Cambanis Mansion, built in 1760, is a splendid historic house, oozing finesse and grandeur and located in the centre of the old town of Mykonos. It is tastefully decorated with antique furniture. It has been fully renovated, and has all mod cons. Relish in unique architecture, relax in the elegant living room, indulge in people-watching from the large terrace and sleep soundly in a comfy bed just 20 m away from the beautiful small port. You couldn't ask for better digs when visiting the world famous 'Island of the Winds.

The charming two floor building of great historic significance was built by one of the oldest families in Mykonos. It doesn't get more local than that!
During your stay you will savor the dazzling cycladic light bursting through the big windows, the high ceilings, being surrounded by beautiful reminders of the past.

The house has two floors and it is fully renovated.
On the ground floor features a comfortable well appointed kitchen-diner, a living room, a shower room with a WC, and an inner courtyard.
The first floor comprises two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom, a large lounge, a study with a sofa bed, and a spacious terrace where you can experience the street life of the town of Mykonos. Its prime, city-centre location has a front view of the picturesque Aghia Kyriaki Square.

Cambanis Mansion is located in the most privileged location on the island of Mykonos. Right at the heart of the Mykonos town, next to the island's scenic old harbour and close simply to everywhere.
Wherever you wish to experience the famous nightlife, shopping to fashionable shops, cocktails, a local dessert or just to explore the island of Mykonos, then in Cambanis Mansion you will conveniently set off for every destination you want! This is undoubtedly the best spot on the island of Mykonos; the picturesque island's quay, the most popular island's destination is just 20 meters away from the house, where you can find small cafés, restaurants, and taverns.

Great location to explore Mykonos!

I came here with 9 college roommates for our 40th year anniversary and this place was perfect and fit us all. Right in the heart of things and close to water taxi. Margaraita met us when we arrived and was available for any questions we had. Outdoor balcony which we used every night.

We had lovely stay and enjoyed the apartment. Margaret was very responsive and resolved a hot water heating issue promptly. The location was great, with two nice restaurants outside the door and easy access to everything one would want to do in Mykonos. The apartment is in a very old building, and is ideal for anyone appreciative of the historic nature of this type of unit and its grand presentation.

Amazing location and one-of-a-kind experience.

I don't have enough great things to say about the Cambanis Mansion - so old and historic, full of color, history and life. The most central and convenient location. I stayed with a group of 6 friends and the mansion was spacious and wonderfully wacky - perfect for a trip to Mykonos. The concierge for the property was very responsive and the house was fully functional. The view from the terrace was incredible, and we very much enjoyed the large salon areas both upstairs and downstairs. Fully furnished and everything a big group might need, including a washer in the kitchen. Very happy with this trip and will have some great memories - many of them centered around staying here.

Perfect location / space for group of adults

Location was excellent. Only drawback was only having 2 sets of keys - but because the house is in the middle of everything it only took minor coordination to get keys off a friend if we split up in town. You can walk to everything in old town. The property mgr was super nice and gave us the full tour of the house and tips for what to do in town. Would recommend

A beautiful property! Clean, well maintained and historic. The staff was very helpful. My only criticism is that of the nighttime noise from the bar scene.

The Cambanis house is an historic mansion of Mykonos island which belongs to the family from 1760. The house was fully renovated in 2000 by respecting its traditional character. Cambanis Mansion is located in the most privileged location on the island of Mykonos. Right at the heart of the Mykonos town, next to the old harbour and close simply to everywhere. Undoubtedly the best spot on the island of Mykonos.

If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, special and unique, this property is for you. An historic home, this lovely getaway has charm beyond others: vaulted ceilings, antiques everywhere, giant windows and doors leading to a veranda, well appointed kitchen, two living rooms, dining areas, very comfortable beds, great linens and towels... It is centered in town, a block from the water, restaurants, and leads to the rest of town easily. How wonderful to stroll back on foot along the water after a late dinner and drinks!
