Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the concerns you experienced with the humidity, mildew odors, HVAC system, and possible pest activity during your stay. We also regret the issues with the living room furnishings and understand how these conditions affected your comfort. We are glad you enjoyed the hot tub and convenient location, but we recognize that these positives did not make up for the other concerns. Unfortunately, occasional sightings can occur despite regular pest control treatments shown in our rental agreement in section 18. Please know that we keep staff and pest control on hand to happily assist with any cabin issues during your stay 24/7. Your comments will be shared with our team for review and further evaluation. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and are sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We truly hope to have a better opportunity to serve you.
