Great little property with private pool

Lovely little villa ideal for a couple with a nice terrace and private pool . Vasilki is lovely with plenty of tavernas in the bay and about a 20 minute walk or about 3/4 minutes by car

Perfect Place for Traveling with toddler

The service was perfect, everything we asked for was met (kettle, microwave, safety gate for the baby). The apartment was cleaned every 3-4 days with new towels and bed linen. The location is great to go to the city (very nice port with nice restaurant).

Lovely place

The property was all we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the location of the place is ideal as it is not far from Vasiliki, shops and restaurants. It is quiet with all the necessary amenities.We were thoroughly disappointed though when Georgia cancelled our last night a few months before our holidays, and it took several emails to sort an alternative accommodation for our last night. She was kind enough to refund one night and book us into a local hotel, but we would have much preferred to stay at the place for the entirety of our stay.

3-10 Sept. ‘25. What a gem of a place. Just five small villas, ideal for couples, each with a private pool, not overlooked. Rural, tranquil, scenic, clean. Villa with basic supplies. Bed comfortable. Towels changed and bins emptied every 3 days. Georgia, the host, was there to meet us and always helpful, friendly and available. Villa an easy 20 minute walk to Vasiliki. If we return to Lefkada we will definitely stay here again.

Very nice location and house

The house and property are lovely. It’s in a great location about 4-5 minute drive from Vasiliki. It was comfortable and clean. The only thing to keep in mind is that you need to switch on the water heater and make sure you give it enough time before you take a shower. Not a huge deal if you’re aware of it though. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our time and it was a great place.

these cats do not need to be fed,they belong to other villagers You decide if you want or not a cat around the house

Fabulous relaxing holiday

Fantastic private villa with pool - excellent location. Short walk to well stocked supermarket and then into centre/port. No need for a car which is a must for us. Centre/port has a variety of cafes, bars and restaurants. The Patio Dining is a must - excellent food and lovely staff. Villa was clean and well laid out. It was cleaned and fresh towels provided about every 3/4 days during our 10 day holiday. Free wifi which was really important to us. Georgia the host was available most days onsite and arranged our transfers from and to the airport. She was really helpful and responded to any messages we sent immediately. This is our second visit to these villas (6 in total) and we hope to book again for next year. If you are looking for a completely relaxing and peaceful holiday, this is the place to book.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden! Die Gastgeberinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber, und auch während des Aufenthalts wurde regelmäßig gereinigt – etwa alle 2–3 Tage kam die Reinigungskraft und hat alles ordentlich gemacht.Die Lage ist ebenfalls top: Das Meer ist in der Nähe, die Umgebung ist ruhig und angenehm. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die große, bequeme Terrasse, auf der man wunderbar entspannen kann.Auch der Pool war immer sauber und gepflegt – ein echtes Highlight! Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden regelmäßig gewechselt, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöner Urlaub

Nettes kleines Häuschen mit Pool in einer Anlage mit 5 Häusern. Georgia die Vermieterin ist super nett. Nicht mehr alles ganz auf dem neusten Stand aber zweckmäßig. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

"Villa idéale pour une semaine de repos au bord de l''eau, que ce soit au bord de la piscine, conforme aux attentes, ou sur les superbes plages à proximité (Agiofylli, Porto Katsiki, Egremni...) si l''on est motorisé. Les propriétaires sont charmants, très accueillants et disponibles. Nous recommandons vivement cette location si vous souhaitez goûter aux plaisirs des vacances dans les îles Ioniennes!"
