"Great place, nice pool, ...

"Great place, nice pool, nice family owners- very helpful, and the villa was very accommodating for kids. recommend to have instruction manuals for cooker& for grill!! Also a bit more of a guide of area - where local shops/supermarket is would be handy. All in all a very enjoyable stay in a lovely villa and definitley would recommend to others wanting a relaxing vacation in a clean and enjoyable villa."

La casa es ideal para un grupo grande.Lo único negativo es que algunas habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, así que quizás quieras traer un ventilador si visitas en pleno verano.La piscina es increíble y la casa tiene todo lo necesario, incluyendo dos cocinas y una barbacoa exterior

Descriptif de la maison et des distances plages et commerces non conforme à la réalité de la maison

Sur le site Abritel, vous trouverez dans nos échanges "mail" avec le propriétaire, le détail de tous les problèmes que nous avons constatés. Ci-dessous quelques informations sur les problèmes rencontrés et nous avons informés le propriétaire . La maison ne comprend pas 2 étages. Il y a 1 sous-sol qui est à moitié enterré et dans la pénombre, il y a 3 chambres et 1 salle de bains. Le descriptif de l'annonce mentionne une salle de Fitness qui n'existe plus. A l'étage, se trouve la cuisine, 1 salle de séjour, 1 salon, 1 chambre et 1 salle de bains. La salle de séjour était impossible à utiliser car les stores en tissus sont cassés et le soleil est permanent sur cette pièce. Il n'y avait pas suffisamment de vaisselle pour les 7 personnes que nous étions. Nous avons du réclamer un complément de vaisselles et convaincre le propriétaire qui est au Etats-Unis. Il a fallu attendre la livraison de la vaisselle par Amazone. Dans la cuisine : les touches de la plaque cuisson ne fonctionne pas correctement. La poubelle est rouillée à l'intérieur y compris sous le couvercle. Il n'y a plus de poignée pour ouvrir le frigidaire donc difficulté au quotidien. Climatisation : Les capacités électrique du compteur ne sont pas suffisantes pour une utilisation des 2 climatiseurs (1 au sous-sol, 1 à l'étage) ce qui engendre une coupure électrique totale de la maison. Le soir, si on allume les lumières extérieures en même temps qu'un climatisaeur, on subit une coupure électrique. Sur l'ensemble des fenêtres et portes, toutes les moustiquaires sont trouées sauf celle de la chambre à l'étage. L'ouverture du portail pour l'entrée de la voiture se bloque à mi-parcours. Impossible de rentrer notre voiture. La piscine n'est pas nettoyée. Le gardien vient une fois par semaine pour mettre 2 pastilles de chlore. Lorsqu'il pleut, des centaines de cloportes arrivent sur la terrasse. Il n'y a visiblement pas d'entretien du jardin pour éviter cette situation. Etant donné les mensonges dans le descriptif de l'annonce et le constat de tous ces problèmes, nous avons demandé un dédommagement au propriétaire. A ce jour, nous n'avons aucune réponse de sa part.

excellent villa

Stunning villa and very clean we were met by Christians sister in law to hand over the keys the villa was lovely and clean. It could almost be two flats as downstairs has 3 bedrooms a bathroom and a mini kitchen no cooking facilities but houses the washing machine and american style fridge with ice and cold water very nice in the heat ! Upstairs has a big double bedroom en suite and living room separate dining room and the full kitchen with fridges, oven, hob and dishwasher. all high quality. You need a car but its great 30 mins to the beautiful beach at guardamar, 10 mins to Orihuela less than 5mins to the nearest supermarket. Christian was on hand to answer anything and it was great to know we could get in touch with him very friendly and cant do enough to ensure your stay is the best. superbe villa, magnifique!!!

Tout est conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Spacieuse, très beau mobilier, magnifique décoration d'intérieur. Rien ne manque. Superbe piscine. Propriétaires sympathiques et arrangeants ( nous avons pu nous installer dans la villa dés le matin, et la quitter tranquillement à midi). Seul point négatif, la villa se trouve à une trentaine de minutes en voiture. Point positif, la piscine privée et spacieuse très appréciée des enfants. Merci pour cette location.

Beautiful, clean, convenient villa perfect for relaxation

The villa was wonderful. Eva and Christian were great hosts. They quickly answered all of our questions and called someone out immediately for us when the internet went down. The villa itself was great and well designed for indoor /outdoor living. Good air conditioning in the basement living area that cooled the rooms adequately at night. It was very nice to have satellite TV, especially because we found audio settings on the TV (qaa) that allowed us to switch the kids shows to English. The Internet was good for streaming as well. It was really nice to have a fridge with cool water and ice-a rarity in many vacation home rentals. The villa also offered a lot of privacy. It was great to be able to relax without feeling looked in on. The pool was great-shady in the afternoon and evening. Perfect size for families. Be careful if you have a toddler. The first thing we had to do was move everything up so she didn't break things. The cot they provide was great and sturdy. No need to being a travel cot. Very well done. I highly recommend this villa and I would definitely stay here again if I returned to the area. Mucho gracias!

15 jours de vacances dans cette magnifique villa très bien équipé ou nous avons tout trouver sur place. très belle décoration intérieure comme extérieure. les photos parlent d'elle même.Le coin est agréable pour ceux qui cherche des vacance de tout repos. les commerces sont tout proches. Les propriétaires sont au petit soin pour vous proche de Torrevija, Alicante et Murcie sont des villes que nous avons visité sans regret .......si nous y reviendrons OUI

Fabulous place to spend your holiday

Fabulous place to spend your holiday, the house is really outstanding with all facilities. The place is very privat and quiet, a perfect place for you and your family if you dont want an urban holiday. "This was a fantastic vac...

"This was a fantastic vacation! My wife, two children and I had an amazing time. We loved the comfort of the house, the service provided by Christian and Eva, and the close proximity to the hills and the beach (20 minutes drive). "We had a holiday in style at this Villa in Benferri. We enjoyed its ample space for the ten of us, the cleanliness, and luxurious comfort. We especially loved how tastefully decorated it is. Everyone loved the pool. The owners, Christian and Eva, were very kind and helpful. They even drived to the airport with a passport that we forgot! It was unbeliveble!! "We had a great time vacationing at this Villa in Benferri. We enjoyed its good location, ample space for the six of us, the cleanliness, and luxurious comfort. We especially loved how tastefully decorated it is. Our kids loved the pool and nearby park! The owners, Christian and Eva, were very kind and helpful. They even welcomed us with a fantastic barbecue! It was awesome!! We highly recommend this fabulous Spanish villa."
