Wonderful, oceanfront top floor condo

This quaint condo overlooks the ocean and cliffs with beautiful view of downtown and the Pyrenees mountains in the distance. It was clean, well appointed, and spacious. The property manager was easy to work with and very accommodating. We loved our stay and are anxious to return again soon!

The condo is on the top floor of an old-style house with 14 apartments, a mix of locals and rentals. Though I worried it might be noisy, it was quiet —even with a group of lads staying below. The unit has four bedrooms: two doubles on the main level, a third double on the mezzanine, and a box room with a single bed at the base of the mezzanine stairs. A hidden staircase leads to the mezzanine, which offers privacy and includes a bathroom and separate toilet—ideal for older kids or friends. The main bedroom has an en-suite, accessible only through it, so the second double shares it indirectly; there's also a hallway toilet.The decor has vintage charm, but the kitchen is modern, spotless, and fully equipped. I don’t think I ever stayed anywhere so well cleaned. Beds were made, towels provided and everything else well stocked. Stunning sea views as described and a constant sea breeze made it cool despite the heatwave. The location is excellent: 5 mins to bakery, supermarket and a quieter beach; 10 mins to central Biarritz. The condo also includes two reserved spots in a gated car park. Truly a perfect stay.

Vue incroyable et très bon emplacement

La vue est à couper le souffle. Peut-être la plus belle vue de Biarritz. L’emplacement est également très agréable car à 10 minutes du centre et deux places de parc sont disponibles. L’appartement en tant que tel mérite un petit coup de rafraîchissement et il n’est pas au goût du jour. Mais la vue et l’emplacement l’emportent!

La plus belle vue de Biarritz à un emplacement idéal

Nous confirmons que le logement est encore plus agréable à vivre que les photos ou le descriptif ne le laissent déjà présager. Dialogue très dynamique avec les propriétaires ce qui permet des ajustements bienveillants. Aménagements bien confortables (sur-matelas Bultex très apprécié) surtout lors d'un séjour avec météo très contrastée. Rien n'est à l'économie : Café sel huile consommables de nettoyage et de propreté...tout le nécessaire est là. Emplacement idéal pour rayonner à pied entre shopping du quotidien et visites à ne pas manquer. Un séjour qui donne envie de revenir ! Merci.

Une vue superbe encore mieux que sur les photos ! Bon emplacement proche des plages et des commerces à pied et un parking fermé : tout est au rendez-vous pour oublier ses soucis.

Vue impressionante

Appartement au dernier étage d'une maison style basque en bordure d'une falaise dominant l'océan. Vue magnifique sur l'océan et/ou le phare dans toutes les pièces. Nous avons été très bien reçu par le propriétaire. Nous reviendrons pour essayer, cette fois-ci, de profiter du soleil qui a beaucoup manqué lors de notre séjour.

Ann is extremely helpful. Apartment has everything you need . Situated with wonderful sea views from every window and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, location is perfect. One minor criticism I would have preferred cost to include towels and bed linen Otherwise lovely.++
