1235 Creekwatch Villa
This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa is beautiful! The reverse floor plan has stunning views of the tidal marsh from rooms, porches and decks! You are close to the Creekwatch neighborhood pool. The gentle ocean waves are rolling in the distance and can be heard from your deck. The Creekwatch neighborhood is located near Seabrook Island's crab dock and kayak launch - you will be surrounded by nature while staying at this lovely villa. It is a short 1.4 mile ride to North Beach where you can sit and enjoy the ocean's waves or walk to see the dolphins strand feeding. Seabrook Island's Lake House facilities are just 1.1 miles from this home. There you can enjoy using the outdoor pool (no fee) or indoor pool/fitness center (fees apply).
Enter the first floor and find your two bedrooms and laundry area. The primary en-suite bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, plenty of closet space and a private deck. In the bathroom is a double vanity and walk-in shower. Sliding doors lead out to the deck. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the birds frolic in and out of the marsh. Plan your day here! The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin. This room is bright and cheerful. A great spot for the kids or friends. A full hall bath with a tub/shower combo may be accessed by the guest bedroom. Finishing off this level is the laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer.
Head up the stairs to the living area. The great room has plenty of seating for all to gather together! This room has vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows. The view takes your breath away. You can see over the marsh and out to the ocean! A large Smart TV is perfect for catching the latest game or show. Please note the fireplace is decorative, only. A separate dining area has been created in the great room. The table has seating for 4-6 people. Sliding doors lead from the great room out to the screen porch. Sip an evening glass of wine in the screen porch or curl up with a favorite beach read. For those wishing to cook on vacation, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, subway tile and a bar/pantry. Create a great meal or whip up a craft cocktail. You will find an adorable powder bath off the kitchen.

Creekwatch's neighborhood pool is a peaceful retreat. With chaise lounge chairs, tables, shade trees, and a gorgeous marsh view, you will love this quiet pool (open seasonally).
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED- gate pass required
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Pets NOT allowed
Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is included in this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you lose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
