Such a cute flat! It was close to many buses and a train station, right above a small store with a decent selection of groceries toiletries, and snacks. Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and the patio was really nice. Would definitely recommend!

The only complaint is we needed another dish for cooking in the oven but multiple pots and pans are available. We cooked several meals at the property. The flat was clean and nicely decorated. Eve was the best and answered any and every question that we had including local shopping and restaurants. The fresh flowers were a fabulous touch. We would definitely rebook at this home.

Our host was wonderful. The location was amazing and I highly recommend this stay for London. We traveled from the US and did not know what to expect, but we are very glad we stayed here as opposed to the hotel hubbub in the downtown area. From here it is about a 10 min walk to Kensington High Street tube station that we used often. The beds were comfortable. Some recommendations the might be a bonus in the future: more microwavable dishes, a few more wash clothes and a curved shower curtain for the tub shower. Although this was perfect for our family, I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues or younger children as there are steep stairs and one of the showers is a little tricky getting in and out of because the tub is a little high off the ground. There was a clothes washer, but no dryer, however, there was a drying rack that we set up at night with a fan that worked great. The outdoor space was also wonderful as it let in a lot of light. Staying here was quiet and relaxing, just the thing we needed after sightseeing all day. Our host was so wonderful as well and an excellent communicator!!

Host was welcoming and met us at flat with clear instructions. Beautiful flat well thought out loved the outside space, unfortunately it was raining so did not use much. Important that bathrooms/bedrooms on separate floor to kitchen and living room. 2 flights of stairs

Eve is an absolute star. She let us drop our bags early so we could explore without having to keep up with them. She provided us with plenty of recommendations for pubs and restaurants. When the mother of the friend I was traveling with had a medical emergency and she needed to get back to the States, Eve picked her up at 6am and took her to the airport. The property itself is great as is the location. When I am able to return to London I will definitely check the availability of this property. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would.

We had a lovely stay at Eve’s charming flat. The location can’t be beat and the configuration of the flat worked well for 3 friends of a certain age. I would definitely book again.

the kitchen was well stocked and the host provided us with a blender.The internet was poor, but that wasn't a big problem for us.The stairs were a bit of a surprise...very steep and narrow, again not a problem for us but those with mobility issues would be advised to look elsewhere.The area was quiet and well connected for local transport.We enjoyed walking in the area, and felt comfortable at night.The host was very helpful!

Eve was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is very well located in Kensington and has many nice restaurants in the area. Its extremely walkable. Two metro spots close by. The Kensington High Street will take you to most of the landmarks that are further away.

Great Stay

We loved the flat, especially the outdoor space. Eve was very helpful on arrival and I appreciated her help with my bags. The location is great, close to public transportation, restaurants and shopping. It is a space I could live in.

Perfect home away from home; I have already recommended to friends. The apartment is as presented in the photos (the main bedroom is actually bigger than the photo suggests) and our family of five was very comfortable (Ms 14 was very happy sleeping on the couch). Eve, the host, is outstanding! Warm, friendly, responsive and very helpful. Eve went out of her way to help us and we are very grateful. It was wonderful to have two bathrooms with great hot water and the outdoor roof terrace was great on a hot evening. I have no hesitation recommending this place. We loved our stay and I absolutely would stay again!

Worked great!

Exactly as advertised. Easy check in process and walking distance to several public transportation options. The set up worked well for our family of 5 and the kids loved visiting Holland Park in the evenings.

The owner was wonderful, a lovely person and very, very, accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for her to take care of. We felt that we were in good hands should problems arise. The apartment is in need of a revamp/touchup and some of the kitchen saucepans etc. could do with a good clean/replacement. There are sound-blocking windows (double windows) on the bedrooms which work well at night (i.e. given the proximity to major roads), although closing the windows restricts cross ventilation airflow in the bedrooms.

This is a really great property, it has everything but the joy of the apartment is the outside space, it is a sunny terrace and a great place to chill out, very quiet and a view of the pretty mews behind. And South Facing !

2 bathrooms, and of course the privacy of being a duplex, if people want to sleep upstairs, others can stay awake and watch tv or plan the next day downstairs. I have many guide books and maps for you. All necessities, provided including washing detergent and dishwasher tablets, shampoo, soap. Also food necessities, including coffee and tea etc.
