The property was clean and well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. Shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Communication with the owner was excellent on the couple of occasions we had minor problems and they were resolved quickly. We had a great relaxing week and enjoyed some lovely food in the local restaurants. We'd definitely recommended the apartment!

Stay in GA

The location, views, cleanliness of the property with a well equipped kitchen was very good. We enjoyed our stay. The lack of a safe and a shower seal issue were the only thing that prevented us from giving the property full marks

Centrally located to make it a wonderful vacation

Stay was wonderful accommodatie were clean and was very satisfied with the service only thing i would disclose in your af that you need to climb three flight of stairs to get to the unit for my mother of 85 uit was a daily exercise going up and down, seeing normally she is on a walker. But other wise i would say it was a perfect holiday location .

The property is located in a nice gated neighborhood, with beautiful views to nature trails. If you’re looking for a relaxing, safe stay, this is a perfect option. We found the apartment well maintained, all the appliances we used worked well and it was very clean. Communication with the host was fast and effective. Some things worth mentioning here: 1) this is a second-floor apartment where you need to walk up a staircase. This wasn’t an issue for us.2) We found parking was a bit limited in the gated community. Although we got in late a couple of nights, we were always able to find a spot not too far away. 3) There’s a small supermarket walking distance and major supermarkets within a 5 minute drive.4) The water heater is on the smaller side and you could run out of hot water if you don’t time your showers correctly. This was a great experience overall and my wife and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Better as a summer rental

In February, there was a lot of humidity in the apartment so everything, even the sofa and towels were wet and smelled damp. I understand this is a problem in Gran Alacant.

A very pleasant apartment.

A little daunted by the 3 flights of stairs (not mentioned)' TV not working for 3 out of the 4 weeks, the swimming pool locked up for the duration, although the board at the gate showed winter opening times, the apartment terrace is in shade most of the day and the pool had really nice sunny spaces to sit . The plus points outweigh the negatives, we had 4 weeks very nice weather, not a drop of rain. A really excellent supermarket on the doorstep with a fantastic butcher/deli and in store bakery.

Here is the message you sent me I thought our home you liked. You did not tell me that the TV did not work. I am sorry for this inconvenience. Sam 02-03-19 12:03 Hello Geoffrey, we enjoyed our stay at your apartment little niggles but nothing serious, Sergio looked after us very well. The area around I found to be very steep and tiresome, being 75 and not very ambient the long walk up the banks from the beach was not something we could manage everyday. We did as promised take care of your property and left it in good order. Thank you, kind regards Robin & Helen Greaves

Nothing like it was described I thought I was going to a bungalow but it was three flights of stairs had I know that I would never of booked there was a supermarket which was exactly as described but that’s about all .I could not find a swimming pool or the sea and I don’t go on holiday to cook so there was no restaurants or bars you needed a car and once again I don’t go on holidays to drive so I left the very next morning and found a hotel at the extra cost to myself of 2300.00 so has you can imagine I’m not a happy bunny

The photos on the website are identical to the reality. No, there are not three floors. The living room is on the first level with the two bedrooms, the bathroom, and the terrace for dining. The communal pool is 50 meters away. And the sea is 1.3 km away. Near the supermarket is the first restaurant, and a little further on there are other restaurants and bars. Lina told me you had difficulty walking. I'm so sorry.

4 ukers opphold

Alt i alt et supert opphold. Hyggelig nabolag. Rent og pent i leiligheten,ute- og bassenområdet. Dagligvarebutikk og resturant i umiddelbar nærhet:-) Dobbeltsengen kunne vært bedre.
