Beautiful penthouse apartment very close to Santa Ana beach. Free wifi access! The apartment is well and comfortably furnished and has a huge terrace with outdoor jacuzzi, barbecue, shower and summer kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi internet. It is very comfortable and well equipped. There is a communal swimming pool (open all year), gardens, lift and private parking. The apartment is close to bars, restaurants, shops and the marina, but is located in a quiet street. You can also visit Parque Palomo, SeaLife, Benalmadena Pueblo and Marbella. It is also possible to visit Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Gibraltar and Ronda. You can also visit Morocco!

The apartment is in Benalmadena Costa, which is west of Malaga and 20 minutes by car or bus from the airport. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the famous Marina, which has lots of international restaurants. You don't need to rent a car in this apartment.

Benalmadena is a municipality in the province of Malaga, made up of three main urban areas; Benalmadena Pueblo, Benalmadena Costa and Arroyo de la Miel. The city of Malaga is about 12 km west of Marbella, with to the east. The area has grown rapidly in recent decades due to tourism and has become one of the prime locations on the Costa del Sol.

Benalmadena Costa is home to most of the area's attractions, the most important being the beautiful beaches.There are restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and the area retains a relaxed atmosphere throughout the year.
With such an array of activities and many varied activities, any visitor will never have a dull moment when visiting Benalmadena, a town that really is more than just a resort.

Places to visit
A promenade stretches along the coast to Puerto Marina (Port Marine), which boasts excellent shopping and dining. The marina is also home to The Sea Life Centre, home to all types of marine wildlife.
You can take a stroll around watching the floating hotels and millionaires' yachts and at night the Puerto Marina becomes a party zone.

La Paloma Park is a beautiful location in the center of Benalmadena Costa. There is an impressive array of flora and fauna, plus a menagerie of animals including chickens, rabbits, goats and exotic birds. The park is beautifully landscaped with themed gardens and rock waterfalls that cascade down to the lake. There are two bars in the park where you can relax in the evening listening to the calls of peacocks.

Next to La Paloma Park, you can visit Selwo Marina, the sister of Selwo Adventure Park. Modeled around different locations in South America, you can see dolphins, sea lions, crocodiles, exotic birds and snakes up close. Recently a penguin dwelling was installed giving a glimpse of Antarctica in Andalucia.

Please note that, in accordance with Spanish health and safety recommendations, the jacuzzi will reach a maximum temperature of 33/34 degrees. It is not possible to have the jacuzzi at a higher temperature than this, for health and safety reasons for all our customers.

You must pay a refundable deposit of €500 on arrival, which we ask to be paid by credit card. You will be refunded within 7 days of your departure. This cannot be done on the day of your departure, as many guests leave the houses/apartments on the same day. Please ensure our office or your caretaker has your bank details in order to return the deposit.
