The property was exactly as it appears on the VRBO site. It was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, with easy walking to a multitude of bars, restaurants and shops. The marina is of course fabulous,if a little pricier than the bars up on the street. The pool is saltwater and absolutely lovely. The beach is literally over the road. Garden access to the beach walk along to the marina. It's a steep climb up to the road! Also easy access to buses to the pueblo, Mijas and many other attractions. Only minor problem is that the gate to the Residencia seemed difficult to spot for taxi companies, for airport transfers. We had a great time and hope to return!

Beautiful sea views and perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The balcony with stunning sea views was a highlight, and the apartment itself was spacious and perfect for our family. The location was ideal, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the beach. Arturo was fantastic to deal with - super helpful and friendly. We'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway "

Wonderful Holiday

Location was fantastic, As mobile seniors, we found it easy to access to the boardwalk, restaurants and shops.The view of the Mediterranean from the balcony was priceless, there was always something going on on the water. For our 6 week stay, the apartment provided everything we required for day-to-day living. We would like to thank our host for for a very relaxing stay in Spain.We totally recommend a stay at this apartment.

Appartement spacieux et très bien situé

Séjour de 46 nuitées.Le propriétaire ou gestionnaire Arturo,ne réside pas à Benalmádena mais plutôt à Seville,ce qui a rendu notre séjour plus difficile et insécurité à quelques occasions comme lorsque nous avons été privé d’électricité pendant plus de 24 heures,on s’est sentis très vulnérables et seuls ne parlant pas espagnol et n’ayant personne pour nous accompagner hormis Arturo via le téléphone.Autrement,nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans l’ensemble.L’endroit est très bien situé avec vue sur la mer et directement relié au Paseo Marítimo.P. Excellent location

We stayed there in January/February and enjoyed every minute of it. Perfect location by the sea, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Spacious apartment with all the equipment needed. The property manager on the top of everything and always ready to help.

Perfect location

This was a perfect stay for our family. Right on the promenade and steps from the beach. We were greeted by a beautiful lady who showed us around. Arturo was so helpful from the beginning and we really appreciated it. We will definitely be back again. My only suggestion would be to put in some lamps in hallway and bedrooms which would make the place slightly cosier but apart from that no issues. Sitting on the balcony every morning was magical!Thanks

Amazing apartment, right next to promenade.

Our stay was great, apartment is right next to the promenade & not far from the Marina. There are lots of shops, bars & restaurants nearby. There are a lot of steps to the front of the complex, so we always went round the back through the gate to the promenade as my Mums mobity isnt good. The only problem we had was finding the apartment, the map link on the listing is in the wrong place & the taxi dropped us at the wrong place. We phoned Arturo & he helped us find the apartment which was a few minutes away. We also had to phone him for wifi code, but he is really helpful with any problems we had. The holiday was amazing after that, we will definitely be back.

What a wonderful apartment in an amazing location! Clean, well equipped and spacious apartment. A lovely pool and surrounds. A short walk from loads of shops, cafes and restaurants and a literal stone’s throw from the beach! We hope to return next year :)

Fantastic apartment, fantastic location. We had a sea view, was practically on the beach ☺️…. Definitely recommend. Only negative was , no lamps at the side of the bed, just the main light … that’s just me being picky though…..all in all fabulous ☺️

Perfect Location

This apartment is located steps from the promenade and the beach and the balcony gets morning sun. It is a short walk to pick up locations for organized tours and for local bus transportation. Also, when we had trouble with our airport drop off we contacted Arturo (the only contact we had in Spain), he responded promptly and helped us with the driver even though this had nothing to do with his rental apartment. Great location

Great property looking out to sea and 20 metres from the beach. Loads of pubs, shops and restaurants nearby. 2 shower rooms very handy. Bus stop right outside. No English channels on the TV

RESIDENTIAL MARINA - BENALMADENA

We can’t recommend this apartment enough. The apartment is in a fantastic location close to the beach, the beautiful marina and within easy walking distance of a couple of very good supermarkets. Despite being so well placed it was very peaceful and relaxing. The apartment has amazing views over the promenade to the beach. It was very clean and contained everything we could possibly need. The grounds were very well maintained and secure. The pool was excellent and very quiet. We had it to ourselves most days. Arturo was very helpful and easy to contact. We had an amazing holiday and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and lovely apartment.

The location and neighbourhood are excellent, the apartment overlooked the beach and the gardens are immaculate. The apartment was better than expected, very clean with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Overall 9/10 (very small issues, not enough pillows and only 1 bin provided.) would definitely return.

Excellent location

Lovely apartment, kids really enjoyed the pool. Very easy access to promenade, beach and restaurants. Straight out the secure gate by the pool and gardens and your right on the promenade which has restaurants and shops plus plenty of places to access the beach. If you go out of the gate onto the promenade and turn left you will see some steps on your left leading up to the main road (at the back of the apartments) which has plenty more shops, supermarkets and bus stops. Arturo gave us the code for the main gate so the taxi could drive down to the entrance of the apartment. We had a warm welcome and shown where everything was in the apartment. I had a problem with my phone as it didn't seem to want me to roam so I depended on the apartment WiFi. It would of been handy if there had been some info in the apartment with the name of the network and password. It all got sorted out with Arturo. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and I would stay there again.

Super clean,comfortable & outstanding location! Wish I could wake up to the view everyday! Felt safe ,the whole grounds, gardens pool etc all very well kept Host very friendly & helpful The area was quiet at night for getting a great sleep in the comfy beds ,busy enough during the day when sitting out on the veranda but never too noisy Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again Thank you for a wonderful apartment
