Very dated,, lacked cleanliness.

They have an incredible photographer, the place was not as nice as the listing suggested. Not worth the price.

Hi Kevin, Thanks for the review. It's my favorite kind that doesn't really say anything or give us any feedback we can use to make things better. We gave you an inspection form as well and you didn't bother to turn it back in. It's a nice place and we've had many happy guests stay there, not to mention a great in-town location. Great place

This is a very nice, well stocked place. Only thing subpar was the parking. You can have two spots, but any other cars have to park in an overnight lot a few blocks away. All our friends arrived at different times so that was hard always having to go get them from the overnight lot. Overall great place to stay.

Adorable condo, perfect location, great for families!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very large common areas, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath (one tub and one lovely shower in master with two shower heads), pull out couch. Appears to be fairly newly renovated (kitchen and bathrooms). Nice gas grill. Very clean and comfortable. Extra blankets, pillows and humidifiers in closets which came in handy as were weren’t used to extremely dry air. Wood provided and nice fire after skiing was a wonderful amenity. Shared hot tub/sauna/exercise facility (sadly never got to use the hot tub; tried once but teens were in it and putting handfuls of snow in the hot tub). Property well maintained-steps/walkways shoveled each AM and drive cleared daily. Perfect location in downtown Frisco with walkable restaurants and grocery store within a few miles. Easy access (7 miles away) to Copper Mountain via car or bus route. Highly recommend this property. One criticism.... Have stayed at quite a few VRBO and Air B&B properties over the last few years. We have never had an experience where no check-in instructions were provided. What was provided? address to the condo on confirmation and a name of property management company. Typically, check in instructions are emailed after booking or at final payment (or messaged via internal systems). Neither happened with this booking. How did we get checked in? Found property management name in confirmation (“managed by Bighorn Rentals”). Phone number wasn’t obvious. Called and Outgoing message provided an after hours contact (we were checking in on Sunday afternoon). Lovely person provided an address which was in walking distance from condo. Lock box instructions provided but as it turned out the office was open. In the end, got checked in with not much trouble. However, really do encourage clear (easy to do on automated responses on VRBO) check-in instructions. No where did confirmation outline any of this. Something simple “keys to be picked up at Bighorn property management offices at this address...” Lovely condo! Thanks for a wonderful first trip to Frisco.

Hi Megan, Thanks for your review, we are glad you liked the place and it worked well for you. Sorry about the lack of check in instructions, unfortunately getting check in instructions to our guests with VRBO is a manual process, there is no automated way for us to set it up. In your case, your reservation slipped through the cracks and we missed it. Our normal procedure is to send a confirmation (with check in instructions) from our reservation system and follow it up with a message through VRBO but we did not make it do do that. Sorry again for missing it, we will do better next time. John Forest Bighorn Rentals

Frisco ski stay

Perfect location for Copper, Breck, Keystone or Vail if you don’t want to just ski one mountain. Only issue was lack of sleeper sheets first night and blankets may not have been cleaned in a while. All else perfect.

Cozy and convenient condo

We stayed during January to ski all the epic pass resorts. This was centrally located and not far from anything. Walking distance to the restaurants in Frisco which was great. Beds were comfy. Place was nicely remodeled and comfortable. Perfect for two guys because we each had our own bathroom. TV in the living room was pretty small and at a weird angle, but who cares. You can still see it. The garage was a huge bonus. Didn’t have to dig the car out or deal with scraping the windshield. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Great location one block from Main St

Walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars. Good space with queen master suite, sleeps six easily with a very comfortable pull out bed in family room. Full kitchen made cooking in a great option, and a gas grill outdoors is also available.

Weekend in Frisco

The location and surroundings were lovely. Very convenient to Main St. The home was spacious and pleasant. The only complaint was the master bedroom does not have a queen but a double. And the mattress needs upgrading. Sleeping was tough.

Dear Future Renters, Please take this review with a grain of salt. While we are glad this renter liked the condo as well as the location and amenities it provided, we are extremely disappointed in the claim that the bed in the master bedroom was double in size because it is absolutely false. We contacted this guest after his stay and sent pictures with a tape measure proving that the bed is in fact Queen sized. We received no response from the guest and he was unwilling to remove his review. We also contacted VRBO customer support to let them know that the review contained false information but their guidelines to not allow them to remove it. Please do not let this review prevent you from reserving a stay in this condo. It is a beautiful 2 bedroom with a fully remodeled kitchen from last summer. It also includes a private one car garage, common area hot tub, a great location in Frisco, close to the shuttle stop and an easy walk to everything on Main Street and last but not least, a QUEEN bed in the master bedroom.
