Valerie was very responsive.The apartment was charming and clean. And the location was absolutely perfect. The Marais is wonderful, plenty of restaurants, grocery close by and it was very easy to get around the city from there. Our family had a very nice stay.

Wonderful spacious apartment in beautiful, historic Marais neighborhood. Clean and quiet unit with plenty of space for our family of four with lots of natural light. Lively area with many options for dining or grocery shopping. We very much enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is a wonderful blend of an old historic Paris building w modern furnishings. It's beautifully decorated and every detail has been thought of. Everything you could possibly need is there in the modern kitchen and the apt is large and very comfortable. The location is amazing w a boulangerie on the corner, a patisserie a few doors down, and groceries are a three minute walk away. Everything was very clean and the landlady was lovely to communicate with. Check in was easy with her cleaning lady. Can't wait to return!

All around excellent apartment in the Marais

Our family of four stayed comfortably in this flat for a week. Super comfortable, excellent light with view on green courtyard, spacious living area and perfect location in the Marais. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location and spacious for family

This space felt like staying in a cool French friend's house - contempory feel and spacious, in perfect neighborhood. We walked to shopping, restaurants, and sites all over (Notre Dame, Seine). It felt very safe - it was just me and two children.The loft area and steairs was too steep for my comfort for the kids to sleep so we just broight the mattress down which was fine.Overall a wonderul stay - I am grateful to have had such a perfect space for the family to stay in Paris!

Great location!

Family had a great time in Paris for Xmas and this apartment served as the perfect home base. Nicely appointed and clean. The bathroom is a good size but the shower is oddly tiny. Also the ladder to the twin beds borders on dangerous. None the less, would stay again in a heart beat.

Fabulous stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Valérie’s. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. A gorgeous large living space and dining area. The kitchen had everything we needed. Shops, restaurants, boulangerie, supermarket all super close (1 minute walk). Le Marais is a perfect place to stay for everything in Paris. The apartment was modern and very nice! Communication with Valérie was easy and fast. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous Apartment in the Heart of the Marais

This is the third time that we have stayed in this apartment. We love it and consider it our home from home in Paris. It remains spacious, tastefully decorated, comfortable and very convenient for getting around Paris. Sadly the weather was not kind during our stay and we were not able to make use of the lovely terrace. A new restaurant find to add to our list of favourites is Thaisil at 3 Rue de Nil (in the 2nd). We plan to return for a fourth visit.

Beautiful Paris home in a great location in the Marais neighborhood

This is one of the nicest VRBOs I have ever stayed at--beautifully designed, outstanding kitchen, spacious, fantastic location in the Marais, and comfy beds. We had a bit of a miscommunication on our arrival because the person greeting us was in a hurry and had a little bit of a problem figuring out the keys/locks/accidentally locked our phones in the apartment. We were able to resolve the problem with a call to the owner from a neighbor. I appreciated the excellent recommendations for restaurants, grocery, patisserie , etc. in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this lovely home.

Ideal location in le Marais

Host very timely in responses. Apartment is in a great location with lots of restaurants, attractions, metro and the Seine nearby. Kitchen well equipped. Apartment very comfortable. Soft mattresses. Tight staircases and very small shower but that is part of the Parisian charm. .

Great Spot in Le Marais

We loved this spot - the location was very central, and easy to navigate. The apartment was clean, had a lovely and peaceful interior courtyard - it was actually a bit larger than we'd expected which was a nice surprise. I would recommend!

Fabulous apartment in the Marais

We visited Paris for four nights with our family of five (kids ages 16, 14 and 12). This is a beautiful apartment that is well designed and well taken care of. The location worked well for us, as we could walk, bike or metro to pretty much anywhere in Paris. The Place des Vosges is nearby and there are great restaurants and cafes near the apartment.

Perfect location, wonderful apartment!

I rented this apartment for a family vacation with my husband, 75 year-old mother, and college-age niece and nephew. It was perfect! The layout of the apartment allows privacy and quiet and also provides generous space for spending time together. The sofa bed in the living room is as good as a regular bed, in terms of comfort, and is very easy to set up. The kitchen is well-equipped - one night when we were too tired to go out, we decided to stay in and cook and had all of the equipment we needed to make a full meal. This is the second time I stayed in this neighborhood and I love it! There are multiple metro stops, two good grocery stores (about a minute's walk from this apartment), and pharmacies all within easy walking distance. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops too, and lots of wonderful streets for just walking around and enjoying Paris. Valerie was responsive and wonderful to work with. I hope to be back!

we had a fabulous time! Felt like a Parisian for a few days.

Perfect Parisian apartment that feels like a house. You forget it's a vacation rental property. Le Marais is an ideal neighborhood; close to major landmarks, but allows you to feel like a local and experience Parisian everyday life for a few days. Bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and cafés are all within walking distance. Valérie took very good care of us and left an irganized small binder with basic information, suggestions and touristic tips. Can't wait to go back!

Homey, very well equiped,calm in the Marias heart

Over the Spring break we stayed- couple w/2 teens- in this lovely, very well equiped apto in the heart of the Marais. The apto is spacious and well done, high end kitchen w/ lots of appliances. General: lay out of the apto is very well thought out and has a great living with view on the lush cour, bathroom so nicely done. The owner left a map with information, very helpful. Everything in the apto works well. The nicest bakeries, small stores, restaurants, cafe's just walking distance. Also Picasso Museum, Centre Pompidou, Musee Carnavalet. Paris Bike renting spot at the corner. The place felt very homey and we certainly will return here! THX
