ブラモントの有名な静かな地区シャモニーに理想的なロケーションにあり、新しいBréventゴンドラのふもとにあり、お店から徒歩5分です。 豪華なレジデンスの庭園にあるこのアパートメントは、2008年後半に完全に改装され、古い農家で、快適で丁寧に装飾されたスタイルの「山のシャレー」を使用しています。 メインバルコニーはモンブランのチェーン全体を理想的に眺めています。 2番目のバルコニーからは、BréventとAiguilles Rougesの景色をご覧いただけます。我々はシート（ベッドは到着時に作られています）とタオルを提供し、最終清掃は料金に含まれています。 シーズンによっては、3泊から短期滞在、到着/出発は週に限られます。

Lovely place and location!

Great apartment just up the hill from central Chamonix

Great for our group of 2 couples. We didn’t have a car but getting around by train, bus and feet was simple.

Large apartment with a lovely view

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped for preparing meals. It is well supplied with towels and linens. It's nice to have a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher in the unit. It's a short walk to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The property manager and his wife were very friendly and helpful and always easy to contact. There is a lovely view of Mont Blanc and many other mountains.

Perfect

Everything from first communication to a late arrival was just great. We had a small issue with plumbing but it was sorted immediately by caretaker who was a great help. These things happen but it got sorted straight away. Location amazing so close to lift and town. Would definitely come back

Todo muy bien .

Lugar súper céntrico , una vista increíble a los alpes muy cómodo con todo lo necesario. La góndola queda a 50 metros caminando del departamento , el centro a 250 metros caminando, la comunicación con veronique muy bien el sr Braconnay super puntual para entregar las llaves y súper amable en todo momento y cualquier duda estaba para ayudarnos . Regresaríamos cada vez que tengamos la oportunidad

Superbe !

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cet appartement qui est très bien équipé avec tout le confort nécessaire pour une famille , les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié les jeux à disposition et nous aussi . L’accueil avec la personne qui a géré notre arrivée a été excellent. Nous avons apprécié la propreté , la grande tranquillité dans la copropriété, la localisation et le vue magnifique sur le Mont Blanc. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir . Merci !

Un séjour de rêve. Appartement spacieux, magnifique vue, calme total, belle déco, tout le nécessaire à disposition et un parking privé. L'accueil est parfait et l'appartement est d'une rare propreté. On reviendra c'est sûr. On recommande sans aucune hésitation.

Appartement agréable, bien équipé et conforme à la description de l'annonce et hôte réactif et répondant rapidement aux interrogations. Par contre vis à vis d'abritel qui à encaissė la caution, je m'étonne qu'elle n'ait pas été encore rendue !

Excellent

This is an amazing apartment which is ideally located for the Lift to the Brévent area. It was easy to find and we were met on arrival, despite experiencing huge travel delays. The apartment had everything we needed including a huge range of games and toys which kept the children occupied when they weren’t skiing. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location

We really loved our stay here in this property. It was clean, well equiped and in a fantastic location. We were able to walk to all the cable cars we needed in a short while. The town is very nearby too so you can be in all the bars and restaurants within 5 minutes. The view of Mont Blanc and the glacier from the balcony is spectacular. Would have no hesitation in recommending this appartment and Chamonix is beautiful.

Summer holiday stay at chamonix

Very tidy and no problems with the apartment. Located in a very good area with many things to do and see. It has amazing views. I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment.

We where 6 persons, including two small kids for 2 weeks trekking and climbing in the Mt. Blanc range. The appartment is very well equiped and very spaceous. Communication with the owner is easy and fast. We really enjoyed our stay and like to come back

très bel appartement très au calme avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le Mont Blanc et le glacier des Bossons. On peut profiter de très beaux couchers de soleil. Bien que le centre de Chamonix soit tout près - après une bonne montée- l'appartement est très calme. Bien équipé il ne manque que la machine Nespresso pour que tout soit parfait

Fantastic location

The location of this flat is fantastic. 3 mins walk uphill to the Brevent lift, 5 mins walk downhill to a central bus stop and 7-10 mins walk downhill to the city centre with supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Very convenient. Add to that the amazing views of the mountains from the flat and the quietness. We loved the rustic chalet style decor and apart from a pre-announced day without water, everything was working well. The kitchen is very well-equipped with fondue, raclette, mixer (whisk), crepe maker and combi-oven. Everything has been thought of! We were 4 adults sharing, and could easily have 2-3 more people in. It is nice that there are 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet - makes it easier to get quickly out of the house in the morning. There is a small ski-room in the basement to store skis, helmets and boots. The only downside to the flat is that the ski-room lack heating. We had 3 days with lots of snow and struggled drying our snowboard boots. In the end we had to take them into the flat to dry. However, this is a very minor issue. The communication prior to our stay with Veronique, the owner, was very good, and Mr. Braconnay was waiting for us with the key etc. at our arrival. We loved the flat and can highly recommend staying here. We would be very happy to stay here again next time we come to Chamonix.
