The location is great. Communication was great. But beware. From the 15 year-old couch, to the ceilings in the bedrooms needing repair, all the tile and granite NOT being maintained. This place is overly worn and needs updating BADLY.. There wasn’t even any salt and pepper in the kitchen. Very poorly stocked.

Location is awesome, just around the corner from the water. Property was very clean but could use some upgrades such as new pots and pans, new trash can, paint in bedrooms etc. Everything is in working condition but just very old and I was not expecting that. Nonetheless we had a very great stay and I would go back.

House was immaculate, looked just like the pictures online. Didn’t have any parking issues and the host was very quick to respond when we had question and very friendly. Overall a perfect stay. Loved listening to the sounds of the waves at night.

Another Amazing family end of summer vacation! This was our 4th year booking this place and we love it! Super close to the beach and amenities. Always clean and easy to check in and out. Host is easy to communicate with. We will definitely be booking for next year!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was very clean and supplied everything we needed for cooking and BBQ’ing. The house came fully stocked with bikes and everything you need for the beach, which is just steps away. I would highly recommend staying here. The driveway was a huge bonus too!

Fantastic property and location. The host is very responsive, and provides you with a great instruction sheet along with everything to do that is close in the area. Will be adding this place to our 'go-tos' when looking to book in this area again.

Perfect place to stay

We stayed here during our annual Newport Beach trip and the accommodations were perfect. The house was steps from the beach, plenty of parking, the home was comfortable and provided plenty of amenities for our stay. We will be back.

Great beach getaway

Great property!! We did have an issue the first morning with no hot water, but the owner was very fast to respond and we had it resolved rapidly. Comfortable space, great for our group of six!

We love to go to Newport and hang out at the beach. We wanted some place we could visit every summer and build family memories. It was important to find some place that was in a great location and we could count on being clean and well maintained. I think we found it!!

この宿泊施設の特徴

We love this location! We are able to ride all the way to the Wedge at the tip of Balboa in one direction or ride to Huntington beach if we go the other direction. Being away from the pier, parking lot and boardwalk gives us a little more peace and quiet and privacy. Being near 51st keeps us from getting caught up in the traffic that goes along with being further down the peninsula. When we walked into the main room with the high ceilings we knew this was the place. The whole family can hang out together with out feeling squished!
