Appartement très agréable, très propre et fonctionnel. Il n'y manque rien, tout est prévu pour que l'on s'y sente très bien. L'emplacement est excellent. Le propriétaire est très agréable. Nous reviendrons très certainement.

The place was ideal for a relaxing break, some good walks, plenty of photos to be taken, close proximity to requirements like food, beverages, etc. The train was used for a day in Rennes which was stunning too. The car stayed in the car park for the duration of the trip. The apartment and the city were great.

The apartment actually is nicer than the pictures show, and it is fully furnished. We found everything we needed - from scissors to the wine-bottle opener.The location was fabulous: inside the walls with easy access to the ramparts, shops and restaurants. If you want to cook or just snack, there is a large Carrefour supermarket about 50 steps from the apartment entrance. The host has thoughtfully provided a shopping. cart for you if you want to make large or heavy purchases.Wi-fi connection was excellent and fast. Television had some English channels as well as French.The host was wonderful and took the time to thoroughly explain how to use the appliances in the kitchen, wifi, where we might possibly find free parking, and what he thought were good restaurants. He was very patient - especially considering we arrived more than an hour later than promised because we got lost in Dinard.One issue I will mention - which had nothing to do with the apartment or host - VRBO did not send me an email notification when the second payment was due. Nor did they send a notification when the host had sent a message. I don't know why this property was handled differently,, but it was very inconvenient. I do not like having to turn on the VRBO app to check for messages.

Great apartment Perfect location

Our hosts could not have been nicer. The apartment was lovely and perfect for my husband and myself. The location inside the old city was ideal, and our only regret was that we could not stay longer. Highly recommend this apartment!

Fantastic stay for a conference

I was attending a conference at the Palais du Grand Large and the stay at this property was great! Very close by to the venue (just over 5 minute walk) while still within the amazing Intra-Muros neighbourhood. The apartment was very clean and a good amount of space for 2 people. The only problem was that I showed up late at night on my first night and there was no soap or shampoo for a shower (which was not in the listing that I rechecked later but I assumed it would have it). Other than that there was everything I needed. Jacque also picked me up from the train station as my travels were delayed which was extremely nice

OCTOBER stay in St Malo

Our stay was wonderful. Our hosts were EXTREMELY helpful not only for what concerns the check in process and the residence, but also in explaining the town of St Malo and what it has to offer. The appartment is very well located and offers easy access to the Intramuros life. Grocery shopping walking distance from the appartment. The appartment itself has everything you need to function and completly reflects the way it is advertised. We would definitively recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a cosy stay while in St Malo.

On peut tout faire dans cette ville, il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts, tous les âges, tous les budgets et c'est à chaque fois le même plaisir d'y séjourner. Des propriétaires aux petits soins et un logement parfait dans lequel il ne manque rien ce qui est assez rare.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. De suite dans l'ambiance du site "intramuros "qui se visite en 2 fois pour nous, à mobilité réduite, les plages sont visibles dans en même temps. Très intéressants, les pieux brises lames. pour la ville, nombreuses attractions chaque jour dans les rues. Rues très animées avec des commerces divers et les crêperies et restaurants très grandes terrasses ou plus intimistes. Egalement possibles divers déplacements en bateaux,qui permettent de visiter autres villes ou endroits avec explications historiques Merci à notre gérant qui avait commandé le soleil. Merci à notre gérant pour son accueil Merci pour tout.

Quinzaine très agréable a Saint Malo

Tres bon accueil de nos hôtes, à l'écoute et soucieux de nous transmettre les informations qui ont facilité et enrichi notre sejour. L'appartement est bien équipé, pratique, lumineux et très bien situé. Saint-malo et alentours sont magnifiques et offrent une grande variété d'activités : culturelles, historiques, randonnées, natation a de nombreux endroits, gastronomie...de nombreuses découvertes ! Au plaisir d'y retourner !

Un appartement et des propriétaires au top !

Les propriétaires sont vraiment d'une grande gentillesse ! L'appartement est parfaitement situé, dans les remparts, juste à côté d'un petit carrefour city et des boutiques de la vieille ville, et les plages sont toutes proches. L'appartement a tout ce qu'il faut et hyper confortable. Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment parfaite ! Merci pour tout.
