De woning is super mooi afgewerkt en heeft alles wat men nodig heeft. Het zwembad is mooi en afsluitbaar ideaal met kleine kinderen. De service van de eigenaars is echt super niets is te veel. Bij aankomst kregen we ook nog een mooi pakket met groenten en fruit. Ook bij slecht weer is er ruimte genoeg zowel binnen en buiten . De ligging is zeer mooi en rustig . Maar je bent echt zo weer op de toeristische locaties op het eiland

Fantastisch huis in prachtige omgeving

We hebben genoten van het huis, het zwembad en de prachtige omgeving. Het huis is ruim (3 slaapkamers en ook nog een extra slaapbank en 3 badkamers), het zwembad is groot en de omgeving is werkelijk prachtig. Alles is perfect geregeld, zowel huis als zwembad heel schoon, fruit/groente bij aankomst was heerlijk en de eigenaar Nieves is goed bereikbaar en regelt alles. Absolute aanrader!

Everything perfect

Nieves and her family are simply amazing. They are super kind and reactive to any request and the house was exactly as described in the site and perfectly in line with our need and expectations. Great to have fresh vegetables and fruit km0 everyday from the family. We felt like being at home in a beautiful location At only 5min driving from Benirras beach. Great vacation. Super recomended.

Beautiful Location

Lovely pool area and a beautiful location which is a 25/30 minute walk from Benirras beach. The whole villa was spotlessly clean and the bedrooms were very nice with air con in all but one which was cool anyway. Kitchen utensils quite basic. Nieves left us a fantastic basket of fruit and veg from her garden which was a lovely welcome. Nieves is a great host and we would stay again.

Absolutamente espectacular

Nuestra estancia en Can Juano ha sido increíble. Hemos estado 3 semanas en Ibiza, de las cuales pasamos la última aquí, somos una pareja con 2 niños de 5 y 7 años. Tras más de 10 años veraneando en Ibiza la casa de Nieves es el sitio más increíble en el que hemos estado. La casa preciosa, el exterior impecable, la piscina maravillosa y la ubicación inmejorable para disfrutar del norte de la isla, nuestra zona favorita. Nieves ha sido todo amabilidad, siempre atenta y dispuesta, tanto nuestros hijos como nosotros hemos disfrutado muchísimo, volveremos sin ninguna duda. Muchísimas gracias Nieves, seguid trabajando así de bien...volviendo al título del post, absolutamente espectacular.

Amazing stay!

The villa was perfect for our stay in Ibiza. Clean house, nice swimming pool with jacuzzi and Nieves offered great service; answered questions and offered help when needed. Definitely will come back and rent this villa!

Wonderful family friendly villa in a beautiful quiet setting and a A* host

My wife, young daughter and parents enjoyed our week at the villa and plan to return. The villa has everything you will need to be completely self sufficient for the week and is quietly tucked away on a small road so you can enjoy it’s wonderful facilities to yourself. Nieves is an excellent host and went out of her way to make sure we are comfortable and help answer any questions we had.

Lovely secluded property with a great pool

This is a lovely private villa 5 minutes’ drive from Sant Miquel and 5 minutes from the famous hippy beach Cala Benirras. The villa is in a secluded location with a good size private pool with jacuzzi. The grounds are well maintained and watered so it is very lush. There are plenty of loungers and parasols by the pool. There is a BBQ which we used several times. There are a number of shaded seating areas to choose from outside to chill, have a drink or eat at. The property is quaint with character. It is nicely furnished and feels homely. Although it is not a modern property, it is well fitted. You have all you need in the kitchen including an oven, separate microwave oven and a dishwasher. There are other gadgets like a juicer, toaster, blender and a coffee pod machine (pods can be purchased at the local supermarket. The kitchen is open plan with a dining area with seating for 8. This is where we tend to have breakfast. I can see this being used when the weather is not nice outside. There are actually 4 bedrooms, 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs. The rooms are spacious, 3 of them have free standing wardrobes with plenty of draw and hanging spaces. One of the bedrooms downstairs has as adjoining en-suite. Instead of a bedroom door, it has a curtain in lieu of a door. Every room has a fan and there is an air conditioning unit downstairs which keeps the area where this is another large dining table and the chill out area (2 sofas, TV and satellite which we did not use) cool. Although the bedrooms are not air conditioned, it does not get overly hot. If you open the windows a bit before bed time, it does help to keep it cool. There are 2 separate identical bathrooms downstairs and they are both modern with double sinks, a large mirror, a bath tub with a shower attachment and shower curtain, a WC and bidet. There is a well-stocked supermarket in Sant Miquel (5 minutes away). There are lots of beaches and restaurants around the island all within 30 minutes drive away so it is very convenient. I would say a car is a must to allow you to get around. We really enjoyed our time at this villa given its privacy. If you want a holiday to chill and spend time as a family, this will tick all the boxes. The owner is very friendly and she is always available by phone (WhatsApp). She will offer advise/recommendations and make sure everything is ok. I would highly recommend this villa.
