We loved the island of Procida & enjoyed staying front row in beautiful Corricella. Salvatore was a perfect host. We will look forward to returning at some point.

the house is in a wonderful location

As a family of 5 with 3 young children under the age of 10 we found this property amazing. The location of La Corricella is absolutely stunning and the children were very much in keep with the island life. Salvatore and his family were very welcoming and the house was very clean and accommodating. The area and the island of Procida were idyllic and very safe, the people were very welcoming and the weather was perfect. We had no problems with the public transport in fact the ferries were superb and the journeys we made from Procida to Ischia or mainland Naples were wonderful. We had the facility of being able to get a small boat to a private beach 5 minutes away and the children loved it. Many good restaurants very close to the vicinity of the house made things very easy for us. Its a definite return destination for all the family.

We will be back….

Salvatore was a great host. He was prompt with his replies and any questions I may have asked. Not only did he give us recommendations for dinner; he even arranged our dinner reservation for our very large group of 13!! The location couldn’t be better. You are literally right on the water. Steps away are numerous restaurants/cafes and even nightly live music at the Gelato shop next door. We will be back again

Herbstferien in Procida

Die Lage des Objekts ist einmalig, direkt an Meer, Ruhe pur. Sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe; ebenso der Strand, Hafen was immer man benötigt ist in Laufnähe. Salvatore ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Sehr unkompliziert und sofort erreichbar wenn man etwas benötigt. Schade ist, dass es keine bequemen Stühle gibt, vor allem auf der kleinen Terrasse und das Bett ist nicht mehr wirklich bequem.

Idyllisch verblijf in het mooiste haventje van Procida

De locatie aan de kade van Corricella is ideaal om de Italiaanse sfeer op te snuiven. Ijsjes eten of op restaurant gaan kan onmiddellijk naast de deur. De rustige ochtenden in de haven zijn zalig. Salvatorre is een ideale gastheer. Hij staat steeds paraat om te helpen. Ook zijn dochter was erg behulpzaam. Zij maakte tijd vrij om de winkeltjes en de bakker in de buurt te tonen. Door de vele trappen is de volledige kade verkeersvrij. En het uitzicht is super !

Stunning location

The property is spotless and everything was done with an eye for the little details. It was a very cute conversion of a boathouse. Good quality bedding, excellent kichen, bathroom, infact everything was great. The owners and family were super friendly and helpul. A definate must return.

maison et île incroyable

Pour quelqu'un qui est en recherche de la beauté en paix, c’est l’endroit. L’île est incroyable, si pure et intacte. Je suis tellement heureux de savoir que les endroits comme cette nature existent sur la terre. La maison est tellement belle, surtout la terrasse, juste en face de l’eau. Vous avez tout le confort dont vous avez besoin dans la maison. Nous étions là au début du mois d’avril et un peu inquiet que rien ne serait encore ouverte. Mais tout était ouvert, nous avons apprécié notre repas et notre Spritz et les pêcheurs et les chats. Cette maison et l’île sont sans aucun doute un must. Salvatore , merci pour tout, vous avez de la chance de vivre réellement là.

Casa deliziosa, molto comoda, sita in uno dei luoghi piú suggestivi e vitali dell'isola (Corricella) a qualche metro dal mare. Proprietari assai accoglienti -- persone davvero meravigliose. Sistemazione caldamente raccomandata, persino piú bella di come appare in foto. Torneremo sicuramente. Amazing apartment -- very comfortable --, wonderful location (Corricella: one of the most beautiful and vital places of the island), located a few meters from the sea. Warm and welcoming owners -- they certainly are great people. Very much recommended accomodation. Seen in person, the apartment is even more beautiful than the pictures on the website. We will get back there in the next future for sure.

Beautiful and private piece of Italian heaven

Took 30 years to find the most peaceful and friendly holiday home. House was spotless, child friendly and great value. Salvatore and his family were perfect hosts while leaving us to enjoy our trip. All restaurants were great value. Locals are so welcoming some great stories to tell. Fabulous atmosphere at night for all ages and we are heading back next July. Procida is truly a piece of authentic Italy....we cannot wait to go back..

