The good: The location is pretty good (although up a very steep hill with no on street parking) and we enjoyed the skiing. The heating is effective so no issues with being cold. The host helped with issues like lights not working very promptly. The bad: The flat is very small and basic. One bin bag was provided so we had to buy more, no basic cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil etc). The parking is an underground garage and very difficult to manoeuvre around - do not use unless you have a very small car. The worst part was that we barely slept for 3 of our 4 nights in this property - the noise from the attic flat above was horrendous - they weren’t being particularly noisy, but the floorboards creak SO loudly all the time with the slightest noise that we were woken up at all hours - even when they rolled over in their bed at 2am. I have no idea how previous people staying here haven’t mentioned it - perhaps the attic flat is a new conversion and hasn’t been used before? We complained afterward and were offered a 20% refund. We asked for 40% but the host said no and that they had provided sheets and towels free of charge so they felt it was fair - not the best customer service There was also mould in one of the bedroom windows as well (see pictures).

L’emplacement est au top, par contre certains carreaux cassées au sol sont à remplacer car il y a un risque de se faire couper aux pieds et les mains pour les enfants.

Appartement propre, confortable et conforme à la description. Surtout : très bon accueil pour nous rendre le séjour agréable alors que nous avions une grande famille de 4 enfants : parking, lessive etc … Merci pour tout. Enfin, très beau domaine skiable où tout le monde s’est régalé

La comunicación ha sido excelente, la ubicación muy cerca de las pistas aunque hay que ir en coche, y la casa no nos ha dado ningún problema. Hemos pasado unos días increíbles.

Óptima posición para esquiar

Piso limpio y bien cuidado. Óptima posición para esquiar, teniendo las pistas muy cerca. Faltaría en mi opinión unos cuantos utensilios más para limpiar, toallas, así uno evita traerse las suyas y el secador de pelo. Pero en general bien. A media horita de Andorra la Vella

Apartamento Andorra

La experiencia bien porque fuimos varias familias a dos apartamentos. Nos hubiera gustado que te explicasen los accesos, ya que con la cuesta y tantas escaleras llevando a gente mayor es complicado el acceso. Los apartamentos son sencillos, retumban mucho y se oye al piso de arriba. También tienen que reponer algunas luces que no funcionan.

Ein schlichtes Apartment in guter Lage

Ein schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Apartment in guter und sehr ruhiger Lage. Leider war das Sofa extrem unbequem und der Fernseher sehr klein. Es fehlen ein paar Utensilien in der Küche wie z.B. eine kleinere Pfanne ect. Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft mit einer sehr freundlichen Vermieterin.

Appartement bien placé. A précisé que les places de parking devant sont payante, il faut prendre le parking couvert à 200m sinon appartement bien agencé et calme . Ont y retournera sans soucis. Merci
