Lovely villa

Villa Manolya is a lovely villa located perfectly very close to Girne. Great amenities nearby and perfect size for 6 people. Kirsty was a great host with good communication, helpful tips on what to see and where to go and help whenever it was needed. Lots of great shops in the locality. We would recommend this villa!

Peaceful location, beautiful garden and swimming pool

A well equipped villa, in an excellent location - peaceful but with easy access to the main road should you be using the Dolmus and only a relatively short distance to the city centre and harbour. Also near the excellent Kervansaray beach, Kervan Restaurant and Amphora Dive Centre. The swimming pool and garden are delightful; wonderful swinging chair - hard to leave! Plenty of outdoor dining areas and ample equipment to invite guests for dinner or a BBQ. The villa is wonderfully cool and comfortably furnished. There are two good sized double bedrooms, one with ensuite; the third bedroom is a twin and more suited for children or teenagers. There is a sofa bed in the study (a lovely room) should it be needed. The owner, her manager and the neighbours were all helpful and accessible. Would recommend.

Un excellent séjour à tout point de vue

Dès notre arrivée dans la villa , nous avons été agréablement surpris par l’emplacement de la villa avec au Sud la vue sur les montagnes Chypriote et au Nord la mer à 2Km. Lors de notre entrée à l’intérieur de la maison , la propreté était irréprochable , le Wi-fi fonctionnel et la piscine suffisamment grande pour accueillir toute une famille. Un grand merci à Christy et Nikka pour nous avoir permis de passer un excellent séjour. Nous n’hésiterons pas á y retourner avec grand plaisir.

Excellent premises

Very spacious and clean and quiet villa set in a residential area of Kyrenia. Pool area excellent and much swimming was done. Villa owner very responsive to any issues that you may have and they are remedied very quickly. Restaurants within walking distance are very good and if driving you have so much choice within a few minutes drive. Supermarkets are very well stocked with lovely fresh food. Would highly recommend a visit to this villa.?

Great time at villa.

A lovely traditional family home, with everything that you need. The owner communicated by phone several times prior to holiday, and gave us ideas of restaurants and places of interest locally and further a field. The villa is well situated in a lovely neighbourhood. There are restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance, but the Dolmus runs regularly to either take you into Kyrenia or to the coast, for just 1.5 euro. The pool is very clean, and in June also warm. But there are nice shaded areas to sit as well. We were grateful of this as the temperature exceeded 40 degrees on some days. There were nice touches from the owner like 2 bottles of wine on arrival as we had 2 birthdays to celebrate, and toiletries available. Would like to go back again in the future.

A lovely villa and relaxing holiday

We had a lovely holiday in Villa Manolya, a comfortable home from home with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The garden and pool are wonderful and we spent most of our time outside at the villa, enjoying the various areas of sun and shade. It is a very quiet and relaxing place to stay. Karaoglanoglu was a good base for exploring North Cyprus, we didn't use a car, but the dolmus to Kyrenia is frequent and taxis are cheap, but I would recommend a car to make the most of your visit as there are wonderful places to visit off the beaten track. Kirsty was incredibly helpful with all the information provided before the stay and Marina is very helpful if you need anything during your visit. Thank you for a great holiday

Lovely villa

We stayed at villa manolya this summer and we were very impressed with how clean and lovely it was. We had a really relaxing stay and the location was ideal to explore the many historic sites in North Cyprus. Our host Kirsty is excellent and there was so much information available that you are sure to have a wonderful stay. We loved the holiday and the villa and enjoyed being greeted by the resident tabby cat Figaro! We would certainly recommend it.

Great location

The 2 weeks here lasted a lifetime! Great villa down a small side road. Very private, with a large driveway, secluded garden and of course the pool! All bedrooms are comfortable, with some lovely views from the balconies. The living area is also really spacious, however you will spend most of the time outside! The area has 4 or 5 good restaurants within a 20 minute walk (would definitely recommend Carpenters, which is only 10 mins away). The area is great for exploring and there are some great beach clubs just a few minutes drive away. Ideally situated for a ride into Kyrenia or for a quick trip into the mountains. Would recommend St. Hilarion Castle, but go when they open at 09.00 as there is quite a lot of climbing to do! The pool is the highlight and we spent many hours in it, both during the day and when lit at night. Would definitely recommend the villa, location and North Cyprus in general!

Idyllic

We had a great time staying at this villa. The pool is great (we spent more time in it than in the villa !), ideal location (5 mins to Kyrenia, gentle walk to great local restaurant and super bakers), friendly neighbours, and the owner and her local representative couldn't have been more helpful. The weather was perfect - so we had a super holiday.

- 4 Good bedrooms, 3 nice bathrooms and well equipped kitchen
-But also in a premium residential district (quality neighbours, quiet & green area) and highly accessible as
-Very well located near (4-5min by car or 7-10min by local bus) to the town centre and its very special venetian port or all transport routes either via the coastal main road or via the highway that we can access very easily from our place.
-Walkable (5-20min) to the local buses/mainroad 5min away or the sea/beach (i.e. 15min walk to Kervansary bay), a quality patisserie and baker 5 min walk away, and local supermarkets or restaurants from 10-15min walk away.
-Good service from a local representative who knows the area well and owner who is contactable at all times
- Well maintained villa (i.e. pool cleaned twice a week in hot months and once a week in cooler months
-Welcome basics food and drinks pack can be prepared on request(with reasonable surplus fee), useful for let's say late night arrivals.
- Linen, towels, and basic bathroom essentials and kitchen cleaning products provided
- Special discounts given to our guests from a local car rental or local restaurants (to be confirmed with the owner for the latest details)
- Owner's partner company can arrange the airport transport for you from Larnaca, Paphos airports from the southern side or Ercan (Lefkosa) airport from the northern side of Cyprus.
