31㎡の1ルームアパートメントで、バスティーユとマレ地区の歴史地区の間に位置しています。 1階に30㎡のテラス（夏の夜は本物のトリートメント）があります。

2010年11月に全面改装を終え、素敵な装飾が施され、4人収容可能です。 ソファベッド、電話、テレビ、DVDプレーヤー、Wi-Fi付きのリビングルーム、ホットプレート付きキッチンエリア、オーブン、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、冷蔵庫があります。食器洗い機、ダブルベッドルーム、シャワーとヘアドライヤー付きのバスルーム。 洗濯機/乾燥機、アイロン設備もご利用いただけます。

エレガントで快適なこのアパートメントは、数日の訪問の後に休むのに理想的な静けさの居住地です。 近くの地下鉄やバス路線のおかげで、パリのすべての地区や主要観光スポットに簡単にアクセスできます。

This small apartment is located in a great area, with lots of local residents and services like cafes, restaurants and Metro stations. It's very easy to access all parts of the city. It's quiet. The small kitchen has everything you need for an easy meal, including a tiny dishwasher. The bathroom inclludes a washer/dryer combo. And in good weather the terrace is a very pleasant spot. The host is a great communicator and ensures that things are all okay in the apartment. We stayed three weeks and even got to know a neighbor or two and the resident cats! Highly recommended!

Our family of 4 loved the cozy, quiet, and safe space that Carole’s studio and terrace provided. We loved the location. Carole was very kind and communicative during our stay, which we very much appreciated. We would recommend staying here!

Incredible location, incredible stay

We had a fabulous time in this perfect location in the Marais. The location is safe, really near 2 supermarkets, restaurants and all the shopping you can handle.

Great Location, Quiet and Comfortanle

Very quiet and comfortable. Nearby restaurants and cafes. Easy to get anywhere in the touristy part of Paris. Carole was very nice and helpful. Love the big windows.

Perfect Paris location for Couples

Carol was a wonderful host and we would return tomorrow if possible. The apartment is close to everything but very private.

Quiet garden studio apartment

This is an ideal studio apartment, which is in the interior of building an is isolated from any street noise. It's a wonderful feeling waking up in the morning and looking out of the large windows into the garden! We hope to stay here again very soon!

Well located and comfortable

Wonderful oasis in the Marais

We had an amazing time for our fourth visit to Paris. The apartment was a cozy oasis in a converted convent. Carole was a knowledgeable, accommodating host. Highly recommended.

Carole is the best!

I can't express how lovely this property is and how wonderful Carole is. Anyone who wants to feel "at home" in Paris needs to stay with Carole. I will shout it from the rooftop once I am back in the states.

Lovely Apartment

We loved this cute little apartment. We stayed in February, so not a lot of green, but the courtyard is full of plants. Carole was an amazing communicater, insuring that we were comfortable arriving and that everything met our needs. She even offered some great reccommendations. This is perfect for a couple. If you are in Paris for sightseeing as well as great food and wine, this is the perfect location. There are so many wonderful restaurants and wine bars withing a ten minute walk. Whole heartedly reccomend!

Fabulous trip

The apartment is in a great area and was perfect for our needs . We fit 3 people comfortably in this small but well designed flat. Carole is delightful and quick to respond to our every need . Clean, great location, comfortable and safe with an amazing host

Highly recommend this apartment and its amazing host Carole, who made staying here a true pleasure. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The apartment was clean and tidy with great personality and also attention to detail. It felt like our new home in Paris and we were sad to have to leave it. Location and neighbourhood were excellent. Easy access to bus and metro, also supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and pharmacy. The perfect base to explore from and also retreat to when quiet is needed. We hope to stay here again next time we are in Paris and will recommend it to our friends. We felt very fortunate to have been here and can't wait to return one day.

Nice unit in convenient Paris neighborhood

Very convenient to 3 Metro stations. Close to Place de Vosges and Marais. Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Quiet location in courtyard with small semi-private outdoor seating area. Property manager lives 2 doors away and was very helpful. In high summer, unit may be warm as there did not appear to be screens on the windows. Good non-touristy restaurant nearby, Le Petit Commines.
