Great location, great condo, and great hosts!!

Everything from checking in to checking out was easy! Location is fantastic for beach access, shopping, and walking around Pismo. Condo feels safe and quiet with comfortable accommodations. Hosts were welcoming, easy to deal with, and attentive.

Will stay again!

Great walking distance to everything! Quiet, clean place with easy beach access! Beds were comfy, lots of extra blankets and pillows, tv in every room and a shower head made for washing kids after a beach trip! We live in Clovis and come to Pismo atleast once a month, this house is on the list of places we will book again! Thanks for having us!

Cozy Condo

We loved staying here. It’s 2 blocks to the beach and pier and restaurants, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful dishware. With a bed/bath upstairs and one downstairs each of us had privacy. The living room is small and cozy for all night talking. It was perfect!

Overall a good place in line with the cost. Pros: location, good kitchen wares, excellent parking in the garage. Cons: patio needs an update and a deep clean. We did not sit out there due to the condition. The other concern is the close proximity to the neighbors unit. This is not something the renter can control, but the people in that unit during our stay were partying constantly, smoking weed and really loud the entire time.

Sisters Trip

We had a fantastic stay in your condo for our sisters trip. Cozy and comfortable for the most part. The mattresses on the bunk bed could use an update but overall it was perfect. Close to the beach and walking distance for anything we needed. Day trip up to Hearst Castle was easy. Morning walks on the beach were amazing. Kitchen was great for easy breakfast and homemade dinners in when we weren’t enjoying the restaurants close by.

Great Location

I really liked the gated complex and assigned parking spaces. I was able to walk to the beach/shops/restaurants. About a 15 minute walk to see the Monarch Butterflies. I liked the washer/dryer in the condo. The master bed was comfortable especially since I have back issues.

Great location!

The townhouse was perfect for our party of four adults in town for Cal Poly graduation. Everything was VERY clean and inviting. The decor was modern but comfy. Although we didn’t do any cooking, it was nice to have the kitchen for bagels and coffee in the morning. The gated parking was especially nice for our two cars! We enjoyed walking around Pismo one afternoon. We were a block from the ocean and had walking access to tons of restaurants. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Great location, clean house!

Location location location. One block from the beach and 2 blocks to stores and restaurants, yet still nice and quiet. It was great to park the truck and only walk for a few days. Beach chairs and sand toys available for use. Kids loved the bunk bed. Everything you would need to cook, but we are out everyday instead (we cook for a living so it was nice to take a break). Comfortable beds and bedding. We would definitely book this location again. Thanks!

A Perfect Match

It was everything that I wanted and the host was great and responsive! Loved the coffee stocked and the showers and tub. The patio was awesome for those morning coffee sittings and my kids loved it so much they asked for us to move there 🤣 ot was a perfect fit for me and my 4 and its location to the beach was so perfect that even when my youngest would get tired he was still able to make the quick walk back for rest and was excited for when it was time to go back to the beach. Love, love, love! I'll be looking for this again when we go in the future ❤️😍

Convenient location

The location of this apartment was nuce, easy to walk to anywhere. I would suggest getting black out curtains or blinds in the bedroom as the lights outside are on all night. Linen needs to be replaced. Towels were rough and small ( specially bath ones) We pulled out an additional blanket from the closet and it was all rugged with holes and tiers.

What an amazing property in the heart of Pismo away from the noise

This was such an incredible property. it was two blocks from all the action, but also two blocks from the noise. The unit itself has everything you can think of and it’s completely gorgeous. We went for the weekend for my daughters birthday who attends college in SLO. The unit had everything we needed to bake our daughter a homemade cake. On top of that it had a ton of fresh coffee seasonings to make our eggs in the morning and more. The beds are super comfortable and the owners and managers were amazing. We enjoyed the provided board games with the family and were glad to have our own parking spot. we thought we booked it through Monday and found out on Sunday that we had accidentally booked it for one day less than we thought. The owners work with us to let us stay an extra day and just add it onto our original reservation so we did not have to pay extra fees. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available. Thank you for the incredible stay.

This was the perfect spot for our girls trip stay! The condo was sooo beautiful, it looked just like it did in the photos. There were tons of amenities making it very comfy cozy. It was in a perfect location to walk everywhere. The owner and host communicated quickly and were very helpful also. The parking garage with 2 spots was so convenient as well. We would definitely stay again!

Clean and Comfortable

My mom and I came to California on an ancestry journey. This condo provided us all the amenities of home plus some. It all began with fantastic communication from the host and their total willingness to communicate. The secure parking garage eliminated my concern for the safety of our rented car. The security gate for the complex eased my mind about our personal safety. The location was ideal for proximity to the beach, restaurants and highway 101 without too much noise. I would happily rent this condo again for as long as my mom is able to navigate the stairs up to the condo.
