Very comfortable cabin with beautiful view of the mountains. Kitchen was well equipped. Hosts made everything easy and added personal touches like our names on the stockings hung from the mantle. Christmas decorations were pretty. Very convenient location and easy to find.

We had another wonderful weekend at the cabin. From the mornings on the screened porch enjoying nature and our surroundings with a cup of coffee, to a fun morning downtown, to our afternoon in the warm, cozy and comfortable den, to our evening spent down in the game room having fun and a little competition; our weekend was perfect. Our hosts provided many thoughtful extras that added to make the cabin so comfy and make it feel like home. Our grandson enjoyed the loft where he could spend "his time". Our hosts went above and beyond and they made sure our time at their cabin was welcoming and a place for us to make memories.Thanks so much!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rabbit Creek Hideaway! The listing and photos were very accurate, the cabin was extremely clean and the location was perfect for us (private, but so close to town). It was well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was quick to respond when I had a question prior to our trip. A nice surprise was the personalized note and a jar of handmade jam that was waiting for us! Will definitely book this cabin or with this host again when staying in Franklin.

Convenient location near waterfalls. Visited Berber Apple orchard 30 m NorthNot real log cabin, but loads of rustic charm,cozy and cute bear decor w vintage stuff!! Nice homemade carrot cake jam..yum! Rainy while there...still sweet views w cows! Good place and affordable, would choose again

We loved everything about the cabin- from the magical driveway to the coziness of the interior to the relaxing screened in porch. It was a pure delight! This was truly a 'cabin in the mountains' experience. The inside is so charming, clean and comfortable. Easy to get to, yet very private and not far at all from downtown, grocery stores and restaurants. While at the cabin, we spent most of our time on the screened in porch enjoying the beautiful mountain view. We even challenged each other to a game of darts and ping pong in the basement game room. And yes, the carrot cake jam is delicious! Definitely would go back!

Silence is golden at Rabbit Creek.

We enjoyed the quiet of the area no matter what time of day we were rocking on the screened porch. The cabin is in a great location to have a fun day trip then return to the quiet.

Secluded feel but convenient location

The cabin was close to town yet felt like a secret hideaway! Very clean and homey. Lots of games, puzzles, table games, but we spent most time on the screen porch watching the cows, birds, and wildlife. Nice shower with plentiful hot water and strong pressure--have stayed in fancy hotels with a poorer shower than this one! Cozy loft and 2nd bathroom upstairs. Well equipped kitchen (bring coffee/tea and water if you're not used to well water) for staying in and cooking. One of those places you hate to leave when your time is up. Definitely will return!

Cute cabin

Cute little cabin. Very clean with very clear instructions on using TV, Washing machine and dryer, etc...very close to town and restaurants. Loved watching the cows every morning and afternoon. The view from the top deck was beautiful, but, could use some trimming of trees to get the mountains in view when sitting on the top deck. The game room was fun! We would have Ping Pong matches during the day when we weren't on the motorcycle..plenty of games down stairs. The bottom deck is nice and cooler sitting than on the top deck. The only draw back is the over growth of bushes and trees....a very cute little cabin and would stay again there. The owners are very friendly and answer your questions when needed...Also, the owner makes lotions, chapstick, salve,all organic, beeswax, flowers and vanilla flavoring, pocket books, picture plaques, and the jams are so good!!! Her things are in the cabin, if you want to purchase...I bought all my family and friends gifts from her....The lotions and salve feel really good on your skin....

Peaceful and relaxing

When you pull into the long driveway, it feels like you are entering a secret garden. Sitting on the screened in porch taking in the view and watching the cows graze in the field below was very relaxing. The inside is comfortable and inviting. There is a manual with guidance and information needed for your stay. My only concerns were the parking (which is only an issue if you have more than one car then having to back out of the driveway) and the water which had a strong metallic smell and stayed that way for our stay. I didn't want to drink it, and the smell lingered on us, for example, after washing out hands.

Love this place

We were so busy rock hounding that we didn’t spend as much time at the cabin as originally planned, however it is an amazing place and the communication was stellar. We would highly recommend it to everyone.

Best Place to Stay in Franklin!

Tucked away off the beaten path lies this lovely two story with a basements that has almost everything you would ever need. A place to sleep, get clean, even games to play. Everything is laid out and explained thoroughly It honestly felt like a second home!
