Perfect Shore Getaway

The condition of the house and beach decor are impeccable. Also, the location is unbeatable as there are so many amazing restaurants within a 5 min walk from the property. Having beach badges and bikes available to use were an added perk! The thoughtful snacks and drinks upon arrival were also a great surprise. Would definitely stay here again!

Shore Stay

The property was newly renovated and in excellent condition. Jessica the owner has a flair for decorating. The kitchen was fully equipped. Loved the basket of treats provided! A nice location with downtown Stone Harbor a few steps away and a short walk to the ocean. An enjoyable week at the Shore!

Lovely setting, excellent location

The location cannot be beat! Easy walk to the clean beach and to the heart of downtown Stone Harbor which features an array of restaurants as well as strolling and shopping experiences. We appreciated the bikes and took a ride past the bird sanctuary and other sights. Very relaxing and highly recommended!

Excellent Little Apartment

This place was super clean, lovely new renovations and right next to Stone Harbor restaurants and shops. It was just right for me, my husband and our 2 year old. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach which was only an issue when it came to restrooms, but we managed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful beach vacation!

We stayed 3 nights in this lovely condo that is situated so conveniently - less than a block from the center of Stone Harbor and 2 blocks from the beach! The condo was decorated beautifully and very clean with lots of thoughtful amenities - nice soaps, cleaning supplies, and snacks that we didn’t need to go to the supermarket at all. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Adorable, comfortable apartment with perks

We spent 8 days here, and enjoyed it! The bikes and chairs were a definite plus. The apartment was very clean and modern. I would recommend using the outside shower, which is awesome, because the inside one is kind of small. There were many wonderful touches that made the place feel like home such as a nice candle, indoor plants, and plenty of water bottles and snacks. The TVs are very modern and easy to use. The street parking was somewhat of a challenge because there are not very many spaces, but if you pay attention, you can grab one when someone leaves. The owners were very nice with excellent communication. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect getaway

The property was well appointed and immaculately clean, the location was perfect (just a couple of blocks from the beach and the shops/restaurants on 3rd Avenue/96th Street), and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book this property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Stone Harbor.

Great small getaway spot in Stone Harbor

My wife and I stayed Wed thru Sunday. Was perfect for our short weekend. Cleaned updated with a comfortable bed. Has a kitchen which we never used because we could walk to all the cafes and restaurants. Owner was very responsive and owns three units with their big summer house on the property. Very Quiet in late September. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location, cozy little house. Cottage like beach style. Loved every minute we spent there. Hosts were amazing, and it's near everything! The bikes were SO much fun. Would love to stay again

Needs a comfortable sofa with table and CENTRAL air

This was Columbus Day weekend with temps in the high 70's. The unit looked bright and well-maintained. It was listed as a one-bedroom, but at 400 sq. ft. was almost half the size of the one-bedroom I had lived in. It had some nice upgrades, such as new bathroom fixtures, windows, and microwave. Good location, too – short walk to the beach and shops. However what would have made it livable and comfortable falls far short in this unit. There was no dishwasher, laundry, eating area or even a table in front of the sofa. Sofa uncomfortable and is the only place to sit. It is listed as "sleeps 3" but a tiny 2-person counter does not accommodate a 3rd person for meals. Easy to solve with a table in front of the sofa! The worst offense, however, was having to deal with two noisy window air conditioning units. Because the unit is so small, this noise becomes amplified. My husband didn't sleep Saturday night. I did, intermittently, but had to turn the bedroom unit from "cool" to "fan" to prevent the unit from "clicking" in addition to noise. Because it was on "fan" it then became humid in the bedroom. What do renters do when it's August and 90 degrees?! The unit desperately needs central air. With heavy rain forecast on Monday we left Sunday after the Eagles football game. Better to relax on a comfortable couch and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep!!

Communication with the owner was very easy. The studio was very clean and well stocked, although please note that you need to bring your own linens which includes towels and bath mat. Would strongly recommend this listing as can't beat the location!

Great apartment in a great location.

We really enjoyed having this cute and compact apartment for our stay in Stone Harbor. Russell was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Just a little fine tuning and this apartment is a great find. (more functional kitchen tools, detailed cleaning) The apartment was generally clean with just some minimal oversights in the details. The full year renters upstairs were very nice. Easy street parking, great location to walk to beach, walk to downtown, bike everywhere. Russell & Jessica have bikes & beach chairs which were great since we forgot our chairs!! Beach tags are not included! We'd be happy stay here again someday.
