Perfecta estaba todo limpísimo,con lo básico para empezar como: mistol,papel higiénico, gel ,champú....,toallas limpias y camas impecables.Los vecinos son perfectos sin mucho ruido ni jaleo ,la piscina prácticamente para nosotros solos.El acceso a minusválidos muy bien.Lo único la puerta del baño para la silla estrecho pero como lo marido aún se mantienen algo nos apañamos.Vistas preciosas.Y la dueña de la casa hiper antenta

Winter at its best

The apartment is roughly a 4 minute walk to the beach and some amazing restaurants plus a few boutiques. It’s off of the main playa road which makes it exceptionally peaceful. I couldn't have wished for a better location.To be honest, the online pictures don’t do it justice. It’s wonderfully spacious, clean and is well equipped to cook a Christmas roast. There are immaculately clean bedding and towels and the shower room, which has recently been modernised, is tres chic. Lots of hot and cold water with really good pressure.Luisa the owner is great. She speaks most languages and text me with easy to follow directions and followed up to ensure I’d arrived safely. She even gave some recommendations of places to eat and advised me to visit the Pueblo to view the incredible Christmas lights. Just stunning. Throughout my stay Luisa answered all of my questions and replied super quickly by text.Ultimately, a brilliant accommodation during the winter months with pretty good weather, lots of walking, if like me that’s your thing. Great eateries, no car required and above all a relaxing and easy place to spend time. Thank you Luisa x

Empezó con la recepción de una excelente anfitriona, Luisa, magnifico apartamento bien ubicado muy confortable con todo lujo de detalles. Cerca de la zona de ocio y de la playa, muy fácil de localizar al llegar, gracias a las indicaciones exactas de Luisa. Lo recomiendo sinceramente, yo por mi pienso repetir.

Apartamento con terraza espectacular

El apartamento está fenomenal, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Es muy acogedor y esta cerca de la playa. La terraza es muy bonita y desde ahí las vistas son muy bonitas, se ve el mar. Luisa es muy amable y esta muy pendiente. Gracias por la estancia ha sido muy agradable.

Property as described in a quiet area with a lovely sea view from the balcony. Plenty of parking spaces outside and for more busy periods there is a dedicated underground car park.

Perfecto, tanto por la casa, la limpieza, las vistas, su ubicación, cerca de todo, y por supuesto, la amabilidad y predisposición de la Luisa, la propietaria. Nos dio consejos de donde comer, donde ir, y ante un problema con el aire acondicionado, que se quedó sin gas y no enfriaba, nos mandó un técnico en el día y lo dejó solucionado. Appartement spacieux avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Excellente Communication avec luisa via WhatsApp qui prend des nouvelles régulièrement afin de nous satisfaire au mieux. Ideal!!! Las vistas son de 10, y la terraza un lujo. Las camas comodisimas, almohadas, colchones. Todo puesto con mucho gusto y con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Luisa un encanto de anfitriona y la ubicación excelente, cerca de todo. Buena zona para aparcar aunque tiene parking. Hemos estado muy agusto y no hemos echado en falta nada.

Estupendo

Apartamento limpio y acogedor, muy completo (vajilla de sobra, paños de cocina, bayetas, cosas para fregar, plancha, secador de pelo...... no echamos nada en falta). Terraza maravillosa y con toldo, con excelentes vistas. Piscina limpia, cuidada y de buen tamaño. Muy cerca de la playa. Anfitriona muy amable, nos dio buenas indicaciones sobre la zona . Ha sido una estancia maravillosa, que repetiríamos si volvemos por la zona.

A perfect apartment ,perfect setting,in its own little enclave

We were delighted to see that Luisa's Mojacar apartment was exactly as the description presented.Clean and bright, all facilities were good, bedrooms , bathroom, small kitchenette,lounge and fabulous private patio balcony.The complex is well manged,very quite as in September there are not many full time residents.Parking is easy 20 yards from the front door, but busy in main season.The view into the lush garden and pool area sets off the mood ...it's an enclosed haven.Simply a very relaxing place to chill in the morning, or evening the balcony is the heart of the place.Just a few minutes stroll down into the front Playas of Mojacar, bars, beaches, buses , and restaurants too many to mention.So much choice. A perfect place for a family to stay, old or young,we found It peaceful,and perfect for a two week holiday.Be aware the balcony has no high walls or any barrier so care needed with toddlers ! Thank you Luisa , you made the whole thing easy to book , and you managed it all very well for us.We will be back !
