Another Amazing family end of summer vacation! This was our 4th year booking this place and we love it! Super close to the beach and amenities. Always clean and easy to check in and out. Host is easy to communicate with. We will definitely be booking for next year!

Location is excellent. There is a small sliver of ocean view from the balcony between the houses across the street. Rental is very well stocked with bikes, beach chairs, beach activity stuff, cooking items. Grill on the balcony was fun to use. Parking was great. 100% cotton towels which is rare in hotels now. Host responded very quickly and got heater issue resolved almost immediately.Had some tiny black ants coming into bathroom and kitchen, be sure to keep all food and sugar containing items (ex. cough drops) in sealed containers or in the fridge.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was very clean and supplied everything we needed for cooking and BBQ’ing. The house came fully stocked with bikes and everything you need for the beach, which is just steps away. I would highly recommend staying here. The driveway was a huge bonus too!

This home was so comfortable, and the location was so great we debated extending our stay. We had a pretty relaxing few days here. The home layout is pretty nice. The beds were comfortable for us, and the kids loved the bunkbed / trundle set up they had. Stephanie was also very helpful and responsive whenever we had a question. When we are in LA next year we will definitely be looking to come back here, I can see why so many reviews are repeat visitors! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Newport weekend retreat

Fantastic property and location. The host is very responsive, and provides you with a great instruction sheet along with everything to do that is close in the area. Will be adding this place to our 'go-tos' when looking to book in this area again.

Perfect place to stay

We stayed here during our annual Newport Beach trip and the accommodations were perfect. The house was steps from the beach, plenty of parking, the home was comfortable and provided plenty of amenities for our stay. We will be back.

We are a family of 4 that loves to travel. All of us love outdoor activities especially in the water. We love Newport beach and all that it has to offer.

We love to go to Newport and hang out at the beach. We wanted some place we could visit every summer and build family memories. It was important to find some place that was in a great location and we could count on being clean and well maintained. I think we found it!!

この宿泊施設の特徴

We love this location! We are able to ride all the way to the Wedge at the tip of Balboa in one direction or ride to Huntington beach if we go the other direction. Being away from the pier, parking lot and boardwalk gives us a little more peace and quiet and privacy. Being near 51st keeps us from getting caught up in the traffic that goes along with being further down the peninsula. When we walked into the main room with the high ceilings we knew this was the place. The whole family can hang out together with out feeling squished!
