We loved everything about this place! Only downside was thr elevators, they were questionable every time we got on; bouncy, sounded like a cable was fixing to snap, and just a little janky. They do need to update them.

Review of property!

We were extremely happy with our stay at this condo. The condo was exactly as pictured online and we were given clear instructions for check in and check out and they even gave us tips on things to bring so we wouldn’t have any surprises! We had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and the pool was amazing. Our kids loved it! This is the first stay somewhere that I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Look forward to coming back next year!

The location was just a few minutes from the farry that took us to Dauphin Island and to some hole in the wall convenience stores if you need any extra things. The only downside od th3 Dunes Condos is that the elevators were kinda sketchy, they just needs to be updated. The pool was awesome, everything was to our liking.

The kitchen needs a good cleaning as did the bathrooms. The sheets on the king size bed do not fit. Just a few minor things but all in all, a good place.

Amazing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in The Dunes 602. Everything was amazing! Nice, clean, updated condo. Great view of the beach. The only thing I could say negative about this place is its location. Its a long drive to town so if you have kids who like a lot of activities, this might not be for you. We left the kids at Grandmas house so it wasn't an issue for us. Other than that, I can not say enough good things about this place.

Dunes 602, Fort Morgan

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th stay at the Dunes, in several different units. We've enjoyed every stay. The view from the balcony of the Gulf is great and never gets old. The walk to the beach is not too far to carry a few items. We enjoy walking around the community in the morning. The pool is nice and we got in it every day. A couple of great restaurants within 3-5 miles. Fort Morgan is relatively quiet and laid back compared to Gulf Shores, and that's why we like it so much - a great getaway.

Snowbirds from Michigan!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo 602 was clean, well decorated, kitchen has everything you need, bed was comfortable, etc. Sunset Properties is awesome! The Dunes condo board, DCOA, recently approved a new dog policy. Renters are no longer allowed to bring a dog. This change has affected many snowbirds who have been coming to the Dunes for many years. It's an unfortunate change.

Thank you, Linda, for the review! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay in Dunes 602! We do appreciate feedback from our guests! It is unfortunate to lose pet friendly condos, but, we are constantly adding new properties to our program, so I will be in touch if one becomes available that is pet friendly!
