4つのレベルで構成されます。
 -1階：リビングルームダイニングルームキッチン。 暑い夏の日や冬の煙突の火から身を守る涼しい部屋。
-1階：マスターベッドルームと最初のバスルーム。
-2階：3つの寝室（1つはダブルベッド、1つはシングルベッド、最後は2段ベッド）とバスルーム。
-最上階：村の美しい景色を望む、夏のキッチンのあるテラスに面したリビングルーム。

Live the beauty and wonder of Cadaques!

What a wonderful stay in this remarkable, historic, comfortable and traditional Cadaques home! Everything worked out so well with the home set up for our comfort and the management company to welcome us. We loved feeling like we were experiencing part of the history of Cadaques by staying in this incredible home, enjoying sunsets and late evenings on the roof deck looking out on the town to the sea, and wandering the historic alleyways of the town and port. We hope to come back soon!

Charming and Quirky

Old house in the heart of Cadaques. Super charming and lovely rooftop terrace. It has its faults (short ceiling in stairwell, tiny bathrooms) but those are it’s strengths too. It’s old, and that is what you get when you want that experience. Had a blast staying here.

Unforgettable Stay

We stayed 5 nights in Jerome’s place in Cadaques, and It was one of our most memorable stays at a vacation rental ever . The home is a typical Spanish Villa , and there was art and treasures around every corner . Books and resting areas . It was like staying as guest in someone’s home instead of a vacation rental. Cadaques itself was pure magic . The place , the people, everything . we cannot wait to return .

Charming stay in Cadaques

Our family had a lovely stay at this house. The house is exactly what the photos indicate -- a quirky, old place with nice character and multiple small bedrooms spread over 4 stories. The roof deck is a particular highlight, offering an atmospheric place to hang out and catch some breezes amidst the rooftops. And the location is perfect, right in the old part of town and a short walk to pretty much everything. We were worried about parking but the host gave us instructions on where free parking may be available and we found parking just fine during our visit in June. The only downside for us was the heat; we arrived during a patch of high heat and humidity, when it stayed unusually warm deep into the night. So the house got pretty warm, even with fans and open windows at night. But we slept fine with the fans. Overall, we were very happy with this house and really enjoyed exploring Cadaques. We definitely recommend this place, as long as you don’t mind stairs.

A lovely house in a beautiful town and lots of stairs

The house is at the heart of an old and atmospheric town surrounded by sea and mountains. Very beautiful. We spent our whole week exploring the town, visiting the nearby beaches (all within walking distance) and enjoying some of the towns many good restaurants. The house itself is old-fashioned and a bit basic, but has bags of character. Lots of floors and steep stairs. Breakfasts on the roof terrace overlooking the town were a highlight. The only real negative was being woken by the close neighbours leaving on their mopeds at 6.30 every morning.

Quaint Catalan Home in Great Location

We had a really nice time staying within this charming home. We had plenty of space for a family of four and enjoyed making breakfast in the well stocked kitchen and eating outdoors in the rooftop outdoor dining area. We also loved how close the house is to the beach, the church, and all the great dining options nearby. A couple of things to know: in the summer months it’s going to be hot! We had fans in our rooms and all the beds were quite comfortable so it wasn’t a problem. You’re also going to hear others in the neighborhood late at night and mopeds in the morning and church bells throughout the day - but that’s likely true throughout town. You may also be asked to pay for sheets and towels by the management company for this property which was unexpected for us as travelers from the United States. That being said, the management company was really nice, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Recommendations: Check out La Sirena for an unforgettable meal and Gispert for crepes and smoothies.

Perfect

This was one of the most amazing vacation rental experiences I’ve ever had. This home is perfect and exactly what we were seeking and what we needed. To say the house is charming is an understatement. It was amazingly equipped allowing us to plan phenomenal family meals. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the upper terrace and family meals on hot days in the stone encased kitchen and dining room. The space was plenty big for a family of four which included two teenagers - who both needed to nestle into their own rooms for private time. The location was spectacular. We were within walking distance by just a few minutes to markets, grocery stores, and most importantly the Mediterranean sea with its beaches and cafés. The rental agency was responsive within minutes. In the Heat of the summer we requested fans for our bedrooms and they were literally delivered the next morning - amazing service. Thank you Jerome for allowing us to feel like we truly lived in Cadeques for this wonderful period of time. We hope to return soon and you can be certain we will be seeking out an opportunity to stay in your home again. Sincerely, Tom

Très belles maison ancienne, petit bijou de l’architecture locale, propre et aménagée avec goût. La terrasse est sublime. A deux pas du port, des plages et principales activités. Les échanges avec les propriétaires et son agence sont très réactifs et agréable.

Charme et convivialité

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse, la maison a beaucoup de charme, elle est meublée avec beaucoup de gout, bien loin des locations impersonnelles. Elle est idéalement située à Cadaques à l’écart de l’agitation du port. Elle est très conviviale avec son salon et sa terrasse avec vue imprenable sur l’Eglise. Le propriétaire est disponible et très arrangeant. C’était parfait !

Au coeur de Cadaques

Cette maison de ville au charme fou est située au coeur de Cadaqués. Nous avons été séduits par son esprit catalan et sa terrasse magique qui domine le vieux Cadaqués. Joana nous a accueilli avec gentillesse (et en français) et a été de bons conseils. Nous recommandons, tout particulièrement à ceux qui souhaitent une vraie immersion dans la vie catalane.

Malerischer Aufenthalt

Wir waren nach 20 Jahren das erste Mal wieder in Cadaques- mit allen mittlerweile erwachsenen Kindern (18,20,21). Der Ort ist ursprünglich geblieben, das Haus in perfektem Ursprungszustand und sehr schön zentral gelegen. Wir haben den Jahreswechsel mit Sonne im Winter alle sehr genossen! Der Service vor Ort war ebenfalls perfekt.

Une parenthèse idéale en famille !

Nous avons adoré nous retrouver pour un Noël au calme en famille dans la maison de Jérôme, très bien située dans la vieille ville de Cadaqués. Tout était super ! Merci à Jerome pour cette accueil et à l’agence Pianc très efficace pour le relais logistique sur place .

Sehr schönes Objekt,

Wunderbares Haus, mit viel Stil eingerichtet, nur 3 min zum Strand, und wenige Minuten zum Zentrum. Leider sehr laut nachts weil die Einwohner mit ihren Motorrädern zu jeder Nachtzeit mit Vollgas durch die engen Gassen preschen, aber das gehört in Spanien dazu. Die Agentur Klasse, der Vermieter immer freundlich und bei Fragen zu erreichen

Une maison de charme typique du vieux Cadaques, aménagée en esthète dans l'esprit des années 60 entre tradition et modernité balnéaire. Je recommande absolument !

casa tipica de Cadaques

La casa es estupenda pero faltaba limpieza , habia papeleras con basura y tuvimos muchas dificultades para aparcar, la agencia tenia que haber avisado de los problemas de aparcamiento.Llegamos por la mañana y tuvimos que irnos a Rosas y volver por la tarde para poder aparcar el coche. El tema de cobrar la electricidad consumida durante la estancia nos sorprendio, nunca nos habia pasado. Nos pareció abusivo teniendo en cuenta el precio del alquiler que ya era muy alto. El propietario fue atento .
