Thanks for taking time to put you comments about your stay! Not every people does. This is the opportunity to know what clients feels, are happy with... or not and inprove our service if we can! Letting know next customers that mosquitos live in Thaïland is probably not helpfull Letting know that some people can make barbecue around the villa won't help us to improve our services! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to clarify that it was not at all a large deposit but a few twigs that fell into the pool... Even if it was not our responsibility, thank you for pointing out our responsiveness and additional cleaning of the swimming pool free costs for you. About rules well indicated on the booklets and sent after booking: Respect the place, take it clean and put bins outside. I suppose you do same at home. NOT ?? Sorry, I don't quite understand your comment regarding the rules of staying at the villa. Chantal and team

First of all, thank you for taking the time to post your comments. These summarize very well the services we offer and the privileged location of our villa in relation to the beach and the many amenities nearby. We are always happy to welcome families with children and we are really happy that you enjoyed your stay with us. Looking forward to welcoming you again.

Thank you Michelle and Michael for the content of your kind comment! I am very touched that you took the time to explain your feelings and experiences so well. It is always a great reward for myself and my team when our vacationers are fully satisfied. It must be said that you are charming, respectful, open-minded and absolutely positive people. All the conditions are there for everything to go as smoothly as possible. You trusted me by reserving the villa during an important moment in your life and it's really touching. If your path passes through Phuket again, the door will be wide open for you!

Dear Karen, I have no doubt that the appreciation you took the time to post reflects your feelings. As you say so well, « it depends on what matters to you as an individual. » The villa is called Villa Leelawadee from the name of the beautiful tree planted next to the swimming pool. It slightly protects the pool from full very hot sun and keeps it at a very pleasant temperature. Jumping into the pool, doing a few strokes and directing the few leaves and flowers into the overflow channel only takes us 2 to 3 minutes by day. From there to talk about full-time occupation… Knowing that a professionals team perfectly clean the pool twice a week too. Regarding the non-connection between the living room and the bedrooms, this is the very principle of a typical Balinese style villa !! Clearly visible in all the photos published on the booking sites and well explained in the informations booklets sent since you book. (cancelation free at this time). Now have a shelter built between the two parts separated by about 6 meters in case it rains... we really hadn't thought of that! About your jaccuzy comments : Indeed, a jacuzzy takes much longer time to fill than a simple bathtub. Anyone who owns one knows that. Your opinion concerning the adaptability of the villa to receive children is very surprising... knowing that you were 3 mature adults without children. You should know that a third of our booking are made by families with children, some of whom return several times. We are going to welcome this first September a family with a three-month-old baby and a two-year-old child. We provide two babycots, a high chair, a baby bath, games, buoys, dishes for children, all free of charge... which is also a plus. We don't know of any other owners on Phuket who offer this kind of service. In addition, the few stairs that quietly go onto a submerged bench allow the youngest to swim in complete safety. Regarding the air conditioning problem in one of the bedrooms, we were only informed of the malfunction the day after your arrival. As soon as you informed us, we reacted extremely quickly and the necessary was done during the day. You also sent us a message to thank us and said you were impressed by the speed of intervention and the professionalism of the electricians. As we told you, any electrical device can break down. The key is to react as quickly as possible to solve the problem, which we have done to your great satisfaction. Best wishes!

A great thank you for your nice comments! We pass them on to our team who do their best to make sure everything goes smoothly. We also had great pleasure to welcome you to our villa. You have been perfect tenants. Thank you! Looking forward to welcoming you back to Karon.