Casa accogliente e comoda per ogni attività

Procida è stata una vacanza stupenda e la Corricella mi è rimasta nel cuore, dove abbiamo vissuto per 15 giorni, ospiti di Salvatore, padrone di casa di una ospitalità e cortesia di altri tempi. La Corricella è incastonata nella roccia come un diamante, è un borgo antico di pescatori e la casa è comoda e vicino hai negozi e hai ristoranti dove si possono mangiare piatti tipici . Grazie ancora a Salvatore e alla sua famiglia per la vacanza indimenticabile.

Ein sehr spezielles Haus

Wir sind eine Familie mit 3 Kindern und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus! Die Lage ist wunderschön, da direkt im Fischerhafen. Unsere Kinder waren immer ganz schnell am Wasser und haben mit Netzen allerlei Getier gefischt. Die vielen Katzen haben ihnen auch sehr gefallen ;-) Der Ort ist sehr authentisch, Tagestouristen kommen extra hierher und es ist ein Privileg an diesem Ort zu wohnen. Der Wohnraum ist sehr offen und sehr gepflegt. Kleine Strände sind zu Fuss gut zu erreichen, ansonsten hat es auch Buslinien mit welchen man die Insel entdecken kann. Salvatore hat uns sehr freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen.

Eine wunderschön gelegene Wohnung, direkt am Fischer-Hafen von Procida

Wir waren über die Weihnachtsfeiertage in dieser angenehmen, ruhig gelegenen Wohnung. Ein Schritt aus dem Haus, und man steht direkt am kleinen Fischerhafen der überwiegend von lokalen Fischern belegt ist. Die Wohnung hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen - und unser Gastgeber Salvatore mit seiner netten Familie war ein wirklicher Gastgeber - nicht aufdringlich, aber sehr bemüht uns das Leben durch seine Tipps noch angehmer zugestalten. Die Sonnenlage der Wohnung hat uns sogar im Dezember ein "Liegestuhl, Terassen-Leben erlaubt, - welches wir niemals erwartet hätten. Liegestühle bei Sonnenschein - aber auch Heizung per Klimaanlage in den frischeren Abendstunden waren eine angenehme Bereicherung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants alles im 15 Minuten Fussweg-Umfeld. Wir freunen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in Procida!

Sono stata qui con altre 5 amiche e siamo state benissimo: Salvatore, il padrone di casa, è molto cortese ed estremamente disponibile. Le foto non rendono giustizia: la casa è molto carina, pulita e arredata con stile caratteristico. Situata nel borgo più suggestivo dell'isola, facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi dal Porto, è in una posizione strategica fronte mare da cui si può ammirare la splendida Terra Murata e vicinissima alla spiaggia della Chiaia. Consigliatissima per chi cerca un posto accogliente e tranquillo, dove sentirsi come a casa propria.

Unforgettable

We received a warm welcome from the host. He and his family are such lovely people. The house is nice, looks even better then on the pictures. We loved sitting on the bench outside just looking at the boats passing by, fishermen fixing their nets, children playing in the see, ... Procida is an island that is not so touristic, it has kept its authentic italian charm. We really loved this place and hope we can come back one day!

Idéal pour de très belles vacances

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires, Salvatore et son épouse. En plus d'être idéalement située sur la Corricella, à même le quai, la location est parfaitement équipée (couchages, cuisine, caddie pour les courses, poussette bébé...). Procida est une île magnifique qui ne souffre pas du tourisme de masse et séjourner à la marina corricella permet de voir les petits pêcheurs au travail, à refaire les filets avant de quitter le port à la nuit tombée. Pour profiter d'une cuisine familiale savoureuse servie par un patron et des serveurs fort sympathiques, rendez vous à la Graziella. Pour un repas plus élaboré, ne manquez pas Caracale. Nous reviendrons encore à Procida et séjournerons chez Salvatore sans hésiter et avec le plus grand des plaisirs.

Loved it!

Had a lovely time in the boathouse,Corricella is definitely the best location to stay on the island. Salvatore, his family and all the locals made us feel so welcome. Lovely to sit outside watching life on the marina and getting a boat taxi the lovely beach in the next bay. Boathouse has all you need and is very cosy. Corricella has lots of lovely restaurants too, so it's a perfect base and especially love Sandro's homemade gelato next door. We will be back!
