Pleasant Provençal House on the French Riviera

Enjoy a pleasant summer holiday in a 120m² Provencal house, south facing but cool in the summer, with an uninterrupted view over the village, close to all amenities and numerous activities (sports, culture, relaxation, etc.).
Gattières is a typical small village in the heart of the Nice region (20 km from Nice, 12 km from Vence), a privileged location on the Côte d'Azur, away from the crowds on the seafront, very close to a famous rock-climbing area, 15 km from the sea. A pied-à-terre in Gattières allows you to visit the Côte d'Azur, the coastline and the hinterland, from Cannes to the Italian border.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people. A 35m² living room and fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, LV, fridge, freezer,...). There are 3 large bedrooms: one with a 180cm double bed (made up of 2 90cm single beds), one with a single bed and a double bed on an 8m² mezzanine, one with a double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine; a shower room with walk-in shower and 2 washbasins; a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC; a 2nd separate WC. The house is surrounded by a 1000m² garden with trees and flowers. There is a summer kitchen with barbecue, an 8m x 4m swimming pool and a table tennis area. All in all a pleasant place to relax.
