Autentisk stemning i Venedig

En hyggelig lejlighed i et roligt kvarter med udsigt til en af de mange kanaler, hvor vi kunne følge med i de lokales dagligdag fra balkonen. Lejligheden ligger centralt i forhold til alle dele af byen, også “must-see” attraktionerne, som ex Markuspladsen. Alt i alt en fantastisk lejlighed og placering

Ferienwohnung in Venedig

Wir konnten eine großzügige, saubere Wohnung mitten in Venedig direkt mit Aussicht auf einen Kanal benutzen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie der Bahnhof sind zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Es hat uns dort sehr gutgefallen.

Het is een mooie appartement met alle nodige dingen. Het is een perfecte locatie dichtbij bij het waterbus en winkel. Appartement is comfortabel. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en geholpen ons met alle informatie. Wij had een perfecte vakantie. Ik raad deze appartement zeker aan.

Appartement spacieux, propre, tout confort, tres bien situe, dans un quartier tranquille et anime. Boire le spritz sur le petit balcon en regardant passer les bateaux sur le canal est cadeau. Immeuble calme , bien tenu. La proprietaire est accueillante et disponible.

wunderbar, mehr Venedig geht nicht!

Das Feriendomizil hat wegen seiner unmittelbaren Nähe zu den Kanälen der Lagune, inmitten morbider Strukturen der Altstadt und unweit des kulturellen Zentrums von Venedig sowie seiner relativen Nähe zum Bahnhof Santa Lucia eine optimale örtliche Lage. Die Ferienwohnung war für uns mit seiner Räumlichkeit und der kompletten Ausstattung und Sauberkeit optimal.

Bien situé ... mais

Accueil plutôt froid, information minimale, on nous a dit de ne pas utiliser le four car l'électricité coûte cher ! On nous a dit que le ramassage des vidanges c'est compliqué ! On nous a dit que le lave-linge n'avait pas la fonction séchage alors que cette fonction fonctionnait bien ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons dû enlever la glace qui empêchait le réfrigérateur de fonctionner. Dès la première nuit, nous avons eu des piqûres d'insectes sur le corps ... augmentant la nuit suivante. Après deux nuits, nous avons dormi sur le divan-lit au salon, pas trop confortable ! Par la suite, nous n'avons pas eu d'autres piqûres. Nous avons communiqué avec la propriétaire pour l'informer, nous n'avons eu aucun suivi, tel que convenu, malgré nos relances. Fait à noter, dans une des deux tables de nuit, il y avait deux types d'insecticides ... Dès que nous avons quitté cet appartement, nous avons lavé en tout notre linge pour nous assurer de ne pas propager le problème car nous en étions qu'à la première semaine d'un voyage de cinq semaines en Europe. Dommage, ce logement était bien situé, la ville est belle mais nous ne pouvons pas conseiller cet hébergement à quiconque.

Venice apartment with balcony

Spacious, well-equipped apartment benefitting from 2 balconies over a quiet canal in a quiet neighbourhood. We'll positioned between the train station and Ponte Rialto etc.

Picture perfect view of canal...gondolas floating by

A comfortable space with everything you need. I'll be looking for this place next time I come to this beautiful city. Only issue was that the google map link on Home Away was not accurate. Thank you Maria for a lovely stay!

Beautiful canal views

We loved this apartment! The views were amazing, great location, good restaurants and stores close by, well stocked kitchen, air conditioning in bedroom was good. Maria helped us with detailed directions from train and had very detailed instructions for appliances and check out procedures. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Watch the gondolas from the terrace

We loved our five day stay in Santa Croce Venice in this wonderful quiet location away from the crowds of tourists but still with easy easy access to cafes, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. It was a lovely 10 min walk to Rialto Bridge and the Grand Canal but most of all loved watching the gondolas and other canal traffic from the balcony. We loved exploring the back streets of Venice and its canals and bridges not to mention the amazing sights, history and galleries.

Room with a view

First of all, thanks to Maria for arranging friends to meet us for an earlier check in. Very welcoming. We found one of the floor to ceiling wardrobe doors off it's track and too heavy to lift back on. For safety, we removed it and leaned against bedroom wall until workmen could be arranged. Our problem solved. The spacious, modest apartment, had everything we required including some basic store cupboard items an toiletries. The overriding plus is the magnificent view of the working canal & bridge. A perfect spot to take a glass or two while watching the comings and goings of the boats and gondolas. The surrounding area has a very local feel with good pizzeria, restaurants, bars and small supermarket within minutes walk. A perfect pied-a-terre from the bustle of the more populous areas of Venice. Difficult to tear ourselves away. The photograph over the canal is now our screen saver on the computer. We hope to return soon.

Magnifique séjour

Appartement au 1° étage donnant sur un pont (vue extérieure très agréable), très bien situé pour visiter Venise avec restaurants et commerces à proximité immédiate, parfaitement équipé (en ustensiles de cuisine et en accessoires de salle de bain). Porte d'entrée hautement sécurisée. Excellent accueil lors de notre arrivée avec des instructions claires et complètes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons vivement cette location.
