Million Dollar View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Villa. Loved relaxing on the screened in porch and lower deck. We enjoyed the beach as well! Villa is comfy and clean!

Amazing stay!

This was by far one of the best family vacations! The house was very clean and in a great location. It was just a walk to the pool and the docks. The people in the neighborhood are very nice and helpful. The host was so easy to communicate with and answered all my questions and even gave us some very good information about the island and places to go and things to do. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Visit to Seabrook Island!

We had a wonderful time in Seabrook Island! The marsh and ocean views from the screened-in porch were incredible and we loved the proximity to the pool. We were immersed in the beauty of the natural surroundings and had everything we needed in the condo. Thanks for a great trip, we can't wait to come again!

Family time with our adult children

Great view, comfy beds, and everything we needed. Parking was a little tight so if you have a large SUV it may be tough. We really enjoyed watching the tides come and go in marsh area. So many beautiful birds to watch.

Beautiful view of marsh, creek and ocean, nice roomy layout.

Loved the villa and the view from upstairs. Very convenient to kayaking, fishing and crabbing. Seabrook Island is absolutely beautiful with excellent amenities. Very convenient to shopping and not too far from Charleston. The amenities package is a little pricey and you probably won't use them the day you arrive and the day you leave. The only complaint I have is the villa fridge and unit does not have an icemaker.

Beach vacation

Very peaceful and loved watching wildlife in the marsh! Unit well stocked and while we only made dinner twice we had everything we needed. The extra spices and olive oil were appreciated. Nice location in Seabrook - quiet neighborhood and easy access to North Beach.

Wonderful Creek Watch villa

We stayed for two weeks in April and had a marvelous time. The view from Creek Watch is incredible. We were delighted to see dolphins swimming through Cap'n Sam's Creek at low tide. The villa was perfect for my wife and two small children. In addition to the view, its a great central location to all the key spots on Seabrook and would look forward to staying here again.

Awesome View

View of the marsh and river is awesome. Very quiet location. Good value. Kitchen was small but functional and well stocked. Would have loved better quality TP. Also the Seabrook amenity card process is a bit klugey for this time of year when you're less likely to take advantage of the amenities due to weather, etc.

Lovely townhome in relaxing area

We stayed for a week in February 2022. The townhome is very nice and was well-supplied. We spent quite a bit of time on the screened in porch, enjoying the view. Amazingly, a dolphin swam by one morning in the channel just outside the porch!!! The neighborhood is very nice for walking, but you’ll probably want to drive to restaurants. They are a quick 10 minute or less drive though. We enjoyed our week!

Relaxing and comfortable place

The townhouse was very nice and perfect for the two couples. Comfortable and clean. Bicycling and golfing was great. The pool and beach area rivals that of an island resort.

Loved the marsh view!

We have been coming to seabrook for about a decade and we love it here. This is the first stay on the marsh and the view was worth it. Comfortable beds, clean and a great place to stay on the island.

Creekwatch Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Creekwatch Villa this year at Seabrook. The villa had a beautiful view of the creek and marsh. My husband and I enjoyed having our coffee on the screened porch every morning. The villa was very clean abs had all the essentials. The pool in this neighborhood was a little hidden gem! We spent most days at the beach and would swim in the pool in the evening. Peaceful quiet location with a lot of nature with easy bike ride to all of the amenities. Easy check in and out process.

Great condo on the marsh

Loved staying in this condo. Had all that we needed. Comfy living space, kitchen small but adequate and well stocked, beds very comfy, wonderful screened porch with beautiful views. Enjoyed complex pool, crabbing dock and location on island. Brought our own bikes, but there are bikes in the outdoor closet to use which would be a plus to those visiting that didn’t bring their own. We come every summer to Seabrook and would definitely stay here again!

We offer cancellation insurance if you'd like to purchase it. 7% of the total cost if you cancel due to medical reasons for you and your family. 9.8% of the total cost in order to be able to cancel for any reason, at any time. If you don't purchase insurance, the following applies: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you loose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250.
