Easy and peaceful stay. Responsive host, had plenty of everything we needed. Super quiet neighborhood within close proximity to good restaurants and groceries. Comfy primary bed and pillows.

Great property for our visiting adult family (children and spouses) over Thanksgiving. Location just a mile from our own home, the golf cart was a welcome asset as we golfed just about every day. Rooms spacious and clean. Did not use pool itself as not heated but atmosphere was relaxing. No issues with appliances or amenities

Very easy booking and check in. Kathy provided all necessary instructions. House is stocked like a home. Has all the essentials for food prep, which was very convenient. Nice, quiet area. Close to essential shopping, golf courses, etc. Pool looked inviting but unfortunately too cold to use during our November visit. Thanks Kathy!

Convenient Location, Clean property

Rented property close to my in-laws. The house was clean and had a well appointed kitchen. The property was older, but everything worked great and was very comfortable. The pool was clean and overall we had a very good experience.

Amigo vacation

The house was as described. It’s location was quiet and convenient. The house was well equipped and the host responded to questions during our stay. The pool was very nice especially in a hot day. A lovely spot.

Great Place

Came out for my son’s baseball tournament and loved the house and the very relaxed community. The house had a ton of space and the pool was perfect. Kathy also couldn’t have been better with anything we needed. We will be coming back!

Great location

Loved the separate living areas. It made it nice to have family in the different areas. Only draw back is the master bedroom bathroom shower take a very long time to get hot water. I waited over 5 minutes to get hot water.

Sun City West

Loved our stay, it was close to other family members staying in Sun City West. Had a great time. I thought the pool was heated but it wasn’t. The first two weeks of our stay the weather was really hot so the pool felt good. We couldn’t use the pool the last week as the water was too cold. The house was comfortable & I would stay there again. The floors could use a good scrubbing as my white socks were dirty. Loved the outdoor space, Had a great trip!

Beautiful home in a safe, convenient neighborhood

This home has all the conveniences, supplies, comfort one wants or needs. Furniture is comfortable, beds are great; kitchen is well-stocked ; backyard is peaceful & gorgeous. We enjoyed the pool as the weather warmed up. The only inconvenience was not having access to the garage for our car. The sun gets hot and so does a car sitting outside in the driveway. But overall, this house is superb.

Beautiful home and great stay

I would like to leave few words to tell you all that my wife and I lived in that super great home for one month in March 2019. Everything from living spaces, great rooms, extra front and backyard, practical garage, full equiped kitchen, comfortable living rooms, lots of place to put clothes, fast and good communications with the owners, great neighbourhood. We had a wonderful and quiet stay, no worries and no deceptions. Thanks for giving us that opportunity... You would only need to upgrade the outdoor furniture to make that a more incredible place to stay. We would definitively come back...

Great Location

Great property location for golf and recreation center. Kathy was very gracious but not real easy to contact. She was ill and this absence left us without support for Internet. Back yard property was not clean due to high winds. I contacted Kathy and she had little or no desire to clean it. Therefore, the only thing we used it the backyard was the barbecue grill. I had to clean the grill and purchase propane too. The kitchen was very stocked and functional. The couch was very used and broken down in the TV room. I would need some assurances about cleanliness from Kathy before I would consider this property for a future rental.

We stayed at this home for the month of March. It was absolutely perfect for us. The kitchen was equipped with everything anyone would need. The beds were comfortable. There was nice towels and bedding available. There were enough air mattresses for everyone to enjoy. All in all, it was perfect for us.

Sun City West Bliss!

Family Christmas

Very nice and well furnished house. We especially enjoyed the Sun City West recreation centers. Kathy was very friendly and responsive.
