Hervorragende Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles ist perfekt und überlegt eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Der Garten ist wundervoll und kann auch mitbenutzt werden. Das Anwesen verfügt über eine ruhige Lage von der man auch das Stadtzentrum fußläufig gut erreichen kann. Wir waren von der Wohnung sehr angetan und würden sie bei unserem nächsten Frankreichurlaub gerne wieder buchen.

parfait pour visiter la région

très bon emplacement de la location : calme, parking possible dans la rue, centre historique de Tours accessible à pieds. Le logement est conforme à la description. Merci Sophie pour votre accueil. Bref, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Nice days in Tours

We had very nice summer days in Tours and want to thank Sophie for the hospitality and the nice recommendations for both restaurants and places to go. The appartment is special as visible on the photos and we liked to sit in the garden after sunny days in town and areas around Tours.

Precioso apartamento en Tours

El alojamiento es muy bonito y confortable. La cama muy cómoda. Está rodeado de un coqueto jardín. Tours es una ciudad muy céntrica desde la que se pueden visitar los castillos y pueblos del valle del Loira. Shopie es una anfitriona muy amable que está siempre pendiente de lo que puedas necesitar.

Host extraordinaire!

Sophie was the most kind & generous host. She went above and beyond from picking us up at Tours train station, due to bad weather, providing excellent Nespresso coffee and teas and a fresh brioche loaf & dropping is on her way to the city centre her helpful and attentive personality was a huge plus. The apartment itself was amazing and provides all the comforts of home and then some. I would not hesitate to recommend renting accommodations from Sophie in Tours.

Perfectly delightful!

This is a great place! The owner met us promptly. She was very cheerful and accommodating, even to the extent of making great recommendations for dinner and breakfast. Breakfast in the nearby Botanical Garden was exceptional! Our apartment was very comfortable and conveniently located. The area is quiet tho not far from all the busy nightlife in the Old Quarter of Tours. This was a perfect location for visiting the Loire Valley. The 19th century courtyard was delightful with its original plantings still maintained. The owner even provided a romantic candlelit setting in the garden at the end of our busy day where we enjoyed our market purchases if local wine and cheese for dinner one night.

Très belle propriété, originale et agréable

Ma femme et moi avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine (en septembre 2018). La propriété est très agréable avec son coin jardin où, soleil aidant, nous avons pris chaque soir notre traditionnel apéro :) Le coin est très calme et reposant. La propriétaire est très avenante ... et son chat accueillant ! Il faut marcher un peu pour aller au centre ville à pied, mais même avec nos 65/66 ans c'était simplement une balade (Tours, c'est plat, pas comme Lisbonne !). La vieille ville avec ses deux zones anciennes est très bien entretenue et les rues commerçantes sont vraiment animées. Beaucoup de jeunes, université oblige. Que de bons souvenirs, donc.

Un havre de paix pour visiter la Touraine et au-delà

Nous avons été enchanté de notre séjour dans cette demeure agencée avec goût et nichée dans un écrin de verdure au calme. Le centre ville est accessible à pied et tous les commerces nécessaires également. Le stationnement est facile juste devant la villa et de surcroit gratuit. A partir de là il est très facile de rayonner dans la région pour découvrir tous ses charmes et attractions. Les amoureux des animaux seront ravis de rencontrer Peluche, le chat qui a fait du jardin son domaine. Enfin un dernier mot pour la propriétaire d'une grande gentillesse et pour la qualité de sa location.

A charming experience

I stayed at Sophie's apartment for two weeks, and I really enjoyed being there; the apartment is located in a quiet part of town, yet it is at walking distance to the city center, and near a supermarket. Above all, I liked the atmosphere and the beautiful garden, but the apartment is well furnished, clean and working quite well. The owner, Sophie, is very kind and relaxed and I enjoyed talking to her and to her friend Paula. I warmly recommend this place to anyone loving the charm of old french houses.

A Garden of Eden in Tours.

My wife and I recently stayed 13 days in this gorgeous villa, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of Tours. The apartment is very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Each morning we awakened to the sound of chirping songbirds, with a beautiful little garden just outside our door. We felt as if we were guests staying in a mini-château! The owner, Sophie, was the sweetest, most gracious hostess we've ever encountered in all our travels. We'll always treasure the memories of the many kindnesses she extended to us during our stay. If you are looking for a haven of tranquility in Tours, we highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful and comfortable villa

Madame Salles came to find us when we got lost in the middle of Tours and didn´t know how to get to Villa Medicis,she was patient and didn´t seem to mind to come and find us. The place was just as in the pictures,absolutely beautiful,garden was amazing,and the sun was shinning in the morning in the beautiful table outside so we could have breakfast in the sun. Very quiet,you felt as if you were in the countryside,as the birds were singing. Everything was provided in the villa,fluffy towels,all kind of kitchen utensils,even some basic stuff to help you cooking.The supermarket was about 5 minutes away.Distance to the centre about 20 minutes or so. If we ever go back to Tours in the future,we´ll definitely will consider staying there again.Really beautiful!

"Résidence de charme, propre, calme, tranquillité et pourtant proche de l'hyper centre ville (à pied c'est tout à fait possible). La maison dispose d'un petit jardin arboré et charmant. Stationnement possible dans la rue."
