Casa molto carina ed accogliente, ci siamo trovati bene

Casa munita di tutto quanto ci necessitava, peccato non poter accedere a piscina del residence. Molto carina ed accogliente. Per raggiungere il mare ci vuole auto o navetta. e' stata una bella vacanza.

Vacanza ottimale

La casa ha perfettamente risposto alle nostre aspettative grazie anche alle informazioni e foto del sito. Situata in un complesso, molto curato, dove è’ possibile muoversi in assoluta tranquillità’. Molto bella la vista sia dell’alba che del tramonto. Stintino e’ molto vicina e con una passeggiata sulla pista ciclabile e’ raggiungibile anche a piedi. La proprietà’ e’ molto curata e dispiace quasi abbandonare la casa per tuffarsi nelle bellissime spiagge dei dintorni..

Il complesso country paradise è veramente un "paradiso "!!! La villetta ha superato le nostre aspettative, spaziosa e confortevole, ben attrezzata e silenziosissima. Preziosi i consigli della Signora Lisa. Vacanza indimenticabile. Consigliatissima😍

Jolie région mais la fameuse plage de Stintino (la Pelosa) est beaucoup trop fréquentée en été ,

La location est spacieuse et plutôt agréable ; à noter que les deux douches existantes ne peuvent pas être utilisées en même temps( pas assez de pression). La plage la plus proche est une plage de petits graviers polis blancs , l’eau y est très belle (fond sable très fin), mais il n’y a guère aux alentours d’autres jolies plages ou criques. La magnifique plage de La Pelosa aux eaux exceptionnelles est gâchée par une trop grande fréquentation: vendeurs de plage dans l’eau et donc attroupements permanents , sur le sable même à 10 h du matin il n’y a déjà plus de place pour y poser une serviette( ou alors à 1centimètre de celle du voisin!) et vous enjambez les serviettes des autres pour aller à l’eau! Bref plage victime de son succès (au mois de juillet en tout cas). Dommage ...

Confortevole villa a 15 minuti dalla spiaggia della Pelosa

La villa e' in un comprensorio turistico con molto verde e parecchi servizi. A pochi minuti sono presenti varie calette e spiagge, tra cui la celeberrima spiaggia della Pelosa. La casa e' indubbiamente bella e ben arredata, con 2 camere e doppi servizi ed un ampio salone e cucina all'americana. Noi (2 adulti + 2 bambine) ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Unico problema, le formiche saldamente installate tra le travi di legno del tetto: inutile ogni nostro tentativo di distruggerle. Siamo solo riusciti a contenerle e dopo poco ci abbiamo fatto l'abitudine.

"Good morning. Our holiday was very nice. Good place, good weather, good house. The Country Paradise urbanization is a really special place; quite, well equipped and well located. The house is gorgeous; big garden, really quality fornitures and extremely quite. The owner and the person in chage to help un were so available and polite. "This villa is something incredible! It''s in the middle of the nature, in a really nice place just close to the reef and in front of a full equiped beach. The house is something special, luxury fornitures, high standard level and the landlord is really polite and available! The garden is really nice, big and with all the quite we needed! Swimming pools were perfect for my 2 children and the urbanization offers shops, restaurants and whatever a family need for a special holiday! Just incredible, that''s all! Thanks Mrs. Bianchessi, we felt like home, or better!"

Excellent! Very full equ...

Excellent! Very full equiped villa in one of the most beautiful place I've never seen in my life! Close to the reef is a special and extremely quite place but close to a minimarket, some restaurants, some pizzerias and some shops. Two available pools few minuts far from the house and a splendid equipped beach just at the exit of the urbanization. Tho house offered us two big rooms, a good kitchen, two bathrooms and a giant living room! Fournitures were high level. Garden ok, big, organized and safe. Organization very good; a person available all the time for us and the owner extremely polite and available! fantastic holiday!!!

"Casa stupenda, in riva ad una scogliera a picco sul mare! La casa ha un arredamento di lusso, superiore alle nostre aspettative! L''accoglienza ottimo, grande giardino curato, tutte le comodità ed i comfort! Davvero entusiasmante! Il vvillaggio in cui è inserito offre di tutto, bar, minimarket, ristoranti e qualche negozietto, ma soprattutto tranquillità ed un ambiente unico! Le piscine sono ideali per i bambini, grandi, spaziose e sicure. I proprietari sono sempre stati gentilissimi, ed una persona sul posto ci ha sempre aiutati in tutto....davvero GRAZIE! Speriamo di ritornarci presto!!!"

The information is not co...

The information is not correct on several items. There is no swimming pool that is officially allowed to use. The house is semi- detached, the surface is certainly less than 600m2 and there are no bikes available. The parking place smells like fish and attracts ants to inside the car.
